Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Pada segmentasi geografi di fokuskan pada daerah Sulawesi Tengah yang menjadi lokasi produksi dari brownies cookies. Pada segmentasi demografi yaitu pada konsumen usia 5 tahun hingga 60 tahun. Segmentasi psikografi yaitu di fokuskan pada konsumen yang memiliki rasa suka terhadap suatu makanan atau cemilan setiap hari. Hasil dari strategi pemasaran STP dapat mendorong kinerja usaha dan kinerja produk usaha Toreko agar konsumen dapat lebih mengenal produk brownies cookies yang dihasilkan dan membuat usaha Toreko memiliki pangsa pasar yang lebih luas. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi STP pada usaha Toreko bepengaruh cukup besar untuk meningkatkan penjualan, hal ini dijelaskan dengan hasil wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan peneliti.\u0000Implementation of Marketing Strategy of STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) in Toreko Business \u0000Abstract\u0000This study aims to explain the STP marketing strategy (Segmenting, targeting, positioning) in marketing Toreko's business products. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data used in this study are primary data and use descriptive analysis techniques. In geographic segmentation, the focus is on the Central Sulawesi area which is the location for the production of brownie cookies. In demographic segmentation, namely consumers aged 5 years to 60 years. Psychographic segmentation is focused on consumers who have a liking for a food or snack every day. The results of the STP marketing strategy can boost Toreko's business performance and business product performance so that consumers can become more familiar with the brownie cookie products they produce and make Toreko's business have a wider market share. The researcher concluded that the application of the STP strategy to the Toreko business had a significant influence on increasing sales. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas pembelajaran Manajemen Pendidikan Kejuruan jika disinergikan dengan pembelajaran Kepemimpinan Instruksional (KI), Pengembangan Sumber Belajar (PSB), dan Penulisan Karya Tulis Ilmiah (KTI) di era PLP. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif pada tingkat eksplanasi komparatif menggunakan 3 kelompok sampel. Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Teknologi Informasi Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika (Undikma) yang sedang menjalani program Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan. Mahasiswa dibagi kedalam 3 kelompok masing-masing beranggotakan 10 orang dan diberikan pembelajaran MPK dengan perlakuan berbeda yaitu: terintegrasi pembelajaran kepemimpinan instruksional, terintegrasi pengembangan sumber belajar, dan terintegrasi penulisan karya tulis ilmiah. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen tes pengetahuan dan kuesioner terkait persepsi mahasiswa tentang efektivitas pembelajaran. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji ANOVA untuk menguji signifikansi perbedaan dalam tingkat pengetahuan dan persepsi mahasiswa tentang efektivitas pembelajaran manajemen pendidikan kejuruan. Data penelitian dinyatakan bervarian homogen (p > 0.05) dan berdistribusi normal (p > 0.05). Hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan dalam tingkat pengetahuan MPK mahasiswa setelah pembelajaran dengan nilai F = 3.85, dan p atau signifikansi < 0.05. Selain itu, secara statistik deskriptif mahasiswa juga memiliki persepsi yang positif tentang efektivitas pembelajaran MPK dengan rata-rata skor 4.5 dari skala 5. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sample yang berjumlah 10 atlet. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan data sekunder yaitu dengan melakukan pengamatan video pertandingan. The research method used was quantitative descriptive research. The research population was the petanque athletes in the city of Mataram, totaling 12 athletes. The sampling technique used a purposive sample of 10 athletes. Collecting research data using secondary data, namely by observing video matches. The research instrument used was a blank petanque shooting performance analysis. Research raw data were analyzed using a percentage calculation formula. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi media tanam dan lingkungan jamur merang terhadap pertumbuhan jamur merang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriftif eksperimen. Varibel yang diamati adalah tumbuh kembang jamur merang. Varibel yang mempengaruhi adalah komposisi media tanam dan kondisi lingkungan kumbung jamur merang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dikumbung jamur merang dusun repok tunjang dusun taman indah. Pengaruh perbedaan komposisi media tanam dilakukan pada satu kumbung. Pengaruh paparan cahaya matahari dilakukan pada kumbung jamur yang berbeda. Cahaya matahari yang digunakan hanya cahaya dipagi hari. Pengaturan cahaya dilakukan dengan teknik membuka dan menutup tirai kumbung. Data diambil dengan cara dokumentasi pertumbuhan jamur, kalkulasi produksi jamur dan lama simpan jamur. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan ditemukan komposisi media tanam dan kondisi lingkungan sangat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan jamur merang. Temuan didasarkan pada perbedaan pertumbuhan miselium, kualiatas jamur, volume produksi jamur merang. Media tanam yang diberi ampas sagu lebih disukai oleh jamur merang ditandai dengan pertumbuhan miselium, kualitas dan produksi jamur merang yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan media tanam tampa ampas sagu. Kumbung yang diberikan cahaya matahari berlebih berdampak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan jamur merang. Jamur merang yang terpapar sinar matahari tidak tumbuh dengan baik. Indikatornya jamur menjadi sedikit hitam dan daya simpannya berkurang. Nutrisi dan lingkungan memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan jamur merang yang optimal.