Its main intention includes vector generation and analyzing of the modern telecommunication system signals, standalone functional and radiofrequency units, and the whole devices testing. The possibility of adding such modulated signal distortions as the DC-offset, I/Q-imbalance, phase and frequency errors are introduced in the last implemented of the software package. The algorithm for estimating the symbol rate of the M-PSK signals is based on the Fourier transform of the squares of the modules of the complex envelope of the signal. The algorithm for estimating the symbol rate of M-FSK signals is based on the separation of the spectrum of the original signal into separate subcarriers. Algorithms were simulated. The safety autonomous moving demands the reliable and fast detection algorithms. The Histogram of Oriented Gradients (HOG) descriptors show significantly outperforms the existing feature sets for a human detection. Though the given method has a lot of type I errors. The amount of these errors can be decreased by using the object distance information. This paper presents a robust human detection method using pairs of color frame and depth map. During the experiment, we used color images and maps of depth received from the Kinect v2 visual sensor. During the first step in our detection experiment we processed the whole frame with the HOG descriptor and received regions of interest. Then on the second step we determined the approximate distance to this region and compare its value to the range of possible human height and width values on that distance. The experimental results show that the new proposed method of HOG and distance restriction combining provides lower false positive and increase the precision in comparison to the HOG method without using the depth map. It gives opportunities to train more sensitive classifiers, which can provide the higher recall values. It is noted one of the drawbacks of such a scheme is the interference generated by the synthesizer, since it has a parasitic relationship between the synthesized signal and the input frequency-phase detector from the reference source. It is shown that the output side (parasitic) spectral components due to the fact that the synthesized frequency is not a multiple of the frequency of the input signal detector (not a multiple of the frequency comparison). It is noted that the worst case occurs when the difference between the synthesized frequency and the nearest frequency is a multiple of the frequency of comparison, is so small that the lowpass filter of the auto-tuning system does not provide the required suppression of spurious components. The proposed scheme improved synthesizer with reduced spurious performance. Shown the main advantage of the proposed scheme is that by introducing new nodes is the ability to reduce the spurious in the output signal taking into account the impact of switching reference oscillator for the duration of the transients. Potentially it means increase number of connections to the Internet to 70 trillion by 2025, reconstruction and modernization of modern communication networks and new approach to ensuring information security. Information security becomes a cornerstone of creation of communication networks of future generations and how data and communication networks will be protected safety of Society and State will depend. If today objects, potentially vulnerable from the Internet, are computers and the maximum harm which hacker attack can cause is a temporary suspension of work of automated control systems and access to information, in networks of the Industrial Internet of things any element so-called “Digital economy” can become object of attack. It is necessary for prevention of potential threats: to classify these threats; to have the uniform formal description of threats and the warning and correcting influence; to have the uniform concept of the organization of information security. We artificially introduce a leader in the network by passing through it the high density of electrical current, which gives the large energy level (large amplitude of oscillations). We identify that the introduction of a leader, an oscillator having large energy level, in the network induces a profound change in the critical interpillar distances on which mutual synchronization occurs as a function of their radius mismatch for different type of network topologies. We calculate the synchronization badwidth between coupled STNOs We find that the emergence of a leader leads to the reduction of synchronization time. The present paper is dedicated to the development of new method for estimation technical state of electrochemical power sources. There are a lot of effective diagnostic tools for electrochemical batteries however most of them require expensive experimental apparatus and interruption of their operation mode. In frame of this paper it is suggested to use relaxation processes caused by the load change as a diagnostic feature. In case of linear mode the time response comprises the same information as AC Impedance curve. It means that the time response comprises required diagnostic information. The load change can be caused by the small transistor controlled additional load connected in the parallel to the main load. To analyze relaxation processes the novel effective method developed by the coauthor of this work R.R. Nigmatullin is used. We have analyzed many different examples of such a new forms of trainings that have been used or trialed by major technical universities. Within our analysis we have defined requirements for automatic training system (ATS) for a developers of DSP software. The major goal for specified ATS should be a possibility for any trainee to get a knowledge and skills in a practical stand-alone way, with near zero interaction with anyone else except ATS. Basic scenarios, short tests allows trainee not only get soft-start and to achieve fast wins, but also motivate him for a professional development and deeply involve him into process of SDP software development. Comparing to widely and massively used courses covering basic tasks and general questions of DSP software development, proposed ATS is more specialized and requires higher level of entry qualification for trainee. From practical point of view we suppose to include game-approach and real-time interaction with trainee during whole process of ATS. This leads to a problem of real-time computation and real-time automating for a trainees solution check and giving a relevant feedback in a way of showing radio signal in a logical visual way both for source and processed signals. This allows forming right understanding not only for SDP software development skills but also understanding of major functional principles of complex radio systems. For example, for DSP ECC decoding we are using visualized encoded and decoded signals, and for spectrum processing tasks we are using visualized spectrum areas. Another interesting approach is to use the best solutions done by trainees to include them into a kind of knowledge library for further use. Today we have implemented proposed approach onto SW being deployed and used during courses of DSP software development from year of 2016.
