Kelas mutu air merupakan peringkat kualitas air yang di nilai masih layak untuk dimanfaatkan berdasarkan hasil uji parameter kualitas air. \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1). Menganalisis persebaran dan tingkat kerentanan airtanah bebas terhadap pencemaran dengan menggunakan metode GOD di Kota Mataram.2). Menganalisis kualitas airtanah bebas menurut parameter fisika, kimia dan biologi di Kota Mataram. \u0000Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa airtanah bebas di Kota Mataram memiliki potensi kerentanan sedang terhadap pencemaran, berdasarkan hasil uji laboratorium sampel airtanah, ditemukan beberapa sampel yang telah melampaui batas maksimum seperti 1). .Daya Hantar Listrik terdapat pada sampel 1, sampel 3, sampel 4, sampel 14 dan sampel 16 yang terletak di Kelurahan Ampenan Utara, Keluran Dayan Peken, dan kelurahan Ampenan Tengah. 2). Total dissolved solid (TDS) yang terdapat pada hamper seluruh sampel, kecuali sampel 13.3). Belum optimalnya pengembangan pariwisata di RPH Mangunan dikarenakan beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah peran serta masyarakat yang dilihat dari beberapa kelompok stakeholder. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kondisi produk wisata dan peran serta masyarakat sebagai stakeholders di RPH Mangunan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan responden baik internal maupun eksternal RPH Mangunan. This increase has an impact on the increasing need for urban space. This causes the area to be built in urban areas to increase and the reduction of open space so as to encourage the use of rice fields as residential areas and offices. Therefore it is necessary to do a study or evaluation through spatial analysis to determine changes in the use of paddy fields in Gorontalo City in a certain period of time. This study is one of the references in the direction of environmentally sound development for the future. This study aims to analyze changes in land use as a built area within 5 years from 2008 to 2013. The method used in this study is spatial analysis consisting of image data and digital maps as supporting data. The analysis was carried out by overlaying the land use map technique with different periods of time from the interpretation of digital satellite images. The results showed that there were two types of changes in the built-up area in Gorontalo City within a period of 5 years, namely the change in open area to a built area and the area built into an open area. \u0000Keywords: changed, land, built area, gorontalo \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Abstrak – Pembangunan di wilayah perkotaan terus berkembang yang disertai dengan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk. Peningkatan ini berdampak pada semakin tingginya kebutuhan akan ruang kota. Hal ini menyebabkan kawasan terbangun di wilayah perkotaan semakin meningkat dan berkurangnya ruang terbuka sehingga mendorong penggunaan lahan sawah sebagai area permukiman dan perkantoran. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan kajian atau evaluasi melalui analisis spasial untuk mengetahui perubahan pemanfaatan lahan sawah yang ada di Kota Gorontalo dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Kajian ini merupakan salah satu acuan dalam arahan pembangunan yang berwawasan lingkungan untuk masa mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan pemanfaatan lahan sebagai area terbangun dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun dari tahun 2008 hingga 2013 . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis spasial terdiri dari data citra dan peta digital sebagai data pendukung. Analisis dilakukan dengan teknik overlay peta penggunaan lahan dengan kurun waktu berbeda hasil interpretasi citra satelit digital. The long-term goal of this research is as part of the realization of next-generation network communication in Indonesia based on IP which has the urgency of developing communication media between the sender and receiver of voice information by minimizing the cable network component, namely replacing it with Mobile Adhoc Network (MANET). namely the ad-hoc communication model based on wireless networks. The type of research used is experimental research, namely laboratory-based research using the Network Development Life Cycle method. The Quality of Service factors tested were delay, jitter, throughput and packet loss. This research implements VoIP technology using the MANET network where transmission media is Wireless so that duration is an influential thing. Therefore, the duration of the experiment in this study was 180 seconds. Retrieval of test data using Wireshark Software. The results showed that VoIP communication using the MANET network with a defined duration standard resulted in a relatively good performance for all tests meeting the established standards so that it was feasible to be implemented on the MANET network. The overall test results using the data flow and testing without the data flow obtained results that are relatively the same so it can be concluded that the VoIP network that has been built is quite satisfactory. