Graduates of higher educational institutions determine the future of our country, so they must not only have a high level of professional readiness, but also be physically enduring, efficient and healthy. These personality traits are formed and improved during the student years by means of physical education. Physical education in higher educational institutions is an integral part of education. The level of their physical development and health depends on the quality of the organization and conduct of classes with students. At present, the health of the younger generation is of serious concern. Numerous works of modern researchers point to an increase in the level of diseases and focus on a decrease in the functional resistance of the body of students to physical activity. The subject of the research is the methodology of using means of physical culture and health-improving orientation in physical education classes. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of physical culture and health-improving orientation classes on the physical fitness of first-year students. Research objectives: to conduct an analysis of scientific and methodological literature and advanced pedagogical experience in relation to the topic under study; to determine the level of physical fitness of female students, using complex testing and to reveal the dynamics of indicators of physical fitness; to develop a program of physical education classes to improve the level of physical fitness and health of female students; to experimentally check the developed training methodology and determine its feasibility of introducing it into the educational process in physical education. In the course of organizing and conducting a scientific experiment, the following methods were used: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observations, control testing, mathematical processing of results. The study involved first-year students who study at the National University \"Odesa Law Academy\" and do not play sports. In the course of the experiment, a program of physical education classes was developed, which included sets of exercises for the development of physical qualities, as well as a health-improving orientation. These complexes were used in each physical education lesson twice a week on a schedule. The study made it possible to draw the following conclusions. The analysis of the results shows that at the initial stage of the research the majority of female students showed low results in all the tests. After conducting classes according to our methodology, at the second stage of the experiment, the results for some tests improved significantly. Thus, the proposed program of health related training had a positive impact on the results of physical fitness of female s","PeriodicalId":378664,"journal":{"name":"European vector of development of the modern scientific researches","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121309240","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The particularities of the course didactic elements usage on the Moodle platform and within extra-platform resources were studied on example of the course \"Journalistic Speciality (Photo Journalism)\" which was located on the website of distant learning of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, and \"Design in Advertising and PR\", educational and methodological package located on the web-portal of National University of Food Technologies. Academic subjects of such type aim to form students' practical skills and, thus, are based on imitation as a method of teaching which is hard to realize during distant teaching of an academic subject. The formation of necessity of creative seeing and self-realization within the academic subject is also important. Taking into consideration specific situation caused by the events in Luhansk region in 2014 and later and events, caused by the COVID-19 pandemics, it was particularly important to create psychological comfort and minimize stress situations connected to the absence of direct contact with a teacher and groupmates during the studying process. The aim of this research was to trace out the specificity of usage of the Moodle platform and extra-platform resources in distant teaching of creative and practical academic subjects (also with usage of computer technologies and specific equipment) to the students of humanities. The researcher also pursue the aim to lighten gained experience in search of optimal for distant learning forms and methods of teaching for provision of high educational result and psychological comfort of students. The author uses such methods of research as analysis of educational and methodological literature, programmes, manuals and methodological recommendation, available programme means and a platform for distant learning; approbation of chosen methodology in the conditions of distant learning in evacuated university and during the learning process under the conditions of lockdown; questionnaires and interviews with the students who took part in studying of the academic subject, working out and statistical analysis of the results; progress monitoring of students' educational activity, observation and evaluation of their extra-curriculum creative activity. Marutyak","doi":"10.30525/978-9934-26-077-3-28","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30525/978-9934-26-077-3-28","url":null,"abstract":"The object of research is the territory of the city of Lviv (Ukraine). Lviv (geographical coordinates: 49N50, 24E00) is the largest city in Western Ukraine, with a population of over 720,000 inhabitants. The city is located in the western part of the Volyn-Podilska Upland, on the line of the Main European Ridge of the Baltic and Black Sea basins. Subject of research is relief parameters (maximum, average and minimum heights, vertical dismemberment and steepness of the surface) and land use characteristics (building intensity, phytocenotic cover). The purpose of research is to study the features of the territory of Lviv from the standpoint of influence on the hydrological regime and erosion processes. Methodology. Peculiarities of the territory of Lviv were studied by processing topographic maps using aerial photography materials and route surveys. Morphometric analysis of the relief was performed on topographic maps of scale 1: 10000 by dividing the map into elementary squares with an area of 0.25 km2. The research covers an area of 100.25 km2 (401 elementary squares). Within the elementary squares, the maximum, average and minimum heights of the territory, the depth of local erosion bases, the average surface steepness, the intensity and nature of construction, and the features of vegetation were determined. Results. The territory of Lviv is characterized by a variety of relief conditions and related nature of surface use. On the basis of morphometric maps of maximum and minimum heights, vertical dismemberment and steepness of the surface, we can distinguish the flat peripheral part of the city and the middle band of elevations. The asymmetry of the territory of Lviv in relation to the watershed causes various potential dangers of erosion processes and related unproductive moisture losses. The intensity of construction