As global markets become increasingly dynamic and competitive, understanding the strategic implementation of the marketing mix is vital for securing market position and ensuring long-term business sustainability. This study explores the traditional 4 Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and the service-specific 3 Ps (People, Process, Physical Evidence) to demonstrate how they collectively contribute to customer satisfaction and competitive advantage. The research method combines theoretical analysis with empirical data, including a survey of foreign tourists in Kosovo, to assess the impact of the marketing mix on customer satisfaction. Findings indicate a strong correlation between the integrated application of the 7 Ps and increased customer satisfaction, underscoring the effectiveness of a well-coordinated marketing mix. This investigation not only enhances understanding of the marketing mix's influence on business success but also offers valuable insights for practitioners aiming to improve their competitive stance through customer-focused strategies. The study advocates for the strategic harmonization of marketing mix elements as fundamental to achieving customer satisfaction and fostering business growth, particularly in the competitive context of Kosovo's tourism and hospitality sector. \u0000 \u0000Received: 20 March 2024 / Accepted: 13 June 2024 / Published: 5 July 2024

Method: Scoping review in which manuscripts published in journals indexed in the Scopus database between 2010 and 2024 were analyzed. For the search we used descriptors such as psychological well-being, mental health, psychological health, emotional health, violence, women in violence, domestic violence, violence against women, which were combined in the Scopus search engine together with the Boolean operators AND, OR. A narrative synthesis was performed. Results: The research report included 3 098 publications, of which 74.3% were original articles. A constant growth in the number of articles was observed throughout the study period, especially from 2021 onwards, with an increase in 2023 (n=371) compared to 2010 (n=108). The United States was the country with the highest scientific production (29.3%). The journals with the highest number of publications were Journal Of Interpersonal Violence (USA) and the International Journal Of Environmental Research And Public Health (Switzerland). Among the descriptors with the highest impact were anxiety, depression, violence to women and pandemic. Conclusions: The research on psychological well-being in women who have suffered violence has attracted the interest and importance of researchers during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, mostly from institutions in the United States, and finally, there is evidence of a trend in studies related to the implementation of policies and plans for psychological well-being in people who present metal health problems and in the female gender. \u0000 \u0000Received: 22 April 2024 / Accepted: 30 June 2024 / Published: 5 July 2024

A convenience sampling method yielded a sample size of 175 undergraduate and graduate students from diverse academic programs. Participants completed a survey assessing satisfaction levels across various components of university training activities. Descriptive analysis using SPSS was conducted, revealing insights into student perceptions and satisfaction levels. Across planning training, class registration, testing and assessment, the organization of internships, projects, graduation theses, and other administrative activities, students' perceptions offer valuable insights into the effectiveness of institutional policies and procedures. While indications of overall satisfaction exist, particularly with instructor guidance during internships and project work, opportunities for enhancement are identified, particularly in class registration processes and the evaluation of training results. Leveraging these insights and implementing targeted interventions can further optimize student experiences, fostering a supportive learning environment conducive to academic success. This study contributes to the literature on educational management, providing actionable recommendations for institutions aiming to improve student satisfaction and academic outcomes. \u0000 \u0000Received: 19 May 2024 / Accepted: 30 June 2024 / Published: 5 July 2024

This research uses the library research method, which collects data from legal material, legislation, literature, and research papers related to this research, processing and analyzing qualitatively. The result shows that there has not been law enforcement against the companies in environmental crime. In 2019, changes were made to the criminal code, where regulations were made on criminal offenses against the environment. Even though we have committed a criminal offense or not, being injured in an environment brings civil liability. Criminal and civil liability seem very similar, but many elements differ. The Albanian legislation, as well as that of other countries, is fully aligned with the Directive "On environmental responsibility, prevention and repair of environmental damage. The environmental legal framework has been drafted as a part of a legal package that aims to enable the transposition of all directives in this domain. The focus of this paper will be directed to the environment and legal framework, which aims to protect the environment by qualifying which kinds of persons' behaviors are considered illicit, in that measure that brings them in front of civil liability or criminal liability. Criminal law enforces the protection of society from crime. Interventions in the environment are considered a crime if the actions of responsible subjects break the balance of the environment . The civil legal framework has yet to make any provisions concerning environmental protection. There exist other legal mechanisms for requiring the damage and seeking compensation. It is worth using the methodological and theoretical methods to analyze two institutes. By using the analysis and comparison method, we address the most critical issues of relevance of research. \u0000 \u0000Received: 22 April 2024 / Accepted: 30 June 2024 / Published: 5 July 2024

