To deal with this task, two simulation models of liquid level control in the iThink program were developed. The first model was designed using only a frequency converter, and the second model was using a frequency converter and a Fuzzy Controller. An imitation of the liquid level control process was carried out, and from this graph of pump energy consumption were obtained. Based on the initial and obtained data, a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the considered control systems was carried out, and the power consumption of the considered control systems of two simulation models of a booster pumping station were also presented in graphical form. A block diagram of a data integrity monitoring system based on the power plant model and an intellectual analysis of technological time is proposed, which allows to identify the fact of unauthorized access to the system and to increase the security of telemetry information from unauthorized modifications. A model for analyzing the accumulated telemetry data based on the technologies of neural network processing of technological time series has been developed. The switching of the windings is carried out according to the signals of the rotor position sensor and from control system. The time of transient current changes during switching directly depends on the time constant of the windings. In machines of medium and high power, the time constant is significant, which increases the time of transient processes, and at high rotational speeds leads to a decrease in the average current in the winding, thereby reducing torque. An effective means of combating such phenomena are devices accelerating (forcing) transients during switching windings. The article proposes an original forcing circuit for multiphase electric machines and a circuit method for studying the transient time during switching windings. The negative consequences of the reverse rotation mode of the fan impeller or pump for the electric motor are considered in detail. The article discusses ways of picking up electric drives of fan and pumping units during reverse rotation of the impeller. It is shown that the existing methods for determining the initial speed and the pickup of the rotor are focused on the self-starting of the electric motor when power is lost, at which the rotor rotates in the normal direction. However, this formation has a significant disadvantage: high sensitivity to non-linear distortions (more often it is intermodulation distortion) arises in amplification paths. It is often very difficult to evaluate the influence of many nonlinear effects by compiling and solving a system of nonlinear integro-differential equations. Therefore, one has to turn to mathematical models. Data for research were received by experimental path for the accelerator two different models which is used for double purpose. The solenoid inductance was determined on the basis calculation of the magnetic vector potential succeeded by calculation of magnetic field energy. Optimum value of inductance for two models when value of kinetic energy reaches the maximum level was determined, it influences on escape speed of plasma jet. Analysis of the solenoid inductance was made, it influences on increasing transverse velocity component, and thus, the metal erosion and amount of disperse powders. The system of second order differential equations was written down as first order differential equations for calculation accuracy increasing and was solved using the fourth-order Runge-Kutta fixed-step method. View of potential pit was simulated in software package COMSOL Multiphysics which shows spatial limitation of the plasma particles expansion and illustrates the advantages of the longitudinal and transverse components of the charged particles velocity in the plasma jet. Simulation data allow to improve technological parameters of the investigated accelerator. Therefore, high demands are placed on its design and there is a need to diagnose its technical condition. The most promising method of diagnosis is the method using an instrument analysis of an external magnetic field. In addition, the evaluation of the external magnetic field is relevant in practical verification of the magnetic compatibility of damping electromechanical energy converters. In this regard, the authors developed a mathematical model of an external magnetic field of damping electromechanical energy converters with primary magnetic field asymmetry and considered the possibility of diagnosing them using an external magnetic field.
