Of the many peoply , there are still many resident whosw economic level is very low(poor). The problem in this study is that the housing and settlement office of Pandeglang regency in term of determining the house surgery assistance program is still subjective so that sometime it is not target , as well as the frequent exchange of application document and the lack of transparency of the result of grant recipients. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that ains to make I easier for the housing and settlement office to determine potential recipient of the this method works by finding the weight value for each alternative, then a calculation processs is carried out to obtain an optimal alternative, to determine to potential recipients of the home surgery program. The results of this study with the SAW method yielded a ranking of 0,654 rank 5 on behalf of Inik, rank 4 with a value of 0,7535 on behalf of Toton, rank 3 with a value of 0,886 on behalf of irman, rank 2 with a value of 0,911 on behalf of Tedi, rank 1 with a 1 point on behalf of Enong. To understand the patterns and characteristics of diabetic patients, research was conducted by clustering the data of diabetic patients using the K-Means algorithm. The results of the analysis showed that there were two clusters, with cluster 1 consisting of 755 female patients aged 20-80 years and cluster 2 consisting of 404 male patients aged 40-90 years. The diagnosis of Non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus was the most common diagnosis in both clusters, followed by Rheumatoid arthritis in cluster 1 and Respiratory tuberculosis in cluster 2. BMI results in the \"ideal\" category had the highest frequency in both clusters, but the \"less\" category was more found in cluster 2. The unique variables in cluster 1 are M13.9 and I15, while the unique variables in cluster 2 are A15 and E11.6. Social media can provide additional customer and industry data to digitally transform information into knowledge for innovation. Such an amalgamation provides a potentially complementary role in the relationship between human capital and innovation outcomes. Through social media technology, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) can communicate information and respond to competitors with minimal costs. The ability to share and access information can affect the performance of MSMEs. One important aspect that has emerged recently is open innovation. A previous study has highlighted the importance of human capital for innovation performance. The purpose of this study is to conceptualize the use of social media in an effort to improve the performance of MSMEs from an open innovation-based human capital perspective. The method used is a literature review that is relevant from 2018 to 2022. Implementasi Sistem Informasi/Teknologi Informasi (SI/TI) dalam upaya transformasi digital di KWSG menjadi kunci penting, utamanya untuk mewujudkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses bisnis hingga mengarahkan pada keunggulan kompetitif. Namun pada praktiknya, pengembangan SI/TI masih seringkali menemui tantangan dalam memastikan strategi bisnis dan SI/TI dapat selaras, atau dengan kata lain inisiatif pengembangan SI/TI harus dapat memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis saat ini dan di masa mendatang. Selain itu, pengembangan SI/TI di KWSG yang semakin kompleks dapat berpengaruh pada proses bisnis yang sedang berjalan jika tidak direncanakan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengusulkan perencanaan strategis SI/TI yang berguna untuk memberikan gambaran model bisnis dan pemanfaatan SI/TI saat ini yang ada pada KWSG, serta memetakan kebutuhan pengembangan SI/TI di masa mendatang hingga menghasilkan rekomendasi peta jalan yang relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) yang ditunjang dengan beberapa alat bantu analisis seperti diagram Value Chain dan Mc Farlan Strategic Grid untuk menghasilkan usulan perencanaan strategis SI/TI di KWSG. Cumulative means the average of the average value assignments, daily test, mid semester test and end of semester test. Then in every educational institution there is a KKM value (Minimum Completeness Criteria) which is a reference for completeness from the final result of student score. At this time, almost all educational institutions, both public and private, are careful in processing student score data, because of the importance of the value that will be issued to determine student achivment. The value data processing that occurs at SMP Negeri 6 Pelepat Ilir is currently still by copying or duplicating student data file, causing a buildup of data which has an impact on the difficulty of getting value data information because they have to open the data files one by one. The purpose of this study is to facilitate teachers in processing student score data at SMP Negeri 6 Pelepat Ilir by using the PHP programming language and using the phpmyadmin database.
