Its optimal operating strategy has aroused great attention in recent years. This paper mainly focuses on the multi-objective optimization of DGs in microgrid by using self-adaptive genetic algorithm (GA) and fuzzy decision. Five objective functions are taken into account comprising voltage offset, transmission loss, construction cost, purchase cost and the environmental cost. In the algorithm, selfadaptation in population size, mutation probability, selection and standardization of objective functions is developed to enhance the speed and efficiency of the algorithm. Moreover, fuzzy decision is applied to determine the final solution. Simulation results show this algorithm can effectively find the optimal solution and improve the real-time control of microgrid, which implies the possibility of potential applications in microgrid energy management system.","PeriodicalId":370221,"journal":{"name":"The Open Electrical & Electronic Engineering Journal","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126719086","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through ant colony optimization algorithm the problem that control parameters to solve the problem of the fuzzy control are depended on expert experience is solved. And on the basis of fuzzy voltage outer, the loop current inner loop is added, and through using current loop, it can effectively restrain the load disturbance, current limiting step in the current inner ring at the same time, thus it solve the inverter power supply for impact load adaptability. It not only can make the inverter power supply system output high quality steady-state voltage waveform, but also it can get fast dynamic response. Finally under the environment of Matlab simulation, the simulation results are demonstrated, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed compound control strategy are also verfied.","PeriodicalId":370221,"journal":{"name":"The Open Electrical & Electronic Engineering Journal","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-04-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123616889","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is our objective to extract knowledge about which variables influence the mechanical behavior of the operating lines and can be used to diagnose potential falling towers. Those pieces of information can become a basis for directing the investments of reinforcement structures, avoiding the occurrence of long turn offs and high costs as a consequence of damage to towers of transmission lines. The results are obtained using the history of 181 metal structures currently in operation in the state of Paraná/Brazil. For the classification of transmission lines susceptible to failures it is proposed to identify the most likely lines considering the following parameters: operating voltage, wind and relief of the region, air masses, temperature, land type, mechanical capacity, function and foundation structure. The classic technique of classifying binary events used in this type of problem is the logistic regression (LR). The more recent technique for classification, using Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) can also be applied. The results are compared through the area under receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curves.","PeriodicalId":370221,"journal":{"name":"The Open Electrical & Electronic Engineering Journal","volume":"143 10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-03-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129393151","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This will make BIST (Build-In-Self-Test) circuit more complex and the area of BIST circuit larger. This paper proposes a novel controllable BIST circuit. The controllable BIST circuit provides a cost-effective solution that supports a variety of March algorithms and SRAM embedded testing operation modes. It controls the test patterns with three additional input ports. And it indicates the algorithm progress, the test result and the number of fails with three output ports. To achieve test patterns generation, analy-sis and test results recording, the proposed BIST circuit contains five internal functional modules, which are Address Gener-ator, Control Generator, Data Generator, Data Comparator and Fail Accumulator. The test patterns of the proposed BIST cir-cuit are controlled by external signals. This paper presents relay chain seamless handover (RCSH) technology, which is based on relay technology theory and actor-network theory. Here, we systematically elaborate RCSH processes, activity relay flows, and methods to address balancing speed under varying conditions. Our analysis results indicate that compared to traditional activity handover, RCSH improves handover quality and guarantees duration. RCSH technology was successfully applied in the third phase of the Three Gorges Dam Project, specifically for its concrete construction du- ration and quality control. Through use of RCSH, effective overall planning, and efficient coordination of various produc- tion links, seamless activity handover in the third phase of the project was accomplished—with no additional time con- sumed by the handover process—and the construction miracle of a concrete dam without a crack was achieved.","PeriodicalId":370221,"journal":{"name":"The Open Electrical & Electronic Engineering Journal","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114275332","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