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: Ad-hoc, Manet, Voip, Qos \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Abstrak – Trend perkembangan jaringan komputer saat ini lebih cenderung kepada jaringan Wireless karena kepraktisannya jaringan Wireless dan performansinya hampir sama dengan jaringan kabel, salah satu pengaplikasian jaringan Wireless adalah pertukaran informasi suara dengan menggunakan teknologi Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). This research is quantitative by using the ArcGIS Application through the Geographic Information System to calculate the green area and calculate the green index (green index) using mathematical formulas. The results showed that the green index per capita in 2013 was 15.30 m2 which increased in 2018 by 16.22 m2. Disruption of the hydrological cycle has caused \"3 T\" classic problems of water \"too much (which causes flooding),\" too little (which causes drought) and \"too dirty (which causes water pollution). Based on data from BNPB in 1979-2009 there were 8 drought events in Gorontalo Province. This research was carried out in the Limboto Watershed with an area of 86412.6 ha. The method used is the SWAT Method (Soil and Water Assessment Tool) using ArcSwat software that integrates GIS. This research is included in non-experimental research that is by using direct observation in the field. Input of SWAT data include slope, land cover type, climate, and soil type. The analysis used in determining the vulnerability of the watershed to drought is to use the Soil Moisture Deficit Index (SMDI) through the Soil Water (SW) parameter. In this study the use of SWAT model output through ArcSwat, has been able to describe the condition of water supply in the Limboto watershed, which as a whole has been included in the \"Vulnerable\" category. By comparing the area that experienced drought before and after simulation / running land use directives, it can be concluded that the difference in the area of the watershed that experiences drought with the \"Vulnerable\" classification is obtained 37,513.1 ha or a decrease of 43.4% from watershed area. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: Drought, Direction for Land Use, Limboto River Basin, Landing Simulation \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Abstrak – Perubahan penggunaan lahan merupakan kekuatan sosial ekonomi yang paling mendorong perubahan dan degradasi ekosistem. Terganggunya siklus hidrologi telah menimbulkan “3 T” masalah klasik air “too much (yang menimbulkan banjir), “too little (yang menimbulkan kekeringan) dan “too dirty (yang menimbulkan pencemaran air). Berdasarkan data BNPB tahun 1979-2009 terdapat 8 kejadian kekeringan di Provinsi Gorontalo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Limboto dengan luas DAS 86412,6 ha. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode SWAT (Soil and Water Assessment Tool) dengan menggunakan software ArcSwat yang terintegrasi SIG. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penellitian non-eksperimen yakni dengan menggunakan pengamatan langsung di lapangan. Input data SWAT antara lain lereng, jenis tutupan lahan, iklim, dan jenis tanah. The development of the built-up area has also increased with increasing population and increasing economic activity. Most of the population activities in the form of economy, services, trade, offices, education, health, and entertainment facilities that are centralized in urban areas have caused the availability of non-built-up area to shrink further. Detection of the built-up area can be assessed from remote sensing data using urban indices, multispectral classification (supervised and unsupervised classification), and spectral bands. This study aims to detect the built-up area based on multisensor and multitemporal imagery. Landsat 5 TM, Landsat 8, ASTER, and Sentinel-2B (LAST) images were used in this study. Digital image processing is performed on each image using the guided classification method support vector machine (SVM) algorithm. Four classes of land cover were taken, namely built-up area, vegetation, bare land, and water bodies. Samples of built-up area classes were taken as many as 31 random sampling points spread over the study area. Validation tests were carried out for each image based on the ground check. Results of the study showed that the development of the built-up area was directed to the north and the difference in the extent of information on the built-up area due to differences in spatial resolution. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: built-up area, landsat, aster, sentinel, supervised classification, gorontalo \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Abstrak –Lahan terbangun mudah ditemukan di wilayah perkotaan yang merupakan penggunaan lahan paling banyak dibandingkan penggunaan lahan lainnya. Perkembangan lahan terbangun turut meningkat seiring pertambahan jumlah penduduk dan peningkatan aktivitas ekonomi. Sebagian besar aktivitas penduduk berupa ekonomi, jasa, perdagangan, perkantoran, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan sarana hiburan yang terpusat di wilayah perkotaan menyebabkan ketersediaan lahan non-terbangun kian menyusut pula. Deteksi lahan terbangun dapat dikaji dari data penginderaan jauh menggunakan indeks perkotaan (urban index), klasifikasi multispektral (supervised and unsupervised classification), dan saluran spektral (spectral bands). Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeteksi lahan terbangun berdasarkan citra multis-sensor dan multi-temporal. Citra landsat 5 TM, landsat 8, ASTER, dan sentinel-2B (LAST) digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengolahan citra digital dilakukan pada masing-masing citra yang menggunakan metode klasifikasi terbimbing algoritma support vector machine (SVM). Sebanyak empat kelas tutupan lahan diambil, yaitu lahan terbangun, vegetasi, lahan terbuka dan tubuh air. Sampel kelas lahan terbangun diambil sebanyak 31 titik secara random sampling yang tersebar di wilayah penelitian. Uji validasi dilakukan untuk masing-masing citra berdasarkan ground check. Dulangeya village is one of the villages in Botumoito Subdistrict that has natural resources (SDA) that deserve to serve as the object of natural tourist attraction. The natural potential is hot springs, mangroves and white sandy beaches based on the above objective of this research is to identify the natural potentials in Dulangeya village into tourist areas by utilizing GIS applications. Methods and data analysis used is the method of interview and field observation is a method that aims to determine the level of natural potential feasibility in Dulangeya village which will serve as a spatial analysis and scoring. The results of spatial analysis based on land cover map, slope map and geological map shows that Dulangeya village has land cover (primary mangrove forest, secondary mangrove forest, dryland farming, dryland farming mixed with shrubs / bushes), alluvium geology and granodiorite and slope which range between \u00002-5% and 5-15%. Meanwhile, based on scoring analysis for each criterion is attractiveness (94.44%), accessibility (70.83%), accommodation (33.33%) and facilities and infrastructure (70%). Based on the results of spatial analysis and scoring analysis shows that Dulangeya Village is one of the villages in Botumoito Subdistrict that has the potential of natural resources that deserve to be used as one of the natural attractions. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: Nature Potential, Tourism, Dulangeya Village, GIS \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Abstrak - Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Dulangeya Kecamatan Botumoito Kabupaten Boalemo. Desa Dulangeya merupakan salah satu Desa di Kecamatan Botumoito yang memiliki Sumber Daya Alam (SDA) yang layak untuk dijadikan sebagai obyek daya tarik wisata alam. Potensi alam tersebut berupa sumber mata air panas, mangrove dan pesisir pantai berpasir putih berdasarkan hal tersebut maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi potensi alam di Desa Dulangeya menjadi kawasan wisata dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi SIG. Metode dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara dan observasi yaitu metode yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan potensi alam di Desa Dulangeya yang akan dijadikan sebagai kawasan wisata dan dianalisis secara spasial dan skoring. Hasil analisis spasial berdasarkan peta tutupan lahan, peta lereng dan peta geologi menunjukan bahwa Desa Dulangeya memiliki tutupan lahan (hutan mangrove primer, hutan mangrove sekunder, pertanian lahan \u0000kering, pertanian lahan kering bercampur semak/belukar), tataran geologi aluvium dan granodiorit serta kemiringan lereng yang berkisar antara 2-5% dan 5-15%.