increases from the periphery to the center, with the exception of modern multi-storey buildings of the Sykhiv massif and industrial areas in the western part of the city. Low specific weight of waterproof coatings is characterized by the eastern and northern parts of the city with a complex relief. The largest amount of greenery is concentrated in the eastern part of the city (Vysokyi Zamok Park, Shevchenkivskyi grove, Pohulyanka Forest Park, Lychakiv), where surfaces with maximum relative heights predominate. The great variety of the underlying surface on the territory of Lviv causes different conditions for the formation of surface runoff and associated unproductive moisture consumption. The high potential danger of erosion processes is primarily noted by the structural-denudation level of Roztochia, which is characterized by the highest values of surface steepness. Complex relief conditions, intensive anthropogenic impact determine the need for anti-erosion organization of the city and measures aimed at optimizing hydrological processes. Scientific novelty. One of the criteria that characterizes the degree of landscape transfor","PeriodicalId":378664,"journal":{"name":"European vector of development of the modern scientific researches","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115214096","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To studying the spatio-temporal variability of water temperature and salinity in the active layer of the marine environment, it is necessary to use the data of their vertical and spatial distribution. Today there does not exist an easy way to get a in situ data for the analysis of the thermohaline structure in the marine environment. Indirect definitions of the vertical and spatial distribution of water temperature and salinity through the development of various methods for the calculation of thermohaline characteristics are used to date. Main purpose of this work is to study the thermohaline structure in the active layer of the Black Sea according to the calculated hydrophysical characteristics based on satellite and hydroacoustic data. The study of the vertical distribution of water temperature and salinity in the Black Sea was carried out in the deep-water part sea at standard levels (0, 10, 20, 25, 30, 50 meters) in the spring –autumn period. This area of research is represented by the highest number of measurements and is included in the Main Black Sea current zone. The calculations of thermohaline characteristics in the marine environment are based on the original methods of calculating the vertical distribution of water temperature, sound speed and salinity of water by satellite and hydroacoustic data. These methods were developed in the State Institute “Hydroacoustic Branch of Institute of Geophysics by S.I. Subbotin name of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine”. Mathematical and physical-statistical methods of calculation were used in the developed methods. For the efficiency of calculations an Automated Program Complex (APC) for calculating the vertical distribution of temperature and salinity fields in the marine environment by satellite and hydroacoustic data has been developed and tested on the example of the Black Sea. The initial data for the calculations using the APC are only daily satellite data of the sea surface temperature. Based on the results of calculations of the APC, maps of the vertical distribution of temperature and salinity of water on zonal and meridional sections in the Black Sea in the period of spring – autumn 2018 were developed. Analysis of the results of calculations of the vertical distribution of thermohaline characteristics made it possible to identify the main features in these distributions. The features of the spatial-temporal distribution of thermohaline parameters have been analysed. The confirmation of the state of the thermohaline regime inherent in the Black Sea in the warm season was obtained. The results of calculations of the vertical distribution of thermohaline characteristics in the Black Sea deep-water area on the basis of satellite and hydroacoustic data using the developed methods showed","PeriodicalId":378664,"journal":{"name":"European vector of development of the modern scientific researches","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114623061","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

That is why it is important to organize a controlling system at the enterprise to optimize and improve the efficiency of microeconomics management in the hotel and restaurant business. Awareness of the relevance led to the definition of the subject of research, which are scientific and applied principles and approaches, methods and tools of the controlling system in the hotel and restaurant business. The purpose of the paper is a comprehensive analysis and systematic generalization of theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation of the controlling system in the hotel and restaurant business. To solve certain tasks, a system of general scientific and special methods was used: historical and logical, comparative, logical generalization, analysis and synthesis, graphic, etc. A comprehensive approach to analysing and summarizing the definitions of the category of «controlling» allows to interpret controlling in the hotel and restaurant business; that is, controlling as a management system of one or more processes of the enterprise, is aimed at achieving and maintaining strategic goals and includes information support, evaluation, coordination, optimization and control of the activities of all functional and management units for the implementation of the strategic plan. In addition, the classification of types of controlling in terms of different approaches, which expands and deepens the study of the economic essence and content of the scientific category. The main prerequisite for achieving effective functioning of the hospitality industry is a successfully organized process of controlling the company, which includes taking into account the external and internal environment, which are constantly changing under the influence of uncontrolled factors and create new conditions for the enterprise; taking into account the peculiarities of business processes in the hotel and restaurant business, which will allow the most effective management activities at the enterprise, taking into account all the individual nuances of the enterprise; providing management with relevant information that allows you to respond in a timely manner to unexpected changes in the enterprise; regulating the results of activities that optimize the management decision-making process, by analysing the potential impact of deviations on the probability of achieving the goal. Based on the analysis and generalization of information, a structural model of the controlling system in the hotel and restaurant business was designed and substantiated, which comprehensively takes into account the peculiarities of the enterprise, without which the hotel and restaurant complex as a single integrated mechanism is impossible. The methodological tools of the controlling system are substantiated, a comprehensive combination of which will systematically