However, there are some situations in which the crisp CSME are not well equipped to deal with the uncertainty problem during the stability analysis of control systems. Thus, this paper proposes a new method for solving Arbitrary Coupled Trapezoidal Fully Fuzzy Sylvester Matrix Equation (ACTrFFSME). New arithmetic fuzzy multiplication operations are developed and applied to convert the ACTrFFSME to a reduced system of non-linear equations. Then it is converted to a system of absolute equations where the arbitrary fuzzy solution is obtained by solving that system. The proposed method can solve many arbitrary fuzzy equations, such as fully fuzzy matrix equations, Sylvester and Lyapunov fully fuzzy matrix equations with triangular and trapezoidal fuzzy numbers without any restrictions. Methodology From a methodology point of view, this is a qualitative study, which is grounded theory and classified data were collected through interviewing the experts who agreed to participate in this research and were familiar with the topic including faculties in organizational innovation field and chief officers of selected municipalities of Mazandaran province. Findings The results showed that the organizational innovation model with an emphasis on lean human resources management approach has 156 indicators and 8 subcategories along with the lean innovation capabilities category, these subcategories are: lean human resources recruitment, supply and adjustment system, Lean human resource improvement system, lean human resource maintenance system, lean human resource application system, utilization of technology, organizational culture, organizational structure and policies and programs. In the following, all the dimensions, components and indicators of the three main dimensions are described; The enablers of lean innovation, the facilitators of lean innovation and the capabilities of lean innovation were summarized and purified. Many real-life transportation problems encounter multiple, conflicting, and incommensurable objective functions. In addition, in real applications, due to lack of information, it is not possible to accurately estimate the parameters of this problem. Therefore, the main goal of this paper is to find the Pareto optimal solutions of fully fuzzy multi-objective transportation problem under the conditions of uncertainty. In accordingly, a new approach based on nearest interval approximation is proposed to solve the problem. The demands depend on the selling price, product quality, and stock level of the product displayed in the store. The unit production cost depends on development cost due to reliability, raw material cost, and wear tear cost. Here state, co-state variables and parameters are taken as uncertain variables with triangular fuzzy numbers and using granular dierentiability the existence and uniqueness of solution to the fractional dierential system with fuzzy variables and parameters. The production inventory optimal control problem for the fractional system is proposed and a necessary condition for optimality is obtained. Most real-life issues contain more than one stage unit which needs multiple-stage data envelopment analysis models to be solved. Moreover, the inputs and outputs of the units are rarely measured accurately in real-life problems, hence fuzzy data envelopment analysis approaches can be significantly helpful in calculating efficiency scores. In this study, an approach for evaluating the performance of decision-making units (DMUs) in fuzzy two-stage DEA models is developed. The developed model is a parametric program based on alpha-cuts. The dependence on alpha allows the manager to compare and rank DMUs based on his/her degree of certainty and after the selection of alpha, our proposed model becomes linear. Furthermore, a theorem is proposed and proved for conventional multiplicative two-stage DEA models with the assumption of Variable Returns to Scale. This theorem can be used to evaluate the correctness of the results. In many applications, at least some of the parameters of the system should be represented by fuzzy numbers rather than crisp ones. In most of the previous literature, the solutions of fuzzy Sylvester matrix equation are only presented with triangular fuzzy numbers. In this paper, we propose two analytical methods for solving Positive Trapezoidal Fully Fuzzy Sylvester Matrix Equation (PTrFFSME). The PTrFFSME is converted to an equivalent system of crisp Sylvester Matrix Equations (SME) using the existing arithmetic fuzzy multiplication operations. The necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of the positive fuzzy solutions to the PTrFFSME are investigated. In addition, the equivalency between the solution to the system of SME and the PTrFFSME are discussed.
