Fire prevention and control policies as stipulated in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Regulation No. 8 of 2008 is motivated by fire disaster events that often occur in DKI Jakarta. As of 2020, the most fire cases occurred in the Administrative City of South Jakarta. The theory used in this study is the theory of success factors for the implementation of Said Zainal Abidin's public policy (2019) with 4 aspects, namely policy conditions, supporting factors, environmental conditions, and related parties. The research method used is a qualitative method. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of fire prevention and control policies in the Administrative City of South Jakarta as stipulated in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Regulation No. 8 of 2008 has not been successful because the rational, logistical, constitutional, and operational have not been fulfilled. From the aspect of rational goals and accuracy strategies, the public is not fully aware of the fire hazard prevention policy and the planned strategy, namely socialization to the people in the Administrative City of South Jakarta has not been carried out evenly. Furthermore, the logistical aspect is not sufficient. From the main external factors namely the unfulfilled environmental conditions from constitutional and operational aspects. Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang implementasi kebijakan penanggulangan dan pencegahan bahaya kebakaran di Kota Adminstrasi Jakarta Selatan. Kebijakan penanggulangan dan pencegahan bahaya kebakaran yang tertuang dalam Perda Provinsi DKI Jakarta nomor 8 tahun 2008 tersebut dilatarbelakangi dari peristiwa kebencanaan kebakaran yang seringkali terjadi di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Per 2020, kasus kebakaran terbanyak terjadi di Kota Adminstrasi Jakarta Selatan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori faktor keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan publik Said Zainal Abidin (2019) dengan 4 aspek yaitu kondisi kebijakan, faktor pendukung, kondisi lingkungan, dan pihak-pihak terkait. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan penanggulangan dan pencegahan bahaya kebakaran di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan yang tertuang dalam Perda Provinsi DKI Jakarta nomor 8 Tahun 2008 belum berhasil karena belum terpenuhinya aspek tujuan bersifat rasional, logistik, konstitusional, operasional dan pihak-pihak terkait. This is caused by problems related to communication between the Bogor City Government in providing public information. The purpose of this study is to analyze the communication process between organizations in the Bogor City Government in providing public information in 2020. The author analyzes the research by using the theory of Inter-organizational Communication from Liu Wenwen and Liao Balyu, which suggests that there are four dimensions in inter-organizational communication; Communication Willingness, Communication Commitment, Communication Behaviors, Communication Quality. The research method in this research is qualitative research method that aims to analyze the inter-organizational communication process of Bogor City Government in the context of providing public information. Data collection techniques were carried out using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. To test the validity of the data, the author uses a source triangulation technique. The results of this study indicate that the communication between the PPID Utama and the PPID Pembantu has not been running effectively. This can be seen from the implementation of public information providers, who have not fully committed to communicating. In addition, the participation and active participation of the PPID Pembantu was not optimal when the online communication forum took place. Then, the communication between the PPID Utama and the PPID Pembantu depends on the existing situation. There are still obstacles to adapting and limitations in carrying out joint activities during the pandemic. At the time of Covid 19, there were still tourists visiting Pangadaran Beach. At the time of Covid 19, many business actors were not operating because Pangandaran Beach was limited by tourists, even closed. Therefore, the Department of Tourism and Culture, which is abbreviated as Disparbud, created a Tourism Development Program at Pangandaran Beach during the time of Covid with strict health protocols with the aim of increasing PAD when APBD funds were used for handling Covid. The tourism development program refers to the 2016-2022 Strategic Plan of Disparbud and the vision of the regent who wants Pangandaran to become a world-class tourism.In carrying out this research, the author uses the theory of Van matter and Van Horn, as a guide in analyzing the planning process carried out. There are 6 points in the process of implementing a policy, namely standardization and targets, resources, Organizational Characteristics, Organizational Communication, Attitudes of implementers and Social Environment.The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze how the implementation of the tourism development program by the Pangandaran Disparbud is carried out. This study uses a qualitative method, which will conduct interviews with various stakeholders, then will search for data through the relevant literature to strengthen the data that has been obtained from interviews. From this research, it will be seen how successful the implementation of the tourism development program in Pangandaran Regency was during the COVID-19 pandemic.The result of the research is that of the 6 dimensions of the problem, there are still 4 dimensions that have not been implemented properly, which consist of Standards and Policy Goals, Resources, Organizational Communication and the Economic Environment. Two dimensions that have been implemented well are the characteristics dimension and the Attitude Dimension of the Implementers. Therefore, it can be said that the implementation of the Tourism Development Program at Pangandaran Beach during the Covid-19 pandemic has not been carried out properly. Therefore, the researcher advises Disparbud in carrying out its program to communicate more often with Tourism stakeholders and improve the implementation of the program