\u0000Ideal Conditions for Growing Mushrooms\u0000Abstract\u0000Mushroom is a plant that takes nutrients from its planting medium. Mushrooms do not have chlorophyll so they are very dependent on the growing media and the surrounding environment to grow optimally. This study aims to identify the planting medium and the environment for straw mushroom growth. This research is an experimental descriptive research. The variable observed was the growth and development of the mushroom. Variables that influence are the composition of the growing media and the environmental conditions of the mushroom kumbung. This research was conducted in the repok tunjang mushroom hamlet of Taman Indah hamlet. The effect of differences in the composition of the planting medium was carried out in one kumbung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pengembangan dan mengacu pada model ADDIE yang meliputi Analisis, design, development, implementation, dan Evaluation. Pada tahap analisis, dilakukan observasi dan wawancara terhadap guru biologi MTs Al- Kholidi NW Pengenem Lauk. Pada design dibuat buku saku mengenai materi mahluk hidup dan lingkungan kelas VII. Pada saat divalidasi oleh ahli materi di peroleh nilai rata-rata 89% (sangat layak). Validasi ahli media diperoleh nilai rata-rata 92% (sangat layak). Setelah dilakukan validasi kemudian dilakukan ujicoba lapangan terhadap guru dan siswa. Penilaian guru bidang studi biologi yaitu 94% (sangat layak), dan hasil penilaian angket terhadap siswa yaitu 96% (sangat layak). Sedangkan dari hasil evaluasi belajar siswa menggunakan buku saku memiliki rata-rata nilai diatas standar KKM yaitu 81,67. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa buku saku berbasis problem based learning sangat layak digunakan karena mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di MTs Al Kholidi NW Pengenem lauk.\u0000Development of a Problem-Based Learning Biology Pocket Book to Improve Student Learning Outcomes\u0000Abstract\u0000This study aims to develop a problem based learning biology pocket book as a teaching material on living things and the environment for class VII at MTs Al-Kholidi NW Pengem Lauk. This type of research is development and refers to the ADDIE model which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the analysis phase, observations and interviews were carried out with the biology teacher at MTs Al-Kholidi NW Pengem Lauk. In the design, a pocket book is made on living things and the environment for class VII. When validated by material experts, an average value of 89% (very decent) is obtained. Media expert validation obtained an average value of 92% (very feasible). After validation, field trials were carried out on teachers and students. The assessment of teachers in the field of biology studies is 94% (very feasible), and the results of the questionnaire assessment of students are 96% (very feasible). Meanwhile, from the results of the evaluation of student learning using pocket books, the average score is above the KKM standard, which is 81,67. Kehadiran kelas ibu hamil di Puskesmas Mpunda belum mencapai target seperti yang diharapkan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bima sebesar 100% hanya 58,4%. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan suami dengan tingkat kehadiran Ibu hamil dalam kelas Ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mpunda Kota Bima Tahun 2022. Penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan crossectional di Kecamatan Mpunda dari bulan April sampai dengan Mei 2022. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan Kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan secara bertahap meliputi analisis univariat dan bivariat (chi-square). Dari hasil uji univariat di dapatkan hasil ibu yang hadir dalam kelas ibu hamil yang mendapat dukungan suami sebanyak 37 orang (68,5%), sedangkan ibu yang hadir dalam kelas ibu hamil yang tidak mendapat dukungan suami sebanyak 17 orang (22,2%). Dari hasil uji bivariat ada hubungan antara dukungan suami dengan tingkat kehadiran ibu hamil (p=0,003) hal ini berarti bahwa nilai P lebih kecil dari a (P = 0.003 < a = 0.05). Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa ada hubungan antara dukungan suami dengan tingkat kehadiran ibu hamil dalam kelas Ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mpunda Kota Bima Tahun 2022 dengan nilai P value 0,003. Suami diharapkan dapat lebih memberikan dukungan dan perhatiannya kepada ibu hamil untuk mengikuti kelas ibu hamil sehingga ibu lebih semangat untuk mengikuti kelas ibu hamil.\u0000Relationship between Husband's Support and Attendance Rate of Pregnant Women in Pregnant Women's Class\u0000Abstract\u0000Class for pregnant mothers is a means for learning together about health for pregnant mothers in the form of face-to-face in group which aims to know the relationship between husband support and the attendance level of pregnant mothers in pregnant mothers’ class in the working area of Mpunda Public Health. