UAVs are flexible, inexpensive, with the ability to carry high resolution sensing systems. UAVs fill the gap between manned aircraft and satellite remote sensing systems. When searching for new methodologies, especially in forestry research, UAVs are a unique platform. Remote forest sensing, forest mapping, forest precise measurement, forest fire monitoring and support for intensive forest management are areas in which remote sensing is fully utilized. The advantages of remote sensing are mainly low material and operating costs, flexible space and time deployment, and high intensity data collection. Nowadays world has a lot of decentralized applications and proposals, however the approaches and concepts decentralized software development based on the Blockchain technology is only emerging. This process is a common thing for new technologies as far as its adaptation takes time and often requires to change a usual approach to it. This article suggests a new way of safe decentralized applications development using Blockchain technologies and Ethereum platform. Ethereum platform–it’s a project that is undoubtedly second best after bitcoin for a quite long period of time. Ethereum is presented as a platform for various tasks, such as maintaining a stable application performance in case of any threats. The main object of the research are the decentralized applications, build on a Ethereum platform basis using the smart-contracts algorithm. The study helped to improve an existing crypto-token allocating model which goal is acquiring more stable performance. Accounting aspects of the introduction of GPS-navigation technology are left without scientists’ attention, which actualizes research of the prospects of automated recording and control of traffic flows improving. On the basis of data from the system of global positioning it is advisable to automate the calculation of the self-cost of provided transport services. It is necessary to apply a two-dimensional calculating unit – “ton-kilometer”, which fully considers most of the conditions of a vehicle management. The model is applicable to economic activity and business modeling of objects and processes. The equivalency of the probabilistic relation to the solutions of three functionals with the entropy member for preferences functions is shown. Thus, it is proved that the traditional probabilistic model itself is optimal in some sense. The discussion section raises disputable questions about the choice probability for an external observer and optimal preferences distributions for an internal active participant of the processes. Its performances and watermark extraction capability in wireless channel with dropped packets were tested. The experimental part of the paper confirmed the possibility of extraction high quality color watermark in function of insertion parameter T. The limit value of the insertion parameter which allows extraction of watermark without errors was determined.
