The fundamental development of the concepts of “sacral” and “profane” opens up grand-scale opportunities for the study of various forms of culture through the prism of the theory of “sacral”. The oldest collective form of culture that is extant to this day is the festivity, at the base of which there are “sacral” / “sacred” values and the truths of a particular society, no matter what type and era it belongs to. Modern socio-philosophical and cultural problems that arose at the beginning of the 20th century led to the emergence of value disorientation of several generations of people, which, in turn, has been leading modern society to even larger problems in all areas and directions of modern civilization. The semiotic discourse of the socio-political sphere is a certain type of interdisciplinary analytical research of socio-political communication aimed at interpreting the process of creating semantic meaning as social and political practice. Multi- in the term “multimodality” implies the fact that there are a number of modes available for reproduction by all members of a social or political community. The semiotic approach to the socio-political sphere of Russian society is utilized to accomplish this study. In different parts of the globe, it manifests as earth quake, hurricane, tsunami, etc. Nigeria has received its share of climate change both in two opposite forms. In the southern coastal states of Lagos, Bayelsa, and Rivers State, the ocean and overflowing waters continually threatens to wipe away the people. However, this study focuses on the north and parts of southern Nigeria, where the impact of climate change has generated armed conflict. The study which used qualitative methodology traced how climate change and the emergence of drought, famine and other forms of environmental changes leads to resource competition over land, mineral resource, water ways and by extension generating armed conflicts in many parts of Nigeria. It found that climate change caused mass migration and the settler versus non-settler conflicts that manifested in different as herdsmen-farmer conflict, as well as the armed conflict among the Ezza and her neighbours and also contributed to the Ife-Modakeke crisis in the country. The study is motivated by the high phenomenon of religious radicalism in the last two decades (2000-2020). Religious radicalism is rooted in the understanding of literal revelations recorded in the sacred document. The problem is focused on the erosion of radical ideology targeting the source, namely the language of revelation. The study was carried out qualitative with philosophical hermeneutical approaches that are used to analyze the problem. Data were pooled from journal articles, research, official government reports, print media, and the internet. The theoretical reference used is Jaspers’ relational existentialism. The study found that the language of revelation is not the absolute truth nor the original voice of transcendence, but rather the chiffer who has the role of echoing transcendence. Radicalism is a reflection of narrow and shallow fanaticism, a single truth-based belief over literary revelation. The study concludes that the fundamental anti-radicalism movement in pluri-religious societies is the transposition from literal revelation to symbolic revelation. In Vietnam, the population and housing censuses from 1989 to 2019 showed an appreciable increasing proportion of the elderly in the total population and fast ageing pace. Older people have many difficulties in their life. Among them, only 27% have pensions or stable incomes, and the rest 73% live without pensions, facing many difficulties. Vietnam is a developing country, and social security policies are in the process of completion. Therefore, improving the social security system, as well as creating opportunities for active ageing and wellbeing for older people, was one of the strategic goals of the Long-Term Development Plan that Vietnam’s government has been carried out for more than half a century. Over time, the case fell in line with the increasing number of patients recovering. In addition, different views between elements of government make people surrender and believe in the power of nature's creator. Under these conditions, the researchers were interested in learning more. The study was conducted using a descriptive analysis of a number of parties regarding economic and social activities. The results show that there are three important components: First, trust builds the creator and reduces to the government component, communication that a number of parties do not work consistently when responding to COVID-19, and enforcement of unclear rules. In a nutshell. The citizens, grouped into two groups, agree that a pandemic is dangerous and urge them to follow values in the form of existing rules.