standards so that when applied in the field it can run even better. The purpose of this research is to how the empowerment of small and medium industries food and beverages cluster by Cimahi City Government could create small and medium industries food and beverages cluster that are independent, competitive and advanced. The research method used by author is qualitative approach. The research shows that empowerment of small and medium industries food and beverages cluster which carried out by Trade Cooperatives SMEs and Industry Office of Cimahi City not yet appropriate by the existing empowerment approach because the aspects of strengthening, protection and support have not been fulfilled. In strengthening, Trade Cooperatives SMEs and Industry Office of Cimahi City has not yet maximizing its capacity to generate small and medium industries food and beverages cluster through workshop during the Covid-19 pandemic. In protection, Government Regulation Number 28 of 2021 concerning Industrial Impelementation has not been implemented. And from support, there are still a barrier in providing support, in machine restructuring program the information provided is not distributed well and the disseminaton of information provided is still focused on one platform so that it has not run optimally. To reduce the number and restore the social function of street children, the Agency of Social Service of Bekasi City held a Service and Rehabilitation Program for Street Children. However, after this program was implemented, street children still returned to the streets and did not behave in accordance with the prevailing social values and norms. The author sees a problem in evaluating the service and rehabilitation program for street children. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how to evaluate the service and rehabilitation program for street children at the Agency of Social Service of Bekasi City. By using the theory, namely the five steps of implementing program evaluation according to Debra J. Holden and Marc A. Zimmerman (2012), namely Assess Context, Gather Reconnaissance, Engage Stakeholders, Describe the Program, and Focus the Evaluation. The method in this study uses qualitative research methods. The results showed that the service and rehabilitation program for street children at the Agency of Social Service of Bekasi City had not gone well, because the evaluation of the program had not been informative in delivering the evaluation results and had not shown the efficient progress of the program, so it was not in accordance with the five steps of implementing the program evaluation. Then, problems are still found in the program facilities and infrastructure that cannot be used optimally and there are still shortcomings. The design of the program evaluation planning matrix has not yet been compiled and has not involved stakeholders and program sponsors in the evaluation process. In addition, the priority of the types of questions in the evaluation focus has not been determined. The evaluation report of the service and rehabilitation of street children also has not conveyed the overall problems of each activity in the program. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya fenomena anak jalanan yang mengalami peningkatan tiap tahun dan kehadiran anak jalanan yang meresahkan juga mengganggu masyarakat di Kota Bekasi. Untuk menekan jumlah dan memulihkan fungsi sosial anak jalanan, Dinas Sosial Kota Bekasi mengadakan Program Pelayanan dan Rehabilitasi Anak Jalanan. In carrying out this study, the authors used the theory put forward by Ulber Silalahi as a guideline in analyzing the planning process carried out. There are four planning steps presented consisting of setting goals, strategic plans, operational planning, implementation and evaluation of planning.The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze how the planning of tourism development programs by the Cimahi City Youth and Sports Tourism Culture Office in an effort to develop Cimahi city tourism. This research uses qualitative research methods with a deskriftrif approach Data collection techniques are conducted through observations, in-depth interviews, and documents. Then to test the credibility of the data using the technique of triangulation of the source then the data is reduced, presented, and drawn conclusions. Referring to Law Number 3 of 2020 concerning Substitute Law Number 4 of 2009 concerning Mining and Minerals and Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 1827 K / MEM / 2018 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Good Mining Engineering Rules, that the company owns a Business License Mines are required to carry out reclamation with a 100% percentage achievement. The purpose of this study is to measure and analyze how effective the policies regarding the implementation of reclamation are carried out by mining companies holding Production Operation Mining Business Permits in Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan Province. This study uses the effectiveness theory of Lubis and Husseini regarding the effectiveness approach and the one used by the researcher is the goal approach. This approach emphasizes more on the results achieved from a policy. The results achieved are seen from the reclamation implementation that has been carried out by the mining company holding in Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan Province, which is then calculated by Mahsun's percentage of reclamation implementation with the effectiveness ratio. Data collection techniques used are by means of observation, interviews, and literature studies. The data analysis technique is to analyze the achievement of the implementation of the reclamation policy with the content of the reclamation policy. The results of this study indicate that the overall implementation of reclamation by mining companies in Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan Province has not been effective. There are several things that need to be improved, namely the content of policies and supervision of the implementation of reclamation by the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Province of South Kalimantan. Where employees at the sub-district office work in direct contact with the public and village, but the TPP received by employees is still