It is easy to operate, which takes Unity3d as the main development platform and contains two modules. Students can simulate the actual driving process through the platform to obtain driving data to analyze driver behavior. It effectively solved the problems of limited teaching funds and student safety management during the COVID-19. The platform can meet the diverse learning needs of students, and enrich the teaching mode and assessment method of the course. Through mode decomposition of original signal by SM-SSA and linear superposition of TFRs for each mode by WVD, the cross terms are effectively suppressed, which obtaining higher adaptive ability and energy concentration of WVD results comparing to the traditional WVD methods. The proposed cross-term free method is applied to analyze several kinds of simulated clean and noisy multi-component modulated signals. It is feasible to introduce the recommendation algorithms in e-commerce directly into the online learning platforms to recommend courses for learners. However, they often ignore the dynamic evolution of learning needs, resulting in partially ineffective recommendations. To solve this problem, we propose a method called LR-DE, which takes the change rule of user needs into account. It first exploits gated recurrent units to extract the users’ learning interest states at each time step. Then, to address the phenomenon of interest incoherence in behavior sequences, we introduce the attention mechanism to upgrade the update gate in GRUs structure and construct a new network structure called AUGRU. At the same time, the bilinear feature interaction is used to calculate the correlation scores between the click histories and the candidates so as to capture the co-occurrence relation between the two courses. If it is maliciously attacked, leaked, and tamperedwith, the security of users’ personal fingerprint privacy information will be faced with huge challenges. This paper proposes a fingerprint feature recognition privacy security scheme based on deep learning convolutional neural network and homomorphic encryption algorithm to solve this problem. In this scheme, we add fingerprint classification algorithm to CNN(Convolutional Neural Network) for efficient fingerprint classification and feature extraction. In addition, the BFV homomorphic encryption algorithm is used to encrypt fingerprint feature data and perform matching operations in the ciphertext domain, and fingerprint feature ciphertext database is built to achieve quickly search and matching of feature ciphertext. Finally, we adopt the national secret SM4 and the national secret SM9 algorithms to improve the security of fingerprint signature ciphertext transmission and the ability to resist malicious attacks.