cove","PeriodicalId":378664,"journal":{"name":"European vector of development of the modern scientific researches","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124089024","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main focus lies in the most modern methods of teaching Ukrainian for foreign students of different nationalities who attain higher education in Ukraine. The author reviewed the development of the concepts of emotional intelligence and modern approaches to the determination of the nature and forms of manifestation of empathy in individuals. Empathy is a principal social emotion; in its most general form it is defined as the individual's ability to react emotionally and to respond to other people's experiences. The author emphasizes the feasibility of accounting empathy as part of emotional intelligence, which is key to successful study of the Ukrainian language for foreigners. The value of socio-psychological training as a means to enhance students’ empathy is proven. Emotional intelligence techniques for the formation and development of empathy culture are presented. The formation of students’ emphatically culture promotes social and psychological training, thus enhancing competence in the field of communication and interpersonal skills to acquire. Socio-psychological training covers various methods, such as business and role-playing, discussions and more. It involves the acquisition of psychological and pedagogical knowledge in communication, effective communication skills, for example, to get in touch, listen, persuade others and to form attitudes necessary for successful communication, such as readiness to consider the problem from another point of view; development of abilities of self-examination, to understand other students, and correction system of relations with the outside world. Other techniques appropriate to apply during the stimulation of student culture are widely known such as self-disclosure, emotional response, personal contact (physical, visual, verbal, plastic, object-efficient) jokes, humor and others. The latter are very effective in removing emotional stress, eliminating aggressive or sad states of stress in relationships, and help enhance mental activity. Jokes activate distraction and relax empathy. The development of emotional intelligence in the student regulates that individual’s abilities and traits that are responsible whether the impact of emotional phenomena will be constructive or destructive behavior for the student. Developing emotional intelligence is inextricably linked to the communicative approach to language learning. The teacher should provide comfortable and effective communication between students in class, using the methods above, techniques and creating a positive atmosphere that promotes cooperation and helps develop confidence in students. Holistic education must involve the unity of intellectual and emotional areas. To do this, it is necessary to review the role of the state, in particular its judiciary branch in the regulation of relations in the field of labor. It is important that EU legislation which regulates public and private aspects of hired labor gives EU member states the right to independently choose forms and methods of implementation of European standards in private spheres. The arrangement of labor and related relations depends on the ideas of the participants of labor law relations about freedom, justice, equality and humanism. Improvement of Ukraine’s labor legislation based on European basic principles and conditions of labor regulation is the main condition for joining the European Union. Simply transferring the norms of European legislation to the national one is impossible since EU legislation differs from the labor legislation of Ukraine regarding the system of its forms. It is also important that EU law is generally a supranational legal system. It is also worth to pay special attention to the fact, that the fundamental rights and socio-economic interests of employees are enshrined in EU regulations, thus they acquire legal certainty. Also, the process of their consolidation, guarantee, implementation, and protection is continuous. EU legislation is characterized by dynamism, as it evolves with the development of society and its ideas of “necessary” and “desirable”.","PeriodicalId":378664,"journal":{"name":"European vector of development of the modern scientific researches","volume":"63 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127268001","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has been proved that human-induced debris in orbital space has reached catastrophic proportions, which requires making immediate changes for sustainable development of space activity. The research objective resides in the development of theoretical and methodological foundations, scientific and methodological approaches, and a practical toolkit for justifying projects in the emerging space debris market. The methodological platform of the research included the Stakeholder concept as an eco-system of interrelated groups. One built the BCG matrix of growth of the “Access to outer space” sector of the global market of space products and services. Also, there were distinguished four groups of space services for this segment using two factors – “the share of the types of space services” and “the relative share of the service market.” During the research, the authors developed a matrix for analysis of the project stakeholders in the emerging space debris market. It has been identified that there are three groups of stakeholders by the factors’ levels “Influence – Interest”: partners – alpha-stakeholders ( -stakeholders), consultants and support – beta-stakeholders ( -stakeholders). A situational model for the choice of a negotiating strategy for the development of projects in the space debris management market has been developed based on the methodological approach of “decision tree” to determine a rational negotiating strategy for reduction of destructive behaviour and avoidance of organizational conflicts among residential stakeholders. It was proposed to determine the general efficiency of the projects in the emerging space debris market based on the methodology by M. Farrell: as production of technical effectiveness and allocative (distributional) efficiency. All components of general efficiency were analyzed by the authors who also provided analytical calculation formulae: technical, economic, social, and ecological. A method of determining expenditures for a project on emerging space debris on the assumption of an alternative cost of projects and determining the stage of the project’s life cycle has been proposed. Making decisions on the project development requires structural analysis of expenditures of operating activity by the life cycle stages. To do that, the operating activity costs should be structures in the following way: preproduction costs; production costs; off-production costs; postproduction costs. The following main parameters used for making managerial decisions during project development were considered: profitability, the cost of deferred decisions, and deviation from costs. It was discovered that project development is carried out in the risk and uncertainty conditions.
