Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriftif kualitatif. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini antara lain senyawa kimia dan struktur molekul penyusun biodiesel dari minyak jelantah. Penentuan senyawa-seyawa kimia serta struktur molekul penyusun biodiesel dari minyak jelantah diukur menggunakan instrument GC-MS. Hasil pengukuran selanjutnya dijadikan dasar dalam mengidentifikasi krakter biodiesel. Komponen tertinggi berupa senyawa asam lemak. Asam lemak berupa asam oktadekanoat dengan % area 45,10, selanjutnya metil ester heksadekanoat dengan % area 35,99%. Komponen ketiga dengan jumlah tertinggi berupa senyawa metil ester oktadekanoat dengan % area 9,42. Komponen keempat berupa metil ester tetradekanoat dengan % area 3,43. Metil ester C16 masih rendah yaitu sebesar 35,99%. Karakter biodiesel dari minyak jelahtah masih banyak mengandung asam lemak bebas golongan oktadekanoat dan konsenterasi C16 yang menjadi dasar kemudahan biodiesel untuk terbakar masih rendah.\u0000Identification of Characteristics of Used Cooking Oil Biodiesel Using Gas Chromatography Mass Spectroscopy (GC-MS) Instruments\u0000Abstract\u0000The purpose of this study is to identify and characterize biodiesel from used cooking noodles. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The variables observed in this study include chemical compounds and the molecular structure of biodiesel constituents from used cooking oil. The determination of chemical compounds and the molecular structure of biodiesel constituents of used cooking oil was measured using the GC-MS instrument. The results of the next measurement are used as a basis in identifying biodiesel krakters. The highest component is in the form of fatty acid compounds. Fatty acids are octadecanoic acid with a % area of 45.10, then methyl hexadecanoic ester with a % area of 35.99%. The third component with the highest amount is the octachonate methyl ester compound with a % area of 9.42. The fourth component is methyl ester tetradecanoate with % area 3.43. Methyl ester C16 is still low at 35.99%. Pembelajaran proyek menggunakan masalah sebagai langkah awal dalam mengumpulkan dan mengintegrasikan pengetahuan baru berdasarkan pengalamannya dalam beraktivitas secara nyata. Mata kuliah model pembelajaran inovatif IPA adalah mata kuliah wajib dalam fakultas ilmu pendidikan yang menuntut mahasiswa dalam keaktifan dan kreatifitas menguasai materi tersebut sehingga lebih aplikatif dimanfaatkan saat kelak menjadi guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimental dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara observasi dan angket. Model Pembelajaran IPA SMP pada materi kimia mempunyai karakteristik pengetahuan yang abstrak bagi siswa SMP sehingga dibutuhkan keaktifan dan kreatifitas saat mengajar. Berdasarkan hasil angket di dapatkan hasil sebagai berikut: persepsi mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah model pembelajaran inovatif 76.8; motivasi mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah model pembelajaran inovatif 78.40; pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah model pembelajaran inovatif 87,6; aktifitas dan kreatifitas mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran proyek 88,7; Kesan mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran proyek adalah 84,6. Dari hasil rerata diatas 75.0 hal ini menunjukkan pembelajaran proyek efektif diterapkan pada mata kuliah model pembelajaran inovatif IPA materi kimia SMP.\u0000Responses of Prospective Science Teacher Students in the Application of Chemistry Project Learning\u0000Abstract\u0000The Covid-19 pandemic in the world, including Indonesia, has caused a significant change in the learning system, usually face-to-face in class, and practical activities in the laboratory have changed to online or network learning. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wisatawan muda di Pulau Lombok. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu angket. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Sructural Equation Modeling dengan bantuan program Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa dari 5 hubungan antar variabel yang diajukan 4 hubungan antar variabel lainnya signifikan yaitu value co creation terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, destination image terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, destination image terhadap memorable tourist experience, dan memorable tourist experience terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, sedangkan 1 hubungan antar variabel lainnya tidak signifikan yaitu Value co creation terhadap memorable tourist experience. Sedangkan Memorable Tourist Experience memediasi hubungan antara value co creation terhadap kepuasan wisatawan muda di Pulau Lombok Ditolak dengan nilai p value 0,126 dan nilai t statistic sebesar 1,532, dengan jenis mediasi Partial Mediation. Pemerintah menghimbau kepada masyarakat untuk melakukan vaksinasi covid-19 sesuai dengan permenkes nomor 10 tahun 2021 tentang Pelaksanaan Vaksinasi dalam Rangka Penanggulangan Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) atau lebih spesifik disebutkan sasaran vakisnasi salah satunya adalah masyarakat lainnya, akan tetapi masih terdapat masyarakat yang tidak bersedia mengikuti vaksinasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dan persepsi masyarakat dengankesediaan mengikuti vaksinasi covid-19 di Desa Kuranji Dalang Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi seluruh masyarakat di Desa Kuranji Dalang yang berumur 17-60 tahun sebanyak 1.012 dan sampel sebanyak 91 