The study seeks to broaden the scope of job satisfaction by emphasizing its role as an indirect measure of the positive principles and practices that contribute to maintaining a high level of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) for groups of employees. This paper employed a survey to gather primary data. The survey forms utilized comprise two distinct sections. The initial section of the survey forms was determining the socio-demographic characteristics of the participants. The second portion of the poll utilized the Minnesota work satisfaction survey to measure job satisfaction. T-test and ANOVA are employed to detect disparities among separate employee categories. The findings suggest that there are disparities in the job satisfaction levels among employees belonging to at least two distinct groups with varying educational backgrounds (p > 0.040). Upon analyzing the job satisfaction of the staff based on their job positions, a notable disparity in job satisfaction was observed among at least two distinct employee groups in various roles (p > 0.009). No significant disparities in job satisfaction were seen across the employee groups based on age, marital status, parenting status, work experience, and monthly salary. Simultaneously, the paper establishes a connection between the job satisfaction and a more advanced level of corporate governance focused on CSR and aligned with the UN SDGs. This paper aims to explore the potential use of work satisfaction as an indicator in evaluating CSR and its alignment with the UN SDGs in the future. \u0000 \u0000Received: 17 January 2024 / Accepted: 30 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

It was administered to 545 citizens from the three regions of Peru (coast, the Andes and the rainforest). There were 296 women and 243 men, with an average age of 33.45 years (SD= 9.65). Confirmatory factor analysis provided adequate support for the 8-item one-dimensional model with the presence of correlated errors (CMIN= 58.635, DF = 17.00; CMIN/DF =3.449; CFI = 0.979; RMSEA= 0.067; SRMR= 0.032; and PClose = 0.061), also showed a good convergent internal validity based on the value of AVE = 0.554. Regarding reliability, a Cronbach's alpha = 0.881 and a CR= 0.91 are observed, which indicates adequate reliability of the one-dimensional model of the InCharge. The results suggest that the Peruvian version of the InCharge presents adequate psychometric evidence to measure the financial well-being of employees in a Peruvian context. Thus, it seeks to contribute to the advancement of the scientific study of financial well-being in Latin America. \u0000 \u0000Received: 1 September 2023 / Accepted: 16 March 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

This study examined the relationship between these elements and their influence on employees’ sense-making and sense-giving in Kuwait during the COVID 19 pandemic. The research used a mixed-method approach incorporating interviews, survey data, and a review of organizational communications. The sample included six Kuwaiti organizations representing the private, government, and nonprofit sectors. The statistical software package SPSS was used to calculate ratios and rates, confidence intervals, tests of statistical difference (Kruskal–Wallis and Mann–Whitney tests), the Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regressions. The study found a positive association between the strategic approaches of two-way communication and transparency and employees’ sense-making and sense-giving behaviors. Gender, nationality, and years of employment also influenced communication and transparency. To the authors’ knowledge, this is the first study of internal crisis communication in a Kuwaiti context. This study’s findings shed light on the importance of employees’ internal communications as organizations address and engage during a crisis. \u0000 \u0000Received: 12 January 2024 / Accepted: xx April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

The study first gathered, reviewed, and analyzed past placement marketing studies and literature from Europe and the United States, then conducted in-depth interviews with a scholar who reviews placement marketing violation cases for Taiwan’s competent authority (NCC) and American media professionals who had first-hand experience with placement marketing practices. The interviews revealed how Americans had executed the placements at various levels during the entire production process, from preproduction to postproduction; it also informed that their placement practice is natural and subtle creatively and how Americans combine product placements in the content with on-screen graphic overlays to gather consumer data. The study also exposed a curiously interesting product placement phenomenon with Taiwanese news media and how they get away with the current laws and regulations. \u0000 \u0000Received: 6 January 2024 / Accepted: 19 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

