SRV is designed to become an effective English learning method that can promote the students learning performance. This research aims at assessing or investigating the effectiveness of using SRV (Self-Recording Videos) in the university students of the Engineerings department, at the university of Bumigora. It was carried out by a quantitative research method which is descriptively statistically analyzed along with a number of samples are 14 students. This research’s sampling technique was carried out through a simple random technique, then it was accounted the sample’s number by using Slovin’s technique. The instrument of data collection used is a questionnaire consisting of 9 items, then the reliability of the instrument was tested, in which the Cronbach alpha value (0.721 > 0.60), showing that the questionnaire is reliable. The quantitative data were descriptively analyzed by using a t-test. This study suggests that the use of Self-Recording Videos (SRV) affected students’ English learning performance by assessing the average score. It is obtained that the average score is 0.8476/84.76%. Melihat potensi dan peluang perkembangan bisnis di sektor kehutanan merupakan lahan investasi yang mempunyai prospek yang sangat baik dan potensial untuk dikembangkan. Kondisi tersebut, memberikan peluang bisnis kepada Kesatuan Pengelolaan Hutan Lindung (KPHL) Rinjani Barat mengembangkan investasi di wilayah kelolanya. Program strategi yang dilakukan KPHL Rinjani Barat akan sangat dipandang perlu dilakukan untuk percepatan implementasi rencana bisnis yang akan dikembangkan untuk kemandirian KPHL Rinjani Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian dokumen. Hasil analisis ditampilkan dalam bentuk uraian dan tabel. Hasil analisis berupa dokumen rencana strategi bisnis. Rencana strategi bisnis ini disusun  berdasarkan analisis kondisi internal maupun eksternal KPHL Rinjani Barat, serta mengacu pada visi dan misi organisasi. Langkah selanjutnya menyusun program dan kegiatan sebagai implementasi dari strategi bisnis. Pada akhirnya, dokumen rencana strategi bisnis beserta rincian program dan kegiatan dapat memberi arah terhadap pengelolaan hutan yang melibatkan semua pihak terkait dan terjalinnya kolaborasi dalam implementasi bisnis di KPHL Rinjani Barat.\u0000Study of Business Strategy in the West Rinjani Protected Forest Management Unit\u0000Abstract\u0000Forests have potential economic value and production value. In the new governance management principles, every service unit has the potential to be managed with a business approach. Seeing the potential and opportunity for business development in the forestry sector, it is an investment area with good prospects and potential to develop. This condition provides a business opportunity for the West Rinjani Protection Forest Management Unit (KPHL) to develop investment in its managed area. The strategic program carried out by the West Rinjani KPHL will be deemed necessary to accelerate the implementation of the business plan that will be developed for the independence of the West Rinjani KPHL. This study uses a documentation review. The results are displayed in the form of descriptions and tables. The result is in the form of a business strategy plan document. This business strategy plan is prepared based on an analysis of the internal and external conditions of the West Rinjani KPHL and refers to the organization's vision and mission. The next step is to develop programs and activities. As an area with a fairly high stunting rate in West Nusa Tenggara Province, Sape District is currently carrying out various cross-sectoral efforts in order to maximize early prevention and treatment of stunting. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Posyandu Family Cadres in early prevention and treatment of stunting in Sape District, Bima Regency. This research is a field research that examines empirical reality in society as a research object using a qualitative approach. While the method of data collection is done by interviews and observations using guidelines that have been prepared previously as a guide. The results of this study indicate that Family Posyandu Cadres have a strategic role and have a significant impact on stunting management. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pemanfaatan Buku KIA Pada Ibu Hamil Dengan Pengetahuan Ibu Tentang Perawatan Kehamilan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Penanae Tahun 2021. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Cara penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Adapun instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan kuesioner, data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi Square dengan tingkat sinigfikan (a = 0,05). Analisis  Chi Square menunjukkan, adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pemanfaatan buku KIA pada ibu hamil dengan pengetahuan ibu tentang perawatan kehamilan dengan nilai p = 0.001 < nilai a = 0,05, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima atau terdapat hubungan antara pemanfaatan buku KIA pada ibu hamil dengan pengetahuan ibu tentang perawatan kehamilan.