This study uses quantitative research with multiple linear regression statistical analysis, t-test, and F-test. Data collection technique applies questionnaires. Besides the data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The analysis results of the coefficient of determinatiom depicted that the adjusted coefficient of determination or the R-Square value was 0.174 or 17.4%. this value indicated that 17.4% of the variability of fishermen’s income could be explained by the seasonal change variable, while the remaining 82.6% was explained by other variables that were not examined in this study. The finding in the previous subsection found that the seasonal changes had a significant positive effect on the fishermen’s income in Leato Selatan Village, Gorontalo City. The research finding revealed that the workload affected employees’ performance. The regression coefficient obtained in this research was 57.7%, meaning that every one percent increase in workload could improve employees’ performance at PT. Alfamart in Lolak Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This was also observable from the hypothesis testing, where the results of data processing indicated that the t-count value was 7.780 with a significant value of 0.000 which was higher than the t-table value of 1.701. Hence, the hypothesis about workload affected employees’ performance at PT. Moreover, The research method used was a quantitative research method where the data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires, and documentation, and the data analysis was done through simple regression analysis. The research finding depicted that the statistical hypothesis was accepted, and there was an effect of job mutations on the performance of civil servants at the Department of Health of Gorontalo Province. In this study, the researcher used a quantitative method with a simple linear regression technique, with the results showing that distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic had a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes for integrated social studies subjects in class IX of SMP Negeri 4 Gorontalo City. After doing the normality test and testing the hypothesis using the regression and correlation analysis formula, for the results of this study the regression equation is Y =7,693+〖0,571 _x. The research method used is a qualitative method. The objects in this study were students of class X1 with a total of 27 students. Data collection was carried out using a description test instrument consisting of 6 question items. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, questionnaires, and data analysis techniques in this study using simple regression.The results showed that there was an influence of teacher professional competence on the learning outcomes of class X social studies students in economics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Kabila. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methodology. The data used are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to Inomunga villagers, Kaidipang Subdistrict, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The number of samples in this research in 45 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The researh indicates a partial and simultaneous effect of education level and the number of dependents on household poverty. The simultanoes effect of education level and the number of dependents on household poverty is 78,9%. This study applied a quantitative approach. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and questionnaire. The samples consisted of 58 respondents. Data were analysed descriptively using validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and simple linear regression test. The results of this study revealed that career development has an effect on employee’s work productivity at the Department of Marine Affairs, Fisheries, and Agriculture of Gorontalo City. The R-Square value obtained 17.5%, indicating that the variability of work productivity in the Department of Marine Affairs, Fisheries, and Agriculture of Gorontalo City can be explained by career development.