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriftif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 1 Lingsar pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Sampel penelitian ini adalah Kepala Laboratoriun dan Siswa kelas XI IPA 1 dan XI IPA 2 sebanyak 50 siswa. Instrunen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa lembar observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penlitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keefektifan penggunaan laboratorium IPA terhadap pembelajaran di SMAN 1 Lingsar, menunjukkan hasil bahwa Rerata semua butir pernyataan memiliki persentase sebesar 72,97% dengan kategori cukup baik. Nilai persentase yang masih tergolong cukup tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yang berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan guru biologi di SMAN 1 Lingsar, faktor utama yang menyebabkan kurang efektifnya penggunaan laboratorium IPA di SMAN 1 Lingsar, yakni minimnya laboran sebagai pengelola sarana dan prasarana laboratorium, serta tidak ada pembantu laboran dalam mempersiapkan peralatan yang di butuhkan untuk proses praktikum sehingga menyebabkan guru dan siswa mengalami kendala dalam melakukan praktikum di laboratorium. This research is an ex post facto research with a descriptive quantitative approach. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Lingsar in the even semester of the 2022/2023 school year. The sample for this research was the head of the laboratory and students of class XI IPA 1 and XI IPA 2, consisting of 50 students. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the study show that the level of effectiveness of using the science laboratory for learning at SMAN 1 Lingsar shows that the mean percentage of all statement items is 72.97%, which is in a fairly good category. The percentage value which is still classified as sufficient is influenced by several factors, which are based on the results of interviews with biology teachers at SMAN 1 Lingsar, the main factors causing the ineffective use of the science laboratory at SMAN 1 Lingsar, namely the lack of laboratory assistants as managers of laboratory facilities and infrastructure, and not there are laboratory assistants in preparing the equipment needed for the practicum process, causing teachers and students to experience problems in doing practicum in the laboratory. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan cara random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan analisis bivariate menggunakan uji Chi Square dengan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil uji statistik dengan Korelasi Chi Square diperoleh nilai p = 0,000 <a 0,05 (signifikan) hal ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara usia perkawinan dengan kejadian KEK dan BBLR di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ampenan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen (kuantitatif) dengan menggunakan bentuk desain Pre-test-post-test nonequivalent comparison-group design. Siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Kayangan menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan sampel yang akan dipilih terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu 20 siswa kelas VIII-1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan 20 siswa kelas VIII-2 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa soal pretest dan posttest yang mengukur kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang terdiri dari 3 butir soal Pretest dan 3 butir soal posttest. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi (2- tailed) kurang dari signifikansi t (0,010< 0,05), ini berarti H0 ditolak. Sehingga penggunaan e-learning berbasis problem based learning lebih efektif daripada kelas dengan pembelajaran dengan modul guru. Hasil uji efektivitas juga menunjukkan hal sama bahwa peningkatan rata-rata kelas kontrol x = 18,8 sedangkan peningkatan rata-rata untuk kelas eksperimen adalah y = 30,4. Penelitian bertempat di SMAN 7 mataram dengan populasi kela XI MIPA, sampel penelitian ialah kelas XI MIPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI MIPA 6 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah lembar soal pilihan ganda sebanyak 20 soal yang setelah diuji validitas, reabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, juga daya pembeda menjadi 18 soal, lembar observasi untuk menilai hasil belajar ranah afektif dan psikomotorik. Kedua kelas diuji homgenitas dan normalitas menunjukkan bahwa kedua kelas homogen dan terdistribusi normal. Hasil uji-t polled varian menunjukkan bahwa thitung = 6,328 dan pada taraf signifikansi 5% ttabel = 2.101. Sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa model pembelajaran blended learning berbantuan LKPD berbasis virtual memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar fisika peserta didik SMAN 7 Mataram.\u0000The Effect of Models Blended Learning Assisted by Virtual-Based LKPD Against Student Physics Learning Outcomes\u0000Abstract\u0000This study aims to determine the effect of the blended learning assisted by virtual based LKPD on student learning outcomes. This research uses a quasi-experimental research with a non equivalent group control research design. The research took place at SMAN 7 Mataram with a population of XI MIPA class, the research sample was class XI MIPA 1 as the experimental class and XI MIPA 6 as the control class. The instrument used in this study was a multiple choice question sheet consisting of 20 questions which after being tested for validity, reliability, level of difficulty, as well as discrimination became 18 questions, observation sheets to assess learning outcomes in the affective and psychomotor domains. Both classes were tested for homogeneity and normality indicating that both classes were homogeneous and normally distributed. t test polled varian results shows that thitung = 6.328 and at a significance level of 5% ttable = 2.101.
