Kesiapan keputusan karier diartikan sebagai kemampuan individu untuk membuat pilihan karier yang sesuai dengan mempertimbangkan kompleksitas faktor keluarga, sosial, ekonomi, dan organisasi yang mempengaruhi perkembangan karier individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas konten alat ukur kesiapan keputusan karier yang dikembangkan berdasarkan kondisi siswa SMA/SMK di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah proses penelaahan ahli oleh tiga dosen dan enam praktisi psikologi pendidikan dilakukan untuk mendapatkan bukti validitas berdasarkan konten. Proses penelaahan ahli dibagi menjadi tiga tahap, tahap pertama penelaahan 160 aitem dilakukan oleh tiga dosen, tahap kedua revisi item, dan tahap ketiga proses penelaahan oleh enam praktisi psikologi pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 74 aitem yang mengukur kesiapan keputusan karier memiliki nilai I-CVI di atas 0,78 dan nilai S-CVI/Ave 0,98. Playing it excessively can lead to addiction. Once addicted, behavior problems arise and at a certain level of addiction, psychological treatment will be needed. The aim of this study is to describe online gaming addiction in terms of four levels of addiction. The participants are 41 high school students (12-14 years old) who lived in Jatinangor. They are active players in online games using mobile phones, computers, or other media. Data were collected using an open-ended questionnaire than qualitatively analysed by the way of thematic analysis. Result shows that participants mostly perceived playing online games as a pleasurable and rewarding activity (recreational level of addiction). In this level, there are negative impacts that occur when they are playing online games, but the impacts disappear when they stop playing an online game. In at-risk level, participants feeling the rewarding effects (e.g. stress release). Participants accept when their parents start complaining about their gaming behavior. In problematic use level, the gaming behavior is increasingly done alone and often dismissed parents’ concern about their gaming behavior. In 2015, 84% of Indonesian students experienced difficulties in school. One of the problems of bullying is disrupt social abilities. In Bandung's X Vocational School, most of the adolescents claimed to have corrected bullying by their peers. This study aims to find the relationship of bullying with the social abilities of adolescents in X Vocational School in Bandung. This type of research uses descriptive research through cross-sectional research. The sample consisted of 83 students taken by purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses a Multidimensional Peer-Victimization Scale questionnaire for bullying variables and Social Skills Rating System (SSRS) for social ability variables. Data analysis was performed by non-parametric statistics using the Spearman Rank valuation method. Results: Research shows that most adolescents have high rates of bullying (88%) and most adolescents have moderate social abilities (56.6%). Statistical test results using the Spearman rank test (p-value = 0.023) with a value of r = 0.249. Conclusion: it can be concluded that there is a weak relationship between intimidation and social ability. Mother Involvement was measuredusing’s the Nurturance Mothering Scales & Mother Involvement Scale developed by Finley & Schwartz,and the self-compassion was measured by Self-compassion Scale developed by Neff. The sample usedwas 165 people. Sampling uses non probability sampling. Method of data analysis in testing multiplehypotheses using correlation techniques. The results showed a significant relationship between maternalinvolvement with self-compassion with a value of r = 0.041 <p = 0.05, and a significant relationshipbetween maternal involvement reported with self-compassion with a value of r = 0.022 <p = 0 .5. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi ekperimen design nonequivalent control group design. Kelompok eksperimen menerima perlakukan berupa 11 sesi bimbingan kelompok yang diselenggarakan dua kali dalam sehari. Kelompok kontrol tidak menerima perlakuan. \u0000Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa/Siswi kelas X SMAN I Babelan tahun angkatan 2018. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Siswa/Siswi yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 orang dengan skor penerimaan diri berada dalam kategori rendah. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam menentukan sampel penelitian ini adalah instrumen penerimaan diri dengan empat pilihan dalam model skala likert yang terdiri 36 butir valid dengan reliabilitas menggunakan cronbach’s alpha sebesar 0,735. \u0000Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai Asymp. Sig sebesar 0.005, melalui hasil perhitungan maka diperoleh kesimpulan pada penerimaan diri siswa/siswi sig < 0.05, Artinya peningkatan penerimaan diri siswa/siswi kelas X SMAN I Babelan kelompok treatment lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. The subjects in this study were 460 employees of State-Owned Company in Bandung. The work life balance scale used in this study is an adaptation of the work life balance questionnaire developed by Gwenith G. Fisher, Carrie A. Bulger and Carlla S. Smith (in Journal of Occupational Health Psychology 2009, Vol. 14, No. 4, 441–456). In this study, the method of analysis is the confirmatory factor. The results showed that the items for the work life balance scale had SLF values ranging from 0.75 to 0.912 so that all items could be said to be valid. CR value is 0.976 and VE is 0.707, which means a reliable work life balance scale. Work life balance scale is devided into two aspects, namely demands and resources. The demands aspect consists of 2 (two) sub aspects, namely work interference with personal life (PLIW) and personal life interference with work (PLIW) and.