considered unfair and unbalanced, but has good performance. Based on the result of preliminary observations, the problem of unfairness is also related to the absence of incentives such as rewards or bonuses for the employees who have activities or who have a good performance. In conducting this research, the author uses the compensation theory from Ivancevich and Konopaske (2012) that in compensation policy there are seven dimensions to achieve compensation effectiveness, i.e. adequate, fair, balanced, cost-effective, guaranteed, providing incentives, and acceptable by employees. And for performance theory, the author uses the theory of Mathis, et. al. (2017) there are six dimensions in assessing performance, i.e. quantity of output, quality of output, timeliness of output, presence on the job, the efficiency of work completed, and effectiveness of work completed. This research uses quantitative research methods using simple linear regression. By using total sampling as a sampling technique that produces 19 respondents. The results showed that the compensation variable had a high effect on the performance variable. However, there are still several dimensions that need to be considered, because, in practice, the compensation at the Kuningan District Office has not been carried out optimally. There are still indicators of compensation in adequate dimensions and balanced dimensions that have not been fulfilled. Hal yang melatarbelakangi dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah sebagai ujung tombak penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang beban kerjanya cukup berat, dimana pegawai di kantor kecamatan bekerja bersentuhan langsung dengan masyarakat ataupun desa, TPP yang diterima pegawai dinilai masih tidak adil dan tidak seimbang, namun memiliki kinerja yang baik. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal, permasalahan keadilan tersebut juga berkaitan dengan tidak adanya dorongan insentif seperti penghargaan atau bonus bagi ASN yang melaksanakan kegiatan ataupun yang berkinerja baik.Dalam melakukan penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teori kompensasi dari Ivancevich dan Konopaske (2012) yang menunjukan dalam kebijakan kompensasi terdapat tujuh dimensi untuk mencapai suatu efektivitas kompensasi, yaitu memadai, adil, seimbang, biaya yang efektif, terjamin, menyediakan insentif, dan dapat diterima oleh pegawai. Adapun teori kinerja yang digunakan ialah teori Mathis , et al. (2017) dimana terdapat enam dimensi dalam menilai kinerja, yaitu kuantitas hasil kerja, kualitas hasil kerja, ketepatan waktu hasil kerja, kehadiran di tempat kerja, efisiensi hasil kerja dan efektivitas hasil kerja. UKBI is a measuring test tool to measure a person's proficiency in good and correct Indonesian. This research was motivated by the existence of problems, namely, the promotion of the UKBI program carried out by the West Java Language Center was not comprehensive or evenly distributed, the existing facilities and infrastructure at the West Java Language Center were inadequate. The purpose of this study was to determine how communication is in the implementation of the UKBI program at the West Java Language Center. This study aims to determine communication in the implementation of the UKBI program so far. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques literature study and field study observations, interviews, documentation studies. The results of the study show that communication in the implementation of the UKBI program has been running but needs to be improved. Socialization carried out in several places or agencies is still not evenly distributed. This needs to be further improved so that the implementation of UKBI runs even better and achieves the target in accordance with the desired target. Penelitian ini merupakan hasil penelitian mengenai komunikasi dalam implementasi program Uji Kemahiran Berbahasa Indonesia (UKBI) di Balai Bahasa Jawa Barat. UKBI merupakan alat tes ukur untuk mengukur kemahiran seseorang dalam berbahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya permasalahan yaitu, promosi program UKBI yang dilakukan oleh Balai Bahasa Jawa Barat belum menyeluruh atau merata, sarana dan prasarana yang ada di Balai Bahasa Jawa Barat ada yang belum memadai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi dalam implementasi program UKBI di Balai Bahasa Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komunikasi dalam implementasi program UKBI selama ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi pustaka dan studi lapangan observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi dalam implementasi program UKBI sudah berjalan namun perlu ditingkatkan. Sosialisasi yang dilakukan di beberapa tempat atau instansi masih belum merata. The author uses the theory of Program Effectiveness from Riant Nugroho which consists of the right policy dimensions, the right implementers, the right targets, the right environment and the right process. The research method is descriptive quantitative research method. From the results of the research conducted, it shows that the effectiveness of the organic waste management program in Sukamiskin Village based on the dimensions of the right policy, the right implementer, the right target, the right environment, and the right process are in the high category. These results are known based on the questionnaire distributed to the respondents, namely 100 residents of Sukamiskin Village. Although the results of the study show high effectiveness, there are still some aspects that need to be improved. Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengelolaan Sampah Organik di Kota Bandung: Suatu Studi Tentang Efektivitas Program KangPisman di Kelurahan Sukamiskin”. Penulis menggunakan teori Efektivitas Program dari Riant Nugroho yang terdiri dari dimensi tepat kebijakan, tepat pelaksana, tepat target, tepat lingkungan dan tepat proses. Metode penelitian yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas program pengelolaan sampah organik di Kelurahan Sukamiskin berdasarkan dimensi tepat kebijakan, tepat pelaksana, tepat target, tepat lingkungan, dan tepat proses berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil ini diketahui berdasarkan angket yang dibagikan terhadap responden yaitu 100 orang warga Kelurahan Sukamiskin.
