Moreover, the data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique was multiple linear regression analysis. The findings depicted that the variables of salary/income satisfaction, job satisfaction, and work environment partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment at PT Mega Finance Cabang Gorontalo Branch. Moreover, this research obtained a coefficient of determination (R2) of 85,8% from variables of salary/earning satisfaction job satisfaction, and work environment on organizational commitment of employees at PT Mega Finance Cabang Gorontalo Branch. The results of the study show that the professionalism of the administrative staff at SMPN 16 Gorontalo City is still relatively unprofessional. Factors that support the implementation of office administration at SMP Negeri 16 Kota Gorontalo are adequate facilities and infrastructure, competencies and abilities possessed by administrative staff who are quite helpful in carrying out administration, as well as the existence of coaching or training provided by the school. Meanwhile, the factors that hamper the implementation of office administration are the educational background of administrative staff which does not lead directly to their work, the lack of administrative staff at school, as well as facilities such as damaged computers and running out of stationery. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a total of 73 boarding houses in the middle city of Gorontalo. The main instrument used in this research is primary data in the form of research tools. The results showed that partially business capital had a significant positive effect on boarding house buyers, business location had a significant positive effect on boarding house buyers and business location conditions had a significant positive effect on boarding house buyers. Simultaneously, business capital, business location and business location conditions have a significant positive effect on the boarding house entrepreneur's income. Data collection methods are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The population in this study are all people who own MSMEs, and unemployed people amounted to 524, while the samples include 50 people. The results of this study indicate that the development of MSMEs and the unemployment rate variables have a simultaneous or joint effect on the community’s quality of life in Oluhuta Village. From the statistical results of simultaneous testing (F tes) of the MSMEs development and the unemployment rate variables on the community’s quality of life. It obtains the Fcount value is greater than Ftable, which is 30,928 2,80 with a significance value of less than 0.000 (0,000 0,05). The data used were primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to the employees at the Office of Archives and Library of Gorontalo Province, with a total sample of 32 respondents. At the same time, the data analysis technique used was simple linear regression. The finding denoted that there was an effect of employee competency on the management of static archives at the Office of Archives and Library og Gorontalo Province. Thus, the research hypothesis which states that there is an influence between the democratic leadership style on the performance of village officials in Pilobuhuta, Batudaa sub-district, Gorontalo district, is accepted in this study. The population in this research were empoloyees at the Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Office of Gorontalo Province, with a total population of 335 respondents and the research samples were 40 employees. At the same time, the data collection technique used questionnaires, while the data analysis was done through simple linear regression analysis. The correlation analysis results depicted that there was an effect of work enviironment on employees’ performance at the Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Office of Gorontalo Province. This was proven by the correlation coefficient value of 0.758. The research finding depicted that service quality had a positive and significant effect on costumer satisfaction, which meant that the better the service quality provided by PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, Dumoga Timur Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, the better the costumer satisfaction who shop at the company. The finding denoted that there was a positive and significant effect of the teachers’ teaching style on students’ learning activities in class VII of SMP Negeri Momalia by 21.6%. In comparison, the remaining 78.4% were affected by other factors that were not examined in this research, such as students’ learning motivation.
