The extensive use of social platforms contributes to the creation and dissemination of fake news. This is actualize the task of fake news detection. Much research has already focused on this. Modern methods of detecting fake news rely heavily on textual information, examining the extracted news content or writing style based on internal knowledge. However, intentional rumors can mask the style of writing, bypassing languages and text patterns. In order to combat the spread of fake news, methods of automatic detection based on artificial intelligence and machine learning were studied. In a world where millions of articles are deleted and published every minute, this cannot be done effectively manually. In contrast to the known ones, the proposed mathematical model of reliability, in terms of the probability of failure-free operation, takes into account the influence of the reliability of switching devices on the process of functioning of the CS in the RCS. The results of studies of the proposed mathematical model of the reliability of the CS and the results of the comparative analysis of reliability showed that the use of the RCS provides higher reliability of the CS with lower hardware costs) than the majority tripleting method of the CS, which is widely used in the positional binary notation. This is achieved due to the fact that in the considered version of the mathematical model of the CS reliability, such types of redundancy as: structural, informational and functional, the presence of which is due to the properties of the RNS, are more fully taken into account. This circumstance makes it possible to apply the appropriate backup methods. At the same time, it is precisely these characteristic properties of multi-agent systems, that require special measures to ensure their operability and reliability of functioning, especially in the case of critical use. The proposed model for verifying the properties of dynamic communication is based on extended Petri nets and automata behavioral check and recognition experiments. Verification of two-tier and multi-tier communications of arbitrary spatial and temporal topology includes behavioral check of the mechanisms of conditions, preparation, transmission, buffering, broadcasting, taking into account probabilistic-temporal, group and concurrent characteristics. Fundamental solutions of the Hill equation in periodic structure layers are obtained on the base of Floquet theory. The dispersion equation for unbounded magnetophotonic crystal is obtained. Analytical expressions for transmission and reflection coefficients are obtained in the case of bounded magnetophotonic crystal. Possibility of the narrowband filtering is shown in the case of surface waves regimes in periodic structure. For the most common type of Alcatel-Lucent9926 d2U equipment, coverage areas were calculated at different base station antenna gain, base station antenna (BS) suspension heights, and mobile station (MS) antenna heights. Based on the calculations and graphs, we can conclude that the optimal height of the base station antenna suspension for the frequency bands 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2600 MHz will be 50 m and the receiver power is 18 dBi, because with increasing BS height, fading occurs when interference decreases and, accordingly, the attenuation also declines.
