This research discusses the design of a decision support system for selecting the best teachers by applying the user-centered design method to help evaluate the best teachers, reduce subjectivity and errors in evaluation, and provide transparency in the evaluation process. The results of this research provide a system design and prototype. Abstract

Evaluation of teachers is a common activity in the education world with the aim of assessing and encouraging the performance of teachers in the learning process.
