Quispe-Farfán","doi":"10.17533/udea.rib.v43n3erf2","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17533/udea.rib.v43n3erf2","url":null,"abstract":"La inesperada expansión del nuevo coronavirus o COVID-19, al inicio del 2020, ha causado efectos alarmantes en todo el mundo, provocando la suspensión de diversas actividades económicas y sociales, entre ellas, los servicios bibliotecarios. Las bibliotecas públicas tuvieron que cerrar sus locales al decretarse el estado de emergencia en sus países y entrar en un periodo de confinamiento. Este panorama ha generado el extensivo uso de los servicios digitales en las bibliotecas para continuar laborando, hecho que se expone en este trabajo. Además, se indican algunas posturas de especialistas del ámbito bibliotecario latinoamericano con respecto a la situación actual. En el presente estudio se obtiene como resultado una problemática extendida en la que se indica que las bibliotecas públicas del Perú trabajan de “modo presencial” con limitados recursos, escaso personal especializado, ausencia de servicios digitales y sin visibilidad dentro de sus gobiernos locales; a pesar de esto, algunas bibliotecas han desarrollado diversas iniciativas en medio de esta pandemia. Therefore, there is a need for a measurement system capable of answering, efficiently and swiftly, this proliferation of indicators. Based on a literature review on research evaluation, indicators were compiled, with a special focus on Ibero-America and Colombia; the data required to answer each of these indicators were identified using qualitative data analysis; and, finally, a measurement system was designed following four conditions: conception, structure, procedures, and instruments. Conceptually, it considers two dimensions, epistemological and ontological, to address how the creation of knowledge in organizations occurs. However, since its publication, the context in which the organizations are inserted has undergone profound transformations, especially with regard to the production and dissemination of information, based on advances in information and communication technologies (ICTs). The objective of this article was to revisit the theory of organizational knowledge creation, emphasizing the role of information, as registered knowledge, and of the ICT in the support to the creation of knowledge in organizations. Thus, the data library is the process that aims to discover, extract and store relevant information from large databases in libraries, through the use of search programs and identification of patterns and global relationships, trends, deviations and other Indicators that can be extracted through different techniques of data mining. It is based on the need to recognize the importance of video documentary production and its contribution to the construction of social representations about the life and inhabitants of Medellin and Cali in times marked by violence. This study is made from the theoretical-methodological approach of textual criticism, specifically, from the recensio stage, with the purpose of restoring the novel in a critical edition according to the last will of the writer. The analysis is carried out from a database of own creation that collects Web of Science data subjected to an exhaustive normalization. The data corresponding to the aforementioned indicators are analyzed. The results allow to present a synoptic picture about the scientific work in the University of Puerto Rico, the data show the leadership of this institution supported by its production, the level of scientific collaboration and the visibility and impact of said production. Se presentan avances del estudio de caso de la Red de Bibliotecas Rurales de Cajamarca en el Peru, con los que se pretenden reconocer las interrelaciones de la concepcion, los actores, los lugares y las acciones de esta institucion socio-cultural. En primera instancia, una introduccion para exponer los elementos generales del proyecto de investigacion. Segundo, algunos elementos metodologicos. Camacho, Luis Carlos Toro Tamayo","doi":"10.17533/udea.rib.v43n1erf1","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17533/udea.rib.v43n1erf1","url":null,"abstract":"The aim of this article is to investigate the process of recovery, restoration and classification of the documentary collection of Laura Montoya Upegui, better known as Madre Laura. She founded the Comunidad Misionera de Maria Inmaculada y Santa Catalina de Sena and she was canonized in 2013. The archive houses approximately 28,000 pages written by the author, among which there are all her original works. The history of the recovery of the Archive begins in 1949, when the writer dies, and since then it has been enriching and modernizing. The organization of documents are divided into the areas that involve the intellectual profile of this saint: theology, mysticism, anthropology, missiology, literature, among others.