\u0000The Relationship of The Use of Mch Books in Pregnant Mothers With The Mother's Knowledge of Pregnancy Care in The Penanae Health Center in 2021\u0000Abstract\u0000Maternal and child health book (MCH) is the most important communication and information media for health workers, pregnant women, family and community. To find out the relationship between the use of the MCH Handbook in Pregnant Women and Mother's Knowledge of Pregnancy Care in the Penanae Community Health Center in 2021. The design used in this study was cross sectional. How to withdraw samples by using purposive sampling with a sample size of 30 respondents. The research instrument used was the observation sheet and questionnaire, the data were analyzed using the Chi Square test with a synergy level (a = 0.05). Ini patut menjadi perhatian mengingat angka kecelakaan masih tinggi, dan membutuhkan BHD. Studi saat ini bertujuan menganalisa pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang BHD terhadap motivasi menolong kecelakaan lalulintas pada siswa SMAN 2 Wawo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pra- eksperimental dengan desain pre-post test design. Cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 36 responden. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner motivasi, dan diuji menggunakan uji marginal homogeneity. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan motivasi menolong pada siswa sebelum dan sesudah pemberian pendidikan kesehatan tentang Bantuan Hidup Dasar (BHD) terhadap motivasi menolong kecelakaan lalulintas, dengan hasil uji statistik p (0.000) < ? (0.05). Kesimpulan akhir dari studi ini adalah terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang Bantuan Hidup Dasar (BHD) terhadap motivasi menolong kecelakaan lalulintas pada siswa SMAN 2 Wawo.\u0000The Effect Of Health Education On Basic Life Support (BHD) On Helping Motivation In Traffic Accident\u0000Abstract\u0000Basic life support is a series of first aid that is carried out to help anyone who experiences respiratory and cardiac arrest. This should be a cause for concern considering that the accident rate is still high, and requires basic life support. The current study aims to analyze the effect of health education on basic life support on the motivation to help traffic accidents in students of SMAN 2 Wawo. This type of research is pre-experimental with a pre-post test design. The sampling method used purposive sampling with a sample of 36 respondents. The research instrument used was a questionnaire, and tested using the marginal homogeneity test. The results showed that there were differences in motivation to help students before and after giving health education about basic life support to motivation to help traffic accidents, with statistical test results p (0.000) < ? (0.05). Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan peneliti yaitu penelitian Kuantitatif menggunakan metode eksperimental untuk mengukur hubungan, pengaruh perbedaan variabel-variabel pembelajaran berbasis lingungan (X1), Motivasi belajar (X2) serta Hasil belajar (Y). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Lape Sumbawa  .Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui hasil pretes dan hasil postes serta kuisioner (angket ) dan Dokumentasi, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan melakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas , uji tingkat kesukaran soal, uji daya pembeda soal, uji normalitas gain, uji korelasi dan regresi linier sedrhana melalui program SPSS versi 26. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan terdapat korelasi strategi pembelajarn berbasis lingkungan terhadap motivasi belajar (sig = 0,004 < 0,05 ) dan hasil belajar (sig 0,085 > 0,05 ). Jika nilai signifikan F < 0,05 maka H0ditolak dan H1 diterima. Jika nilai F > 0,05 maka Ho diterima dan H? ditolak. Variabel motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan sedangkan variabel strategi pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan tidak memiliki korelasi secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Hasil analisis efektivitas implementasi strategi pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan menunjukkan koefisien determinasi atau R square sebesar 0,06, yang artinya efektivitas belajar meningkat sebesar 6%. Kami melihat peluang pada kemajuan teknologi digital dapat membantu mengatasi masalah ini. Studi saat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keterampilan penalaran mahasiswa pada mata kuliah fisika modern menggunakan simulasi virtual PhET yang terintegrasi di dalam platform LMS. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain ekperimen, dimana dua kelompok sampel disiapkan (kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol), dan diintervensi dengan dua proses belajar. Kelompok eksperimen dibelajarkan dengan simulasi virtual PhET yang terintegrasi di dalam platform LMS, sementara kelompok kontrol dengan pembelajaran tatap muka dengan metode ekspositori. Kedua kelompok sampel adalah mahasiswa yang menempuh matakuliah fisika modern di FKIP Universitas Mataram. Instrumen yang telah valid dipekerjakan untuk mengukur kinerja keterampilan penalaran mahasiswa sebagai pretest dan posttest. Hasil analisis pretest dan posttest menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keterampilan penalaran mahasiswa pada perkuliahan fisika modern meningkat dengan intervensi pembelajaran menggunakan simulasi virtual PhET terintegrasi dengan platform LMS. Hasil analisis statistik juga menunjukkan keunggulan intervensi pembelajaran menggunakan simulasi virtual PhET terintegrasi dengan platform LMS jika dibandingkan dengan metode ekpositori.