Systemic symptoms of brucellosis include back pain, headache, fatigue, weakness, general\u0000body pain, fever and chills, anorexia, muscle pain, sweating, weight loss, joint pain, cough, neurological\u0000symptoms, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and constipation. In this report, the case of a pregnant\u0000woman suffering from Malta fever with severe signs that she could not walk is reported.\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000In this paper, the case of a 28-year-old G3P2 female patient (third pregnancy,\u0000two normal deliveries) with 37 weeks of pregnancy and a history of brucellosis in the last two\u0000months, being under painkiller treatment, and who has been unable to walk (sacroiliitis) for two\u0000weeks, has been reported. Previously, treatment with gentamicin 2 times a day for 6 days was started,\u0000and in May 2022, the patient was admitted to Imam Reza Hospital in Mashhad by ambulance.\u0000After consultation with an infectious disease specialist, the patient received gentamicin IV QID at a\u0000dose of 5 mg/kg, ceftriaxone BID at a dose of 1 mg and IV, and rifampin QID at a dose of 600 mg\u0000and PO. She was subjected to CBC differential test twice a week, and BUN and CR assessments\u0000were performed every other day. She has received acetaminophen 500 mg PO and Q 6 hrs in the\u0000hospital during hospitalization. Radiography of the pelvis was done to check the bilateral sacroiliac\u0000joint; it has been found to be normal and no evidence of joint effusion has been seen. After a week\u0000of hospitalization and observation in the hospital, vaginal delivery was performed without any problems\u0000and she gave birth to a baby boy with an Apgar score of 9-10.\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000Clinical manifestations of brucellosis in pregnant women are weakness, arthralgia, fever,\u0000fatigue, excessive night sweats, anorexia, muscle pain, chills, depression, weight loss, headache,\u0000and back pain. The most common symptoms are fever, hepatomegaly, spleen involvement,\u0000joint complications, and obstetric symptoms, including vaginal bleeding, postpartum endometritis,\u0000pelvic or groin pain, premature rupture of membranes, and chorioamnionitis. Rifampicin and trimethoprim-\u0000sulfamethoxazole for 6 to 8 weeks constitute the most common and recommended treatment.\u0000

Breast cancer is one of the commonest cancers affecting women worldwide and its number is projected to increase sharply in the post-COVID-19 era due to a serious fall in screening modalities, as patients stopped reporting to the hospital because of lockdown, movement restrictions, and fear of contracting the infection.\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000The present case report briefs a mother's sufferings and the impact it has on a daughter who is a doctor herself. It is also the 5th\u0000top cause of cancer-related death in the world. Despite chemotherapy being the primary treatment\u0000along with surgery, patients frequently suffer from a recurrence of ovarian cancer within a few years\u0000of the original treatment. The recurring nature of OC, therefore, necessitates the development of novel\u0000therapeutic interventions that can effectively tackle this disease. Immunotherapy has lately been found\u0000to offer significant clinical advantages. Some of the immunotherapy techniques being studied for ovarian cancer include adoptive T-cell treatment, immune checkpoint inhibition, and oncolytic virus.\u0000However, the most efficient way to increase longevity is through a combination of immunotherapy\u0000strategies with other disease therapeutic approaches such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and PARPi\u0000in additive or synergistic ways. To provide a more comprehensive insight into the current immunotherapies explored, this paper explores newly developed therapeutics for the disease with an emphasis\u0000on current outstanding immunotherapy. The current state of our understanding of how the disease interacts with host cells, current therapy options available, various advanced treatments present and the\u0000potential for combinatorial immuno-based therapies in the future have also been explored.\u0000
