Perawat merupakan garda depan dalam menolong masyarakat yang datang ke fasilitas kesehatan khususnya di RSUD Provinsi NTB. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan kerja perawat di ruang isolasi covid19 2021 RSUD Provinsi NTB 2021. Metode penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi seluruh perawat di ruang isolasi covid19 2021 RSUD Provinsi NTB sebanyak 70 orang. Sampel yang di gunakan adalah total sampel sebanyak 70 perawat di ruang isolasi covid-19. Analisi yang digunakan adalah uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar karyawan menunjukan responden dengan jenis kelamin perempuan lebih banyak sebesar 41 orang (58,6%), status pernikahan responden lebih banyak menikah sebanyak 36 orang (51.4%),masa kerja pegawai paling banyak yaitu <5 tahun yaitu sebanyak 46 orang (65.7%), beban kerja yang dirasakan paling banyak yaitu beban kerja rendah sebanyak 37 orang (47.1%), dan kelelahan kerja yang sering dirasakan repoden yaitu kelelahan kerja tinggi sebanyak 47 orang (67.1%). Hasil yang didaptkan jenis kelamin  (p value=0.271), status menikah (p value=0,014), Masa Kerja (p value=0,312), beban kerja (p value=0,003) dengan kelelahan perawat di ruang isolasi covid19 2021 RSUD Provinsi NTB 2021. Bagi manajement RSUD Provinsi NTB Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini bisa menjadi bahan evaluasi dari manajemen RSUD Provinsi NTB dalam penambahan jumlah perawat agar beban dan kelelahan perawat di ruang isolasi teratasi.\nRelationship Individual Characteristics and Workload to Nurse Fatigue in The Covid-19 Isolation Room of NTB Province Hospital\nAbstract\nCoronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARSCoV-2). The research method is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The population of all nurses in the Covid-19 2021 isolation room at the NTB Provincial Hospital is 70 people. The sample used is a total sample of 70 nurses in the Covid-19 isolation room. The analysis used is the chi square test. The results showed that the majority of employees indicated that respondents with female gender were more than 41 people (58.6%), the marital status of the respondents was more married as many as 36 people (51.4%), the longest working period of employees was <5 years, namely as many as 46 people (65.7%), the most felt workload is low workload as many as 37 people (47.1%), and work fatigue that is often felt by respondents is high work fatigue as many as 47 people (67.1%).