\u0000The Experience of Teaching Modern Physics Using PhET Virtual Simulations: An Analysis of Student Reasoning Skill Performance\u0000Abstract\u0000The difficulty for tutors in all types of learning (face-to-face and online) is when they teach abstract concepts in modern physics courses, especially to improve students' reasoning skills. We see an opportunity in advances in digital technology that can help overcome this problem. The current study aims to analyze the performance of students' reasoning skills in modern physics courses using PhET virtual simulations that are integrated into the LMS platform. This study used an experimental design, in which two sample groups were prepared (experimental and control groups), and intervened with two learning processes. The experimental group was taught by PhET virtual simulation integrated into the LMS platform, while the control group was taught by face-to-face learning using the expository method. The two sample groups are students taking modern physics courses at FKIP, University of Mataram. Instruments that have been declared valid are employed to measure the performance of students' reasoning skills as a pretest and posttest. The results of the pretest and posttest analysis show that the performance of students' reasoning skills in modern physics courses increases with learning interventions using PhET virtual simulations integrated with the LMS platform. Good performance can be seen from the directive leadership style. Where leadership style is the way a leader influences the behavior of subordinates, so they are willing to work together and want to work productively to achieve organizational goals. In addition to leadership style, motivation is also needed in improving performance. Then performance can also be influenced by the discipline of human resources in the environment. This research was conducted at Company 1 Battalion B Pioneer, where there are still obstacles in improving the performance of its personnel including those related to directive leadership, where there are still Company 1 Battalion B Pioneer personnel aged over 40 years and in rank (Nintara and Tamtama) as well. many senior personnel. So this study aims to analyze the influence of directive leadership style, motivation, and discipline on the performance of Company Personnel 1 Battalion B Pioneer – Brimob Sumbawa. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique used by the researcher is a saturated sample, that is, the entire population is used as a sample. Where the number of personnel of Company 1 Battalion B Pioneer – Brimob Sumbawa is 120 personnel. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers by distributing questionnaires. The data were analyzed using a statistical software (statistical software) in the form of a statistical package for social science (SPSS) application. The main problem is the ability of the principal's managerial skills in carrying out his functions.  The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the principal's managerial application on teacher performance. This research was conducted using a non-experimental quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were 62 people. The instrument used in this study was to use a closed questionnaire with answer choices on a likert scale of 4, which means that respondents can only choose one answer. The data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis. The result showed: (1) the principal's managerial implementation process towards improving teacher’s performance has gone well, (2) there is a managerial correlation of the principal to teacher’s performance, as evidenced by the results of the counting test of 9,151 > ttabel 1.66. The correlation of the principal's managerial influence on teacher’s performance was 0.687 in the strong category. The magnitude of the effect of the principal's managerial effectiveness on teacher’s performance was 58.3%, (3) there is an influence of the principal's managerial effectiveness on teacher’s performance, as evidenced by the results of the paired sample t-test showing that the significance amounts to 0.000 < 0.05, so there is a noticeable or significant difference between the principal's managerial influence on teacher performance. This instrument was developed using the 4D model, but was carried out until the expert validation test stage was carried out by 3 expert validators who were competent in the field. The results of the validation carried out by the three validators obtained an average score of 3.62 with very valid criteria. The instrument questions were made based on the TTCT-V (Torrance Test of Creative Thinking Verbal) on water pollution. Besides being able to see creative thinking abilities, this test can also show students' cognitive abilities and problem solving.
