Many product manufacturers do not sell to end users directly. This is due to the fact that cost distribution is typically the primary reason corporations do not sell items to end customers. The marketing channel is in charge of getting the product from the manufacturer (the insurance company) to the consumer/customer. This can overcome the owner of a product or service's isolation from the people who require it in terms of time, location, and property. This marketing channel, in reality, necessitates product marketing channel management in compliance with OJK standards. In addition, any rivalry that emerges in the marketing channel while selling insurance goods. The source of regional expenditure comes from regional original income from transfer of funds, regional original income and other legal sources. Most regional income donations come from balancing funds with a trend that continues to shrink. The research procedure used is a qualitative research procedure. The method of collecting information used is observation and interviews. The results of the research obtained in an effort to improve the welfare of citizens, regional governments are faced with the need for shopping areas which continues to increase while the original source of income for the region is limited. If the government is not able to maximize income outside the balancing fund, it can enlarge the fiscal gap that continues to be large. This study uses a qualitative method. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The population of this study consisted of four people, namely the principal, head of administration, administrative staff, and teachers. This study shows that the quality of work carried out by administrative employees is quite good. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software.The results of this study indicade that the production process and product innovation simultaneously had a significant positive effect on product quality in the Convection Sinar Bintang Pangandaran. Partially, production process has a significant positife effect on product quality in the Convection Sinar Bintang Pangandaran. The research method used is quantitative method and the data used is secondary data obtained directly through interviews with company owners. In this study, sampling used a periodic data approach with a monthly scale of 48 months. What is studied by the author consists of two independent variables and one dependent variable, so the most appropriate analysis tool is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of multiple linear analysis, it is known that the cost of controlling the inventory of raw materials and direct labor costs has a significant effect on the volume of production. It can also be seen from the company's data that every increase in the cost of controlling the inventory of raw materials and direct labor costs, the volume of production also increases. Technically this method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, namely by describing it operational activities and plays carried out by the deli Serdang district inspectorate, thus the data sources are people or supervisors. The results of the study conclude that the supervisory role through internal audits of village fund organizers in Deli Serdang district has been carried out well, although there are also some weaknesses regarding the organizers. Policies that have been set by the government to be implemented for companies with a certain number of employees must be complied with. This is an effort to give employees the right to work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of employee performance on obtaining social security funds in the form of BPJS. The research method used includes qualitative research.
