Выявлены драйверы развития клиентоориентированного подхода в логистике управления услугами транспортнологистических компаний. Определены требования и их характеристика к информационной системе для поддержки клиентоориентированных логистических услуг, предлагаемых корпорацией, за счет факторов, влияющих на клиента: близости к клиенту, доступности для клиента и гибкости относительно клиента.
