The study design used a qualitative approach with a number of selected informants. The research location was in the Nurul Junaidiyah Lauwo Luwu Timur Islamic boarding school which was one of the pesantren that developed in the Tana Luwu area of South Sulawesi. The results of the study showed that the Islamic Boarding School Nurul Junaidiyah had carried out a role in the social field, namely holding formal education, accommodating santri from poor families, organizing economic empowerment activities through cooperatives. In the aspect of religious development, the Pesantren Junaidiyah Lauwo became a pioneer of moderate Islamic da'wah involving Kyai, Caregivers, Teachers, santri and alumni. Along with the global dynamics, it is necessary to increase the role of pesantren through cooperation with alumni ties, government, and other institutions. {"title":"Manajemen Konflik Bernuansa Islami di SD Ramah Anak Kota Lhokseumawe","authors":"Jamaluddin Idris, Herawati Herawati","doi":"10.24256/PAL.V4I1.711","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24256/PAL.V4I1.711","url":null,"abstract":"In order to maintain the stability of the quality of Islamic education; Islamic conflict management in Child Friendly Elementry School (CFES) is a necessity; in order to minimize the chance of conflict and bring friendliness evenly to all HR in schools, including teachers; as one of the most critical components in the education process in elementary school. The purpose of this study is to find out; (1) the forms of conflict that occurred, (2) technical and (3) Islamic nuance conflict regulation strategies applied at the Lhokseumawe CFES, and (4) CFES efforts to minimise conflict. This study uses a qualitative approach using techniques: documentation review, direct observation, and in-depth interviews conducted with principals and teachers, to obtain data and information related to the four objectives of this study. The results of the study show that: six forms of conflict occur in CFES, namely conflict: within individuals, between individuals, between individuals and groups/divisions, between groups/groups, between organisations, and between individuals in different organisations. Domination of conflict only occurs in the personal aspects of the teacher, which is motivated by family reasons, limited capacity, heavy workload, etc. However, every conflict that emerges can be implemented well, based on three technical management of conflict, namely: identification of conflicts, evaluation of conflict and resolution of conflicts that are Islamic in nature through a spiritual/religious and family approach (ukhuwah). Islamic nuances of conflict management strategies applied in CFES very prioritising collaboration, accommodation, compromise (deliberation), communication, and negotiations that prioritise the values of ukhuwah Islamiyah. However, this diversity is capable of causing conflicts both internally and externally. As with many cases that occur in Indonesia. Religion itself is a foothold, belief, and life guide, even as a scapegoat for conflicts in society. But other than the tengger tribe located in Lumajang Regency, Malang Regency, Pasuruan Regency and Probolinggo Regency, there are three religions that coexist in one village namely Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism. In the midst of pluralism, different societies of understanding and belief turned out to be able to have an attitude of tolerance and mutual respect between each other. Religious diversity is not a problem for the agrosari community to interact in carrying out daily activities. Regarding tolerance among religious people has recently become a very sticky issue among academics and the public. Local wisdom and culture are solutions to overcome this problem. Local wisdom in the Tengger tribe community is inseparable from the values of Javanese culture, as well as the cultural heritage of Majapahit which is still developing with mutual respect, tolerance, and respect for ancestral spirits and there are no striking differences in ethnicity other than differences in religious beliefs. Togetherness is manifested in the form of traditional rituals such as the Unan-Unan ceremony, Bari'an (Selamatan). Each religion has its own demands for tolerance in the Tengger tribe is ingrained, the Tengger tribe community also upholds equality and democracy in community life and respects religious leaders and dukun (sepiritual teachers) rather than administrative leaders. Begitu seriusnya kedudukan zakat ini, sehingga pada awal kekhalifahan Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq yang terdapat orang-orang yang melakukan pembangkangan untuk menunaikan zakat, oleh sebab itu khalifah melakukan ijtihad dengan memerangi mereka. Ini menunjukkan terhadap komitmen Islam dalam menanggulangi kaum dluafa secara berkelanjutan dan sistematis. Untuk mengakomodir jumlah kaum dluafa yang jumlahnya sangat banyak, pada saat sekarang ini para amilin menempuh upaya dengan menyalurkan zakat dalam bentuk produktif. Sebenarnya, apabila dikaji lebih jauh, sejak dahulu pemanfaatan zakat dapat digolongkan kepada empat bentuk: pertama, bersifat konsumtif tradisional yaitu proses dimana pembagian langsung kepada para mustahiq. Kedua, bersifat konsumtif kreatif yaitu proses pengkonsumsian dalam bentuk lain dari barangnya semula, seperti di berikan dalam bentuk beasiswa, gerabah, cangkul dan sebagainya. Ketiga, bersifat produktif tradisional yaitu proses pemberian zakat diberikan dalam bentuk benda atau barang yang diketahui produktif untuk satuan daerah yang mengelola zakat, seperti pemberian kambing, sapi, becak dan sebagainya. Keempat, bersifat produktif kreatif yaitu proses perwujudan pemberian zakat dalam bentuk permodalan bergulir baik untuk usaha program sosial, home industri atau pemberian tambahan modal usaha kecil. Penyaluran zakat secara produktif ini pernah terjadi di zaman Rasulullah saw. Di kemukakan dalam sebuah hadis riwayat Imam Muslim dari Salim bin Abdillah bin Umar dari ayahnya, bahwa Rasulullah saw telah memberikan zakat kepadanya lalu menyuruhnya untuk dikembangkan atau disedekahkan lagi. Dana zakat bukan pemberian sesuap nasi dalam jangka sehari dua hari, kemudian para mustahiq menjadi miskin kembali, tapi dana zakat itu harus memenuhi kebutuhan hidup secara lebih baik dalam jangka waktu yang relatif lama. Zakat merupakan ibadah maaliyah ijtimaiyah yang memiliki posisi yang sangat penting, strategis, dan menentukan, baik dari sisi ajaran maupun sisi pembangunan dan kesejahteraan umat. Zakat dapat memberikan solusi dalam masalah kemiskinan, pengangguran dan pemerataan ekonomi apabila dilakukan secara optimal. The large number of sex workers becomes a serious problem that must be followed up immediately. The Crowd raids prostitution reported in the media into the spotlight of the world of education in instilling moral education to learners. This is the importance of recognizing the negative impacts. To avoid the proliferation of the practice of prostitution is necessary to preventive and rehabilitative efforts against the perpetrators of prostitution practices that netted raids. This study aims to provide a form of preventive and rehabilitative efforts for the \"eks PSK\" who were caught raids in social institutions as well as to the general public. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection by observation method, direct interview and documentation. Techniques used in data analysis are data display, data reduction and conclusion. The data validity technique uses source triangulation. The results showed that: 1) preventive efforts that can be done include the formation of wirid adolescents and regular weekly recitation, 2) submission of grants through grant channeling institutions.
