The newly proposed topologies are described. Simulation results for the LNA are: noise figure (NF) of 1.72 dB, power gain of 18.6 dB, and input 1-dB compression point (P/sub -1dB/) of -15.6 dBm. Plasma-chemical etching was performed in a PCR, with closed electron drift, and the chemically active ion energy was controlled in the range from 15 up to 300 eV with a variable magnetic field. Argon, insulating gas, chladone-218, and their mixtures with oxygen, were used as working gases. The microwave effect is more efficient, as against HF-heating (wavelengths 1 - 100 m). The microwave treatment has a high thermal action process speed. It is much higher than HF heating due to the use of electromagnetic field energy. Results of the research show that a power installation for tyre pyrolysis should provide an energy density not less than 30-50 W/cm/sup 2/.
