In his creativity, there was only one period when he almost did not create from late 1980 to the second half of the 1990s. This is the time of post-Soviet disintegration, and for the majority of the Russian population, it was a difficult experience. In the rare works created by Chukhontsev at that time, the country’s geopolitical and cultural catastrophe is somehow interpreted. As it usually happens with a poet, it naturally combines various semantic plans like external realistic and several symbolic. At Southern Night, Chukhontsev has embodied the feeling of a complete end and this work perfectly combines deeply personal motives and motives that convey the image of a geopolitical and cultural catastrophe. As the author states, everything has died, both his former poetics (personal meaning) and his former country (general meaning). The poet has lost the gift of speech because he ceased to feel an organic connection with his native land since it was “seriously ill and was almost at death”. The development of primary education in Crimea at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries differs significantly from other regions due to the specificity of ethno-religious identities. The ethno-confessional situation in the territory of Crimea in the second half of the 19th - early 20th centuries was rather complicated. Therefore, to organize international cooperation and to conduct basic and applied research, mega-science infrastructures are being created and implemented all over the world. Currently, research facilities of the mega-science class are being created in the Russian Federation. They play an important role in the development of science and the innovation process. The competitiveness of Russian science is a determining factor for ensuring the safety and technological independence of Russia. Therefore, the Federal program for the development of Synchrotron and Neutron research and research infrastructure for 2019-2027 was approved in March 2020.\u0000In the present article, the concept of the socio-economic impact of the operation of large-scale research infrastructure is revealed. The authors refer to the materials on the socio-economic impact analysis, which was based on the data on the Swedish neutron source (European Spallation Source). The article provides a generalized idea of the main indicators for assessing the potential of the research infrastructure as well as their application to characterize the research facilities in the Russian Federation. It is worth highlighting that each large research facility is unique and it is not possible to unify the analysis of the socio-economic impact. The effects of geographical, natural, historical, cultural, economic and social factors are considered. The dynamics of the development of the Tatar national costume is revealed from the point of view of decorative and applied folk art. Also, the potential of folk art in the aspect of enriching professional design and identifying new popular solutions in the design of clothing is revealed. Examples of the appeal of fashion designers to the cultural heritage of their ancestors are given. The article focuses on the national costume in contemporary art. We ask what the modern clothes of the Tatars are and whether there is a national trait inherent in the people and reflected in Tatars’ appearance. First of all, we need to consider that clothes are divided into everyday and festive looks. And one cannot but take into account such a vivid translator of national culture as a stage or theater costume. The methodology of introducing intelligent systems into mathematical education is on the basis of the Hegelian triad: thesis (implementation of the coherence principle) – antithesis (implementation of principles of the fractality and historiogenesis) – synthesis (implementation of the principles of self-organization and reflection of the complex system inversion integrity). Requirements for the organization and construction of the artificial neural network for assessment of personal achievements on the basis of fuzzy simulation have been developed. In the direction of using elements of fractal geometry, the technological structures of clusters that constitute the basis of generalized structures have been developed. The study also answers the question of the relationship between \"policy\" and \"politics\" within a migration policy by comparing \"state migration policy\" and \"migration policy\", concerning which there is a different interpretation. The object of research is migration. The subject is migration policy and state migration policy. The topic is relevant because in the early 2000s migration acquired a new global scale under the influence of many heterogeneous factors often caused by adverse economic, social and socio-psychological conditions, as well as military conflicts of an interreligious and ethnopolitical nature. The research uses systemic, comparative, institutional, and ethnopolitical approaches. Moreover, the phenomenon of philosophy itself as a creative process often remained in the shadow of general problems. By tacit agreement the creative nature of philosophy was recognized as obvious, and therefore, as a subject of philosophizing, it was often simply left out of the picture. However, again and again, the thesis about the “death of philosophy” makes the question of its creative nature more than relevant. If the creative potential of philosophy has been exhausted, perhaps it is really dying as a special form of thought in culture. If creativity in philosophy is possible, then its cultural prospects become more optimistic, or cultural elimination of philosophy is associated not only (or not so much) with its creative capacity. Creativity became the object of theorization in the Renaissance and Modernity, when man was initially thought of as its subject. Therefore, the very understanding of creativity bears the mark of Modern thinking. However, the \"post-\" situation forces us to return to the analysis of the problem and consider it in terms of the impossibility of the new. The problem can and should also be considered on the material of Russian philosophical thought, whose status has always been ambiguous, primarily for Russian philosophy itself. The object of the study is the usual names of zero suffixation in the Russian language and the features of their functioning in the works of small folklore genres – proverbs and sayings. The purpose of the paper is to identify the main word-formation types of names of zero suffixation presented in proverbs and sayings, to evaluate their role in organizing the literary space of utterances. Leading research methods are theoretical analysis of scientific and educational literature on the topic, method of continuous sampling, language, speech and text analysis, structural and semantic analysis of language material, comparative and statistical methods, and lesson observation. The article reveals the frequency of the use of certain word-formation types of names of zero suffixation (deverbal, denominal, adjective-based) in individual proverbs and sayings, points out the frequency of unprefixed names of zero suffixation, shows the features of compatibility of deverbatives, their place in the meaningful and rhythmic construction of proverbs and sayings. The figural and expressive properties of these formations are considered.
