This projection filter combines the original image with its Iirst-order projection both in the spatial domain and in the frequency domain linearly. It has some interesting properties which keep the zero-frequency energy of both the whole image and its every row and column invariable. This projection filter can he extended to the -der projeetioa that keeps the whole energy invariable instead of the zero-frequency energy. At the following, the principle of the solution to calculate the parameters of the video camera based on the matrix method is put forward. At last a new preprocessing method of calibrating data based on the perspective transforming principle to get reliable solution is obtained. This algorithm has already been used in the domestic virtual studio system and expands the applied range of Tsai’s algorithm.. The Fuzzy Logic Learning Control is done in a feedback configuration with collocated PD control with the learning law updates the feedforward input from the error of the previous trial. Simulation results of the response of the manipulator with the controllers are presented in the time and frequency domains. After performing blocks on the whole speech signal, and applying Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) on each blocked signal, the new colored instantaneous mixing signals in frequency domain are constructed. Making use of the Second Order Statistics (SOS), the unmixed matrices are respectively computed at each frequency bin by blind separation based on cost function which is aimed at colored signals. Thus, in time domain, deconvolution is performed after employing correlation-based permutation to the inferred signals which are associated with the unmixed matrices at different frequency bins. In this method, ID Tags are used as artifical landmarks, RF communication is used for absolute positioning of landmarks (nodes), WEB camera and ID Tags are used for relative positioning of mobile robot. Based on this localization method, a node ID representation method that contains connectivity information of nodes has been proposed. With this kind of node ID representation, a new topological map description has been introduced which contains only node IDS and direction angles. Furthermore, a path planning method using node 11) and pose adjustment method using direction angle and heading angle are also discussed. The abundant real-time data gathering in power system contain the complexity and uncertainty of the system, so mining and fusing a series of universal applicable quantities from these datu to detect system fault and its stability is essential. Combining wavelet analysis, the. modern time-frequency analysis technique, with entropy theory by exploiting their virtues will resolve ;the problem. I n this paper, the feasibility of the wavelet entropy applicution in power system fault detection and distinguish is analyzed, the wavelet entropy concept based on wavelet analysis is defined, the computation methods of the two kinds of wavelet entropies are established, and the application of the wavelet entropy in transmission line fault detection is simulated and analyzed. The modem power system has already stepped into high voltage, large power grid and large generator era, the extensive interconnection of the power system and the adoption of numerous new and,high technology, in addition the introduction of the electricity power market mechanism make systematic complexity higher and higher. All these are nowadays the remarkable characteristics of power system. The big electric network has brought potential danger while bringing enormous interests to users. Some partial problems of the electric network can bring out malignant chain reaction and lead to great systematic accident and power failure by a large scale. Measuring various kinds of faults in the power system in time, classifying fault fast and accurately, setting up a high-efficient fault information measuring and classifying online system of power system, are very essential for dealing with the power system fault, even for preventing the calamities and changes of the power system. Power system itself is an open dynamic system, because of the interference of environment to the motive force characteristic of power system, to measure and classify the fault accurately, and to prevent the accident from further development totally is difficult. Therefore drawing and classifying the characteristic of the fault information have already become the focal point and one of the difficult points of electric power system research. Besides complexity and uncertainty of power system , the non-linearity and time-change in systems exist objectively, so calculating and classifying the fault by routine theory based on mathematics model seem unable to do what one wishes. U-shape anti-roll tank consists of two tanks partially filled with water with the air spaces connected by a duct and a crossover duct at the tank bottom, and one valve is equipped in air duct to realize optimal stabilizing effect in most cases. In order to control the valve exactly, the natural period of U-shape anti-roll tank must be measured by effective methods. This paper disc\" two mdmb based on model experiment from the point of view of practicability, and shows these methods can be used to measure the natural period of U-shape anti-roll tank exactly. Further study needs to put emphash on validating the stabilizing effect and improving tank design. the stabilizing effect of the U-tank is best in this condition. At other wave periods, the stabilizing effect is much less, and the increase of the roll motion of the ship even occurs at some wave periods. It is well known that the U-tank is equipped with a valve in air duct to realize optimal stabilizing effect in most cases. The most important problem is how to control the valve in different wave periods. One way is to determine optimal time period for closing and opening the valve refemng the natural period of the U-tank. In this paper, the natural period of the U-tank model was measured exactly by two experimental methods, so it becomes possible that the valve can be closed and opened with optimal time period aimed at producing the largest counteracting moment. The experimental results show that even in high frequency range, by tuning the properties of ER material with external electric field, dynamic characteristics and responses of the cylindrical structure could still be changed and controlled apparently, and these modifications are frequency dependent and relative with structural working condition,.