During the Syrian crisis, the country became an incubator for radical movements to invest in a power vacuum and flourish under chaotic circumstances. Rapidly, Syria began attracting jihadists from all over the world to join radical organisations while a new kind of jihad - global jihad - indulged in a world-wide ideological firesale. Firstly, between 2011-2013, we saw jihadist armies associated with ISIS and al-Qaeda acting freely without a central authority, but on April 9, 2013, Abu Bakr al Baghdadi shifted from localised jihadism to global jihadism, by declaring an Islamic State in Syria and Iraq, to attack the international coalition as well as the Syrian regime. As a response, six months later in October 2013, Hay’at Tahrir Al Sham was launched in refusal of al-Nusra’s annexation to ISIS, and uniting all anti-ISIS militias on the ground against their common enemy. Since then, jihadism has become conflicted, especially when Hay’at Tahrir Al Sham cut its ties with al-Qaeda, and all three entered into conflict. This paper follows the breakdown of the al-Qaeda project, the setbacks of ISIS, and the crisis between al-Qaeda and its offshoot branch, al-Nusra, culminating in the creation of the “Guardian of Religion” or, Hurras al-Din. The methodology utilises an institutionalisation approach and primary resources of al-Qaeda's leadership and spokespersons in order to closely follow the confrontations it has had with other movements, and the steps it has taken in order to eventually fragment. The study seeks to answer what is happening on the terrorist scene today, and to evaluate the role of al-Qaeda in the Levant. The outcome is that there is a new group that has grabbed the baton from al-Qaeda and is continuing its work in the Levant, named Hurras Ad-Din. \u0000 \u0000Received: 2 May 2024 / Accepted: 30 June 2024 / Published: 5 July 2024

This paper attempts to combine both of these approaches while analysing the translation of Johann W. Goethe's poetry into Albanian applied on three different translations of Goethe's ballad Erlkönig. A linguistic and textual analysis of these translations, has been also carried out. The main focus is on the analysis of the reciprocal relationship between the translator's style and the translated text. Furthermore, while comparing the translations, this paper explores the practice of poets translating poets and addresses the question of whether the fact that the translator being a poet influences the style of the translated text? This investigation employs Ajzen's renowned theory of planned behavior to gain insights. Additionally, the study aims to ascertain whether any gender disparities exist within the obtained results. The study employed a quantitative methodology, utilizing a cross-sectional design. A questionnaire was administered to assess the entrepreneurial intentions of the selected sample. The analysis commenced with the creation of comparative tables to delineate entrepreneurial intentions both holistically and across gender lines. Subsequent to this, correlational analyses were conducted, encompassing variables within both a general framework and those specific to gender. Additionally, both overall and gender-specific linear regression analyses were undertaken. Following this, an evaluation of data normality was executed, accompanied by the administration of the non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis test to identify group disparities. The results disclosed a robust and affirmative entrepreneurial intent among students, with a minor predominance of females over males. However, this discrepancy did not attain statistical significance in relation to gender. Correspondingly, the findings illustrated that the adopted model demonstrated considerable explanatory prowess, with the predictor variables significantly influencing entrepreneurial intentions. \u0000 \u0000Received: 16 September 2023 / Accepted: 21 May 2024 / Published: 5 July 2024