Depopulation increases risks of human capital availability and emigration is a primary reason. Regions that are experiencing a decreased population must develop strategic sustainable regional development policies that consider scientifically based population forecasts. The youth population characterises regional potential for long-term human capital availability. First, children represent a region’s future employees and entrepreneurs. Second, children require availability of educational services at regional level, which promotes regional vitality. Third, the youth population indirectly demonstrates a region’s socio-economic attractiveness for living and working. This study employs the system dynamic method to forecast different population change scenarios at the regional level in Latvia. The results reveal a declining, long-term population tendency for working age and youth populations in Latvian regions. Overall, Latvian regions will remain extremely homogeneous in the long term, with minor differences in the short term. In conclusion, despite regional disparities in terms of quality of life with some leading examples, all regions will experience high emigration loss. Regional social, economic and environmental characteristics demonstrate a need to assess population change trends in a complex manner. This study provides data for understanding short- and long-term perspectives that must be addressed through sustainable regional development policies. \u0000 \u0000Received: 27 October 2023 / Accepted: 24 March 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

This research aims to explore the relationship between an innovative organizational culture, employee intrapreneurial behaviour, employee job satisfaction, and employee job commitment in the manufacturing sector of Kuwait, a developed economy. Literature reviews analyses core concepts and their associated domains to discover gaps in existing research by examining definitions, dimensions, and relevance. The examination of relevant research identified significant knowledge deficiencies. The framework examines employee social intrapreneurial behaviour by incorporating several aspects such as idea generation, idea promotion, and idea realization. The current study utilized quantitative research methods. The researcher utilized SPSS version 28 to analyses the numerical data collected through a questionnaire to meet the study questions. The questionnaire was distributed using both computerized and self-administered ways to increase the response rate. We have obtained an extensive list of contact names for all manufacturing companies in Kuwait. The study is based on three primary theories: Self Determination Theory, Social Exchange Theory, and Theory of Planned Behaviour. This study aims to develop a new formula to promote a culture of social innovation. The research findings suggest that Employee Social Intrapreneurial Behaviour (ESIB) has a notable influence on manufacturing enterprises in Kuwait. Employee social intrapreneurial behaviour and job satisfaction were shown to have a mediating impact on innovative organizational culture and employee commitment. The research's theoretical framework enhances managers' understanding of the significance of intrapreneurship and how organizations can facilitate its development at both individual and organizational levels. \u0000 \u0000Received: 28 January 2024 / Accepted: 28 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

This paper explains the relative significance of factors affecting the productivity of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The issue of productivity has been raised in the growing diversion of the economic literature to the development side, leaving little research on countries productivity as measured in gross domestic product (GDP), that provides empirical basses for the developmental debates. Eight important factors are researched for their relative explanation of the KSA’s productivity, which include the spendings on i) education, 2) subsidies, 3) research & development, 4) physical capital, 5) health, 6) gender equality, 7) inflation, and 8) openness to trade. These factors are assessed using the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) and combine autoregressive features with those of moving averages (ARIMA). The study has theoretical implications for raising fresh evidence for the relative importance of these factors of production for developing countries such as KSA. The relative significance of these factors also informs predictions and policy making for the efficient resource allocation of keeping in view the targeted productivity level while chasing developmental objectives, such as those envisioned for 2030 in KSA. \u0000 \u0000Received: 31 January 2024 / Accepted: 16 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024
Reading and understanding English literature can be quite challenging for students if English is not their native language. Thus, somehow students do not feel motivated in reading literature because of the high language proficiency the texts require and the length of the teaching materials. The conventional “Chalk and Talk” teaching method is not enough to convey the complexity of English literature effectively. The use of multimedia might be a precious medium in the teaching of literature and to increase students’ motivation to read literary texts. Research indicates that multimedia helps students to understand literature, to focus on the target language but also on its culture, new terminologies, new phraseology and their proper usage. The use of multimedia has many advantages as it is a great facilitator in transmitting knowledge. However, there are many questions about the use of digital tools, some think that they interfere with the teaching process and the student’s concentration, whereas others think that digital media can be effectively integrated into the teaching and learning process. In this paper, we will focus on how the multimedia content helps to vary and enhance the learning process and to lead to a better understanding and memorising. Multimedia elements help learners to be more engaged and active at learning. It makes studying literature more exciting because some students are visual learners and use visual senses in the process of learning. I used tests, observation and questionaries to analyse my research questions. \u0000 \u0000Received: 10 February 2024 / Accepted: 11 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024
