Determination of radiology examination rates at Naibonat Hospital until 2023 still refers to Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2012 concerning public service fees, where the determination of fees still uses the conventional calculation system, and there are changes in image processing modalities, tools, and materials used, this demands a rate adjustment. Calculation of rates using the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method, can be a solution to determine more accurate rates, supported by Pramawati's research (2021) which shows the results of determining rates are more accurate using the ABC method. The purpose of this study was to calculate the tariff pattern for radiological examinations at Naibonat Hospital using the ABC method and obtain an accurate tariff calculation model for radiological examinations. This research is a descriptive explorative study, with a quantitative approach using numerical data which aims to calculate a unit cost-based examination rate model by implementing an Activity Based Costing system on ultrasound examination of the abdomen, chest x-rays, abdomen, skull, and extremities. The data obtained was then subjected to qualitative analysis to obtain the steps for calculating tariffs using the ABC method. The results of this study indicate that the calculation model for radiological examination rates using the ABC method is valid. To find rates, first, determine the basic rate with the formula unit cost = direct cost + overhead, the results obtained are then calculated. The reasons for the rejection of the death penalty are not justified in the view of life as well as humanitarian factors and the imposition of capital punishment will not be capable of preventing crime and reducing crime rates. But for those who agree with the imposition of capital punishment because of the sense of justice and peace that is in the community. The portrait is just a glance at the issues that colored the discourse on the pros and cons of the existence of capital punishment. The retentionist and the abolitionist against the death penalty have an argument based on his theoretical framework and norms. Indonesia as one of the countries with the European Continental legal system still applies the death penalty in the punishment system besides Saudi Arabia with qhisash which is applied in the Islamic Law system. Both countries have a legal standing built on the meta norms, their theories, and philosophies each, of course, has its urgency to be discussed in the middle of countries that condemn the existence of capital punishment. Usually, students who have a high level of self-confidence will also have high academic achievement as well. While doing observation, the researcher found that some of the students have problems with their self-confidence. There were several phenomena already found, such as (1) the students were not able to express their thoughts and opinions when the students did the speaking activities. (2) the students were not confident while answering the question given. This study aimed to determine the correlation between students’ self-confidence toward student learning achievement in English language learning in tenth-grade students in the Bebandem district. This study is an ex-post-facto research design with a correlational technique and questionnaire method with 73 students in tenth grade in the Bebandem district were a sample of this study. Questionnaires of Students’ Self-confidence and documentation toward students’ report cards were used to collect the data then Descriptive statistics, and determination tests were used to analyze the data. Based on the data analysis it was found that there is a significant correlation between students’ self-confidence toward students’ learning achievement in English learning of tenth grade in the Bebandem district with a correlation value (0.099) and p-value (0.023) > 0.05. Based on the determination test is only 0.98 students’ self-confidence can explain the variance of learning achievement and 99.02% predicted by another variable that not examined in this study. This research aims to determine the economic impact of developing the Lasiana Beach tourist area for the community and government (PAD). This research was conducted at the NTT Province Tourism and Creative Economy Service. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with data collection methods through interviews and observations while the informants are government officials and people who do business in the area and visitors. The focus of the research is the economic impact in the form of community income, employment opportunities, and government income (PAD). The research results show that the income earned by people who do business in the area every day is still low. There are job opportunities for the community by opening businesses in the area but these business opportunities have not been utilized properly and there is income generated for the government in the form of levies but this has not yet met the target. {"title":"Ovarian Tube Abscess in an Intrauterine Contraceptive Device User for 5 Years: A Case Report","authors":"Athira Fitri Kemalasari, Palupi Widiasih","doi":"10.55324/josr.v2i11.1502","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.55324/josr.v2i11.1502","url":null,"abstract":"A tubo-ovarian abscess (TOA) is one of the late complications of untreated Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID) and can be life-threatening if the abscess ruptures and results in sepsis.1 It most commonly affects women of reproductive age and nearly 60% of women with TOA are nulliparous.2 The association between tubo-ovarian abscess formation and the presence of an intrauterine device (IUD) is well recognized. It has been suggested that the risk of upper genital tract infection is highest during the immediate period following the insertion of an IUD. We report a case of pelvic inflammatory disease in a 44-year-old woman using an intrauterine contraceptive device (IUD) for more than 5 years, who complained of lower abdominal pain and lumbar pain without fever, and also had a thick-white vaginal discharge. The clinical diagnosis was performed by anamnesis and ultrasound (we found an hypo- hyperechoic mass on the right adnexa size 4.4 x 3.6 x 4.0 cm) and then the patient was treated with triple antibiotics for 3 days. Afterward, the patient was performed using exploring laparoscopy to continue to right salpingo-oophorectomy adhesiolysis left tubectomy, and IUD removal as well. Long-term users of IUDs remain at risk for serious pelvic infections. Every IUD user's patient should be routinely counseled by their gynecologist and tubo-ovarian abscess should be strongly considered in the differential diagnosis of an IUD user who presents with an adnexal mass, abdominal pain, and lumbar pain. The research design is quantitative research with the title \"The Influence of Environmental Management and Firm Performance on Firm Value Moderated by Good Corporate Governance\". The data source is secondary data collected from the IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchange) website to access financial report data of mining sector manufacturing companies, for the period 2017 - 2022. The population of this research is mining sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2022 period. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. The results show that there is no direct influence from ISO certification on ROA (Return on Assets). There is a significant positive effect of firm value from the environmental management and firm performance variable, moderated by board size. However, the presence of independent commissioners does not moderate the effect of ISO and ROA on firm value. This research is quantitative. The survey was conducted on 160 respondents who are or have used shopeepay. Data analysis was carried out using structural equation modeling with AMOS. The results show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust variables have a significant positive influence on behavioral intention. However, this is different from perceived enjoyment which has a positive and insignificant influence on behavioral intention to use. This is different from perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived enjoyment which show insignificant results if mediated by trust. Research reveals that overall trust makes the greatest contribution to behavioral intention to use, followed by perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. So the conclusion is that companies can increase behavioral intention to use through personal information data security which is the largest contributor indicator to personal information security from hacking. The limitations in the research, among others, the limited theoretical studies up to the time of data collection, the location and research objects which only focused on e-wallet users in the DKI Jakarta area, and the number of respondents who had not reached the maximum limit that should have been.
