The hybrid hierarchical control system model based on the hybrid theory is set up firstly. In the modelpsilas high layer, the power systempsilas differential-algebraic-equations are linearized, and the eigen-matrixpsilas minimum amplitude eigenvalue (MAE) is used to judge the power systempsilas voltage security. Through this way, the discrete events are formed and used to drive the control block. In the modelpsilas middle layer, under the discrete event driving, the control values of the control buses are calculated with the sensitivity method, and are formed as the control strategy through the interface block. The control equipment in the bottom layer receives the control strategies and perform them, and the closed automatic voltage control is achieved. Computer simulation comparisons with secondary voltage control (SeVC) have proved the solution effective in realizing D-HAVC system.","PeriodicalId":377192,"journal":{"name":"2008 7th World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131143361","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Traditional grey incidence model calculates statistical sequencepsilas correlation degree from the perspectives of its acreage, slope, changing velocity, etc. These incidence models have dual influences exerted by horizontal and vertical coordinates. Subsequently, inference of other factors occurs when we analyze the relationship between statistical sequencepsilas individual factors. To overcome this limitation, the author puts forward the periodic correlation model and draws the conclusion that the model is in reference to the fluctuation period of the wave, but is independent of its swing, and that it can show the positive-negative relevance. This model is then applied to carry out a research into the periodical relationship between GDP and residential consumption, which comes out to be an effective one.","PeriodicalId":377192,"journal":{"name":"2008 7th World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127026031","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An individual decision method appears a certain shortage correspondingly. To solve the issue, a novel method, methods-fusion style decision technology based on D-S evidence theory is proposed to evaluate the key client of those companies. A practical comprehensive decision support system was developed by the fusion of several methods including statistic, forecasting and clustering. Eventually, the experiment demonstrated that the methods-fusion style decision technology could adapt to the current 3rd logistics company and shows to be more robust and accurate than just a single decision method.","PeriodicalId":377192,"journal":{"name":"2008 7th World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-08-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115178703","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is not very well done if processed by traditional document analyzing technology. The purpose of this thesis is to research on the key technologies of form analysis and understanding aiming at forms which are multi-type, large quantity, noisy, and variety of paper quality used by bank and revenue in our country. Based on analyzing knowledge of forms, a model of form based on object-orient sorting tree knowledge base and triple node representation is put forward. As for form feature extraction, hierarchical regulated hit or miss transform (HRHMT) is proposed. Feature extraction algorithm is also given. The algorithm is proved to be feasibility theoretically. The undue chattering effect, the major disadvantage of conventional variable structure controllers, has been avoided by introducing this new method without losing the robustness against parametric uncertainties and modelling inaccuracies. Finally we give numerical simulations for MDOF (Multiple-Degree-of-Freedom) shear building model containing an active brace system; and the simulation results show preliminarily that the new control method is quite effective: not only can it reduce the peak response of the ground motion, but also it can keep the chattering effect sufficiently low so as to ensure the system stable.","PeriodicalId":377192,"journal":{"name":"2008 7th World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-08-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128905455","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The image segmentation method based on maximum entropy thresholding and two-dimensional histogram has many advantages, but it requires a large amount of computing time. To solve this problem, the Geese-LDW-PSO algorithm was introduced in this paper. Here, the Geese-LDW-PSO which was inspired by the wild geese group was the particle swarm optimization attached with linear descend inertia weight. First, the Geese-LDW-PSO was used to seek the optimal threshold value of a picture adaptively in the two-dimensional gray space. Then, the picture was segmented with the optimal threshold value which had been gotten. The simulation results showed that the Geese-LDW-PSO algorithm performed better in the segmentation of a vehicle brand image.","PeriodicalId":377192,"journal":{"name":"2008 7th World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-08-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125980005","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