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling incidental. Uji statistic yang digunakan adalah untuk analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi square sedangkan untuk uji multivariate menggunakan uji regresi logistik. Hasil analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi square didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel tingkat pengetahuan dengan nilai P-Value sebesar 0,019 dan persepsi sebesar 0,004 terhadap kesediaan mengikuti vaksinasi. Sedangkan hasil uji multivariate menggunakan uji regresi logistic didapatkan hasil exp.B bahwa variable tingkat pengetahuan (Exp.B=2.653) dan persepsi (exp.B=3.693) terhadap kesediaan mengikuti vaksinasi. Kesimpulannya adalah varibel tingkat pengetahuan dan persepsi memiliki hubungan dengan kesediaan mengikuti vaksinasi. {"title":"Hubungan Karakteristik Individu dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kelelahan Perawat di Ruang Isolasi Covid-19 RSUD Provinsi NTB","authors":"B. Perawat merupakan garda depan dalam menolong masyarakat yang datang ke fasilitas kesehatan khususnya di RSUD Provinsi NTB. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan kerja perawat di ruang isolasi covid19 2021 RSUD Provinsi NTB 2021. Metode penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi seluruh perawat di ruang isolasi covid19 2021 RSUD Provinsi NTB sebanyak 70 orang. Sampel yang di gunakan adalah total sampel sebanyak 70 perawat di ruang isolasi covid-19. Analisi yang digunakan adalah uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar karyawan menunjukan responden dengan jenis kelamin perempuan lebih banyak sebesar 41 orang (58,6%), status pernikahan responden lebih banyak menikah sebanyak 36 orang (51.4%),masa kerja pegawai paling banyak yaitu <5 tahun yaitu sebanyak 46 orang (65.7%), beban kerja yang dirasakan paling banyak yaitu beban kerja rendah sebanyak 37 orang (47.1%), dan kelelahan kerja yang sering dirasakan repoden yaitu kelelahan kerja tinggi sebanyak 47 orang (67.1%). Hasil yang didaptkan jenis kelamin (p value=0.271), status menikah (p value=0,014), Masa Kerja (p value=0,312), beban kerja (p value=0,003) dengan kelelahan perawat di ruang isolasi covid19 2021 RSUD Provinsi NTB 2021. Bagi manajement RSUD Provinsi NTB Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini bisa menjadi bahan evaluasi dari manajemen RSUD Provinsi NTB dalam penambahan jumlah perawat agar beban dan kelelahan perawat di ruang isolasi teratasi.\u0000Relationship Individual Characteristics and Workload to Nurse Fatigue in The Covid-19 Isolation Room of NTB Province Hospital\u0000Abstract\u0000Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARSCoV-2). Nurses are the vanguard in helping people who come to health facilities, especially at the NTB Provincial Hospital. The study aims to determine the factors associated with work fatigue of nurses in the Covid-19 2021 isolation room at the 2021 NTB Provincial Hospital. The research method is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The population of all nurses in the Covid-19 2021 isolation room at the NTB Provincial Hospital is 70 people. The sample used is a total sample of 70 nurses in the Covid-19 isolation room. The analysis used is the chi square test. The results showed that the majority of employees indicated that respondents with female gender were more than 41 people (58.6%), the marital status of the respondents was more married as many as 36 people (51.4%), the longest working period of employees was <5 years, namely as many as 46 people (65.7%), the most felt workload is low workload as many as 37 people (47.1%), and work fatigue that is often felt by respondents is high work fatigue as many as 47 people (67.1%). Therefore, research was conducted on the application of blended learning using Edmodo application to increase motivation and achievement in learning physics in first grade of SMA Negeri 1 Moyo Hulu. The purpose of this research are; 1) To analyze the factors that can increase motivation to learn physics in first grade of SMA Negeri 1 Moyo Hulu, 2) to identify the differences between the application of blended learning using Edmodo application and conventional to increase learning motivation and achievement of SMA Negeri 1 Moyo Hulu, and 3) To analyze the effectiveness of applying blended learning using Edmodo application to increase learning motivation and achievement of SMA Negeri 1 Moyo Hulu. The researcher used quasi-experimental research with Nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique used is cluster sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, tests, interviews, and documentation. Instrument test using validity test and reliability test. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using factor analysis techniques, different test analysis (paired sample t test), and effectiveness analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it was found that the factors that can increase the motivation to learn physics in first grade of SMA Negeri 1 Moyo Hulu, consist of 4 factors namely; family, school environment, educators and learning media. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasy ekperiment. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Maronge berjumlah 91. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik cluster random sampling (pengambilan sampel acak), Kelas VII A yang terdiri dari 23 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII B yang terdiri dari 23 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari nilai keterampilan berbicara siswa pada pre-test dan post-test. Validitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah validitas isi dan analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Berdasarkan analisis keterampilan berbicara dengan menggunakan statistik uji t (t-test) yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-hitung lebih besar daripada t-tabel ( 4.727 > 1684) dengan taraf signifikan 5% artinya hipotesis alternatif (Ha) di terima dan (Ho) ditolak, Dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh penerapan Metode Everyone is teacher here terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa SMP Kelas VII.\u0000The Effect Implementation of Everyone is a Teacher Here Method to the Speaking Skills of Junior High School Students \u0000Abstract\u0000This study aims to know effect the implementation of everyone is a teacher here method on students’ speaking skill. This study was quantitative study which used quasi experiment method. The populations in this study were all VII graders students of SMPN 1 Maronge with number of students were 91. The sample determination technique used in this study was cluster random sampling consisted of two classes namely class VII A consisted of 23 students as experiment class and class VII B consisted od 23 students as control class. The data in this study obtained through students’ speaking skill grade on pre-test and post-test. The validity used in this study was content validity. The data was analyzed used t-test. Based on the speaking skill analysis result which used t-test showed that the t-value was higher than t-table (4.726 > 1.684) with significance degree of 5%, it means that alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and Ho was rejected. Hasil pengukuran geolistrik menggunakan konfigurasi Schlumberger di Dusun Mangkung Lauk Desa Mangkung, Kecamatan Praya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah menunjukkan terdapat 5 lapisan penyusun. Lapisan ke-1 berupa lempung dengan tahanan jenis 3.42 – 12.59 Ohm-m. Lapisan ke-2 berupa breksi dengan nilai tahanan jenis 12.50 Ohm-m. Lapisan ke-3 berupa lempung dengan nilai tahanan jenis 7.20 – 7.90 Ohm-m. Lapisan ke-4 berupa breksi gampingan dengan nilai tahanan jenis 1.96 – 13.27 Ohm-m. Lapisan akuifer (muka air) diduga berada pada kedalaman 13.89 m yang berada pada lapisan breksi gampingan. Lapisan akuifer yang ada pada daerah ini termasuk sebagai akuifer bebas karena berada dalam daerah cekungan air tanah (CAT).\u0000Identification of Potential Aquifers based on Schlumberger Configuration in Dusun Mangkung Lauk Desa Mangkung, Kecamatan Praya\u0000Abstract\u0000Geoelectric measurements carried out aim to determine the existence, depth, thickness, and the distribution of aquifers. The results of geoelectrical measurements using the Schlumberger configuration in Dusun Mangkung Lauk, Desa Mangkung, Praya, Central Lombok, show that there are 5 constituent layers. The 1st layer is clay with a resistivity of 3.42 – 12.59 Ohm-m. The second layer is a breccia with a resistivity value of 12.50 Ohm-m. The 3rd layer is clay with a resistivity value of 7.20 – 7.90 Ohm-m. The 4th layer is a calcareous breccia with a resistivity value of 1.96 – 13.27 Ohm-m. The aquifer layer (water level) is thought to be at a depth of 13.89 m which is in the limestone breccia layer. Berdasarkan Pola Makan Ibu Hamil dengan kondisi KEK, tercatat bahwa rata-rata jenis makanan sehari-hari ibu hamil mengkonsumsi makanan yang beragam. Jumlah makan sehari-hari bahwa rata-rata ibu hamil mengkonsumsi makanan setengah porsi sekali makan karena kurangnya nafsu makan, kemudian menurut frekwensi makan rata-rata ibu hamil memiliki frekwensi makan 3 kali perhari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pola makan ibu hamil dengan kejadian kekurangan energi kronik (KEK) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Dasan Lekong Tahun 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasinya adalah semua ibu hamil yang ada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Dasan Lekong sebanyak 457 orang, dengan sampel sebanyak 82 orang ibu hamil Teknik pengambilan sampelnya sistematik random sampling sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 82 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui Food Recall. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar ibu hamil memiliki pola makan yang baik sebanyak 46 orang (56,1%), tidak KEK sebanyak 54 orang (65,9%) dan ada hubungan pola makan ibu hamil dengan kejadian kekurangan energi kronik (KEK) di Wilayah Keija Puskesmas Dasan Lekong Tahun 2021 (P Value = 0,000 < 0,05).Disarankan kepada Kepala Puskesmas Dasan Lekong untuk menugaskan petugas gizinya supaya melakukan penyuluhan secara intensif kepada ibu hamil yang mengalami KEK agar dapat memperbaiki pola makannya dengan cara meningkatkan frekwensi, jumlah, dan mutu makan ibu hamil dalam rangka mewujudkan ibu hamil tidak mengalami KEK.\u0000The Relationship Between Eating Patterns of Pregnant Women with the Incidence of Chronic Energy Decrease in Dasan Lekong Health Center\u0000Abstract\u0000Chronic Energy Deficiency is health problem in the world, especially in developing counties. Based on dietary habit of pregnant mothers with Chronic Energy Deficiency condition, it was recorded that the average type of daily food for pregnant mothers consumed a variety of foods but there are some foods that should not be eaten such as sea fish, squid, and scrimp. Meanwhile, according to the number of daily meal that the average pregnant mother consumes a half of portion of food at one time due to lack of appetite, then according to the frequency of eating the average pregnant mother has a frequency of eating three times per day.
