The aim of this study was to investigate satisfaction of veterans with trans-radial amputations from myoelectric prosthesis and prosthetic services referring to Kowsar orthotics and prosthetics center in Tehran. Instruments & Methods This descriptive study was carried out among 59 veterans with trans-radial amputations referring to Kowsar orthotics and prosthetics center between 20012016, who received myoelectric prosthesis or prosthetic services. The aim of this study was to determine the strategic planning for veterans of Mazandaran province, Iran. This descriptive-survey research with strategic type was conducted in 2017 among 58 managers and deputies of the Martyr Foundation and Sacrifier Affairs in Mazandaran Province, Iran and the subsidiary cities; the samples were entered in the study by total count method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of veterans of Mazandaran province. The data were analyzed by SWOT and QSPM, using descriptive statistics and the Friedman test.
