Harmony between religious communities in the middle of the island of Bali, is not only influenced by national conventions on politics and social, but also because of local wisdom about syncretization in religious aspects. The teachings of Shiva, which dominate and are recognized as the main stream and even animate most Hindus in Bali, do not forget to also accommodate and harmonize themselves in other teachings, one of which is Buddhism. from this, the existence of Buddhism is still growing today. One of the reflections on the unification of the values ​​of Shiva-Buddhist teachings can be found in the Yeh Gangga Temple, Central Perean Village. This research is a descriptive qualitative field research. The primary data sources in this study were the Yeh Gangga Temple and Hindus and Buddhists as the worshipers. Data collection was carried out using the snow ball technique. The results of this study have occurred Syncretization of Shiva-Buddhist Teachings at Yeh Gangga Temple including (1) the history of the unification of Shiva-Buddha, (2) the arrival of Shiva-Buddha in Perean Tengah Village, (3) The Syncretization Process of Shiva-Buddhist Teachings, and (4) Meru Tumpang Pitu as a form of syncretization. The driving factors for syncretization include (1) Religious System Factors, (2) Social Factors. The purpose of this research is to know and be able to apply the concept and contextual Hindu leadership in building a whole person. This research uses the research method of Library Research, which is qualitative in nature, with two data analysis strategies, namely the qualitative descriptive analysis strategy model and the verification analysis strategy. The development of Hindu leadership science is broadly sourced from Nitisastra as a leadership science. Nitisastra emphasizes the purpose of human life to improve balanced physical and spiritual well-being in the life of a whole person. In addition to Nitisastra, there is literature containing values ​​and leadership teachings known as Geguritan Niti Raja Sasana. Whole human beings based on Hindu leadership apply the concept of Asta Brata which is the eight basic mental attitude for a leader in carrying out the dharma of religion and the dharma of the state. Theology of Acceptance, specifically in Christianity and Islam, can be complementary to all the efforts that have been done before. So, to get maximum results, researchers conduct qualitative research using qualitative-interpretive approaches to get theological acceptance from the understanding of Christianity and Islam. Its existence seems to have become ingrained in the daily routine of the world of work which is increasingly being suppressed by the increasing pace of development of the necessities of life, as well as the temptation of the development of new technological innovations that are increasingly tempting. There have been many cases of corruption that have been revealed, but the emergence of corruptors is actually getting more and more caught. Of course, it is interesting to study when considering the fact that criminal and civil law verdicts have not provided a deterrent effect. There is a need for the presence of other sanctions that accompany so that corruptors are more aware of, which in this case is the cultivation of an understanding of religious sanctions. The purpose of this research is to stimulate the anti-corruption spirit of the community through understanding the teachings of Hinduism, especially through the concept of the Karmaphala Trilogy. Three issues are raised in this study: the existence of corruption, efforts to eradicate corruption and efforts to build an anti-corruption spirit through the Karmaphala Trilogy. As a type of qualitative research, the data obtained in this study were collected through library techniques and document recording. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive technique. The results of the analysis show that corruption is a product of the life attitude of a group of people who glorify the existence of nominal finance (money) as a standard of truth. Recognizing the increasingly worrying level of extremity of corruption cases, efforts to eradicate them can no longer be carried out with ordinary steps, but extraordinary methods are needed in the form of a combination of socialization of criminal law, civil law and religious law. In principle, the purpose of religious moderation is harmony. In Indonesia, the development of religious studies in other higher education institutions is encouraging news so that the search for religious conventions can provide more alternatives. This study was conducted using a qualitative method that produces descriptive data with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation with inductive data analysis. Such stratification creates different views between the Tri Wangsa  and jaba groups. The Tri Wangsa want an acribed status, whereas the Sudra or Jaba group want the achieved status, which in turn leads to polemics among the people of Bali apanage. As a qualitative study with a cultural perspective, this study aims to reveal and analyze more clearly the blurring of the varna system into a kasta concept in Balinese Hindu society. Data sources are extracted based on bibliographic or documentary data. Data collection using reading techniques and recording techniques. Data analysis on the problem is done by qualitative descriptive analysis and comparative analysis. The results showed that the blurring of the varna system into a kasta concept is inseparable from the royal politics of its time. The traditional educational system originating from Hindu literature and religion can only be enjoyed by the upper layers, the brahmins and the knights, while the sudra or jaba classes are strictly prohibited. The Kasta  architects of Bali in the past few centuries, so expertly exploit the situation of the backwardness of Hindus outside the brahmans and the knights, so the teachings of Hinduism are manipulated in terms of caste naming. The elements of caste plagiarize the elements of varna that are indeed Hindu teachings. In addition, Dutch colonial politics is also very influential on the order of life in Bali, which causes problems in the system of social status. The Dutch government has not fully implemented the modern system of government. This is evident in the system of appointment of new employees (civil servants). The Dutch government has not carried out according to rational legal criteria, but still uses the traditional system of judging a person in terms of the height of the Kasta, not in terms of ability. Kawi dalang makes the story used more connected to the context of the implementation of the yadnya ceremony. One of the carangan stories that are often performed is the story of Bhima Swarga at the Pitra Yadnya ceremony. However, in the performance, the audience did not see this meaningful and unique performance. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a study to find out the form of the performance, so that the reader knows the aspects of the form in the Balinese shadow puppet show Bhima Swarga story. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative.
