We introduced the benefits of the transform through its implementation in .Net environment. Describing the MTTool and its features in a detailed way in order to provide a much deeper insight on the background of this research and with the help of the examples provided the reader can gain more experience and can be more familiar with this transform. Although the software realization of the Mojette Transform isn't fully finished yet, we can see already the effectiveness of the transform from different perspectives. We present, compare and differentiate between three different variation implemented in MTTool of the same Mojette Transform and can see how flexible can use the transform for the same task. There is provided alternative solutions for the transform to be able to fasten the transformation time with the help of reducing the computational time. However we had to take in account that it has to be performed in nearly real time, this made us to reduce the image size.","PeriodicalId":368762,"journal":{"name":"2011 12th International Carpathian Control Conference (ICCC)","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121234378","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The continuous communication between organization and its consumers is necessary to reach for this state. It is reality that the customers determine the quality of product, nor designers or production technologists. They have to design and produce the faultless product that (in floating market conditions) meets all requirements of consumers. It requires the systematic approach to the integration of \"Voice of Customer\" into the design and production activities and received strategic decisions. The effective ways of quality assurance are based on approach of prevention activities focused on wasted expenditure during production or services providing. This prevention can be assured through the continuous information obtaining about the behaviour of the manufacturing process and their analysis. The aim is to have the products or provided services with required characteristics. Selected methods and tools of quality management are used for this purpose, making for efficient transformation of customer´ s requirements into the other phase of design and product development and following realization process. The methodology, which brings benefit from the combination of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Statistical Process Control (SPC), is presented in this article. The QFD is exploited here with the aim of the customer´s requirements identification and their transformation into the designed product and process. In addition, in contradistinction to common using of this method, described approach supposes the dynamic output updating from QFD during very production on the basis of customer´s feedback. It should lead to quality improvement of product provided as well as to the customer´s satisfaction rising. The SPC allows to find out the significant abnormalities from the specified value of chosen product characters at the time and it is also able to maintain the key process parameters, gained by the transferring from identified and updated customer´s requirements, on required and stable state in the long term. It means, the process provides the products that comply with the performance quality features defined by the customers.","PeriodicalId":368762,"journal":{"name":"2011 12th International Carpathian Control Conference (ICCC)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126818330","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Chosen methods are local search method, hill climbing algorithm, tabu search method and simulated annealing method. For comparison algorithms of all selected heuristic method have been created application. Every method is possible to set to algorithm with different way, while method is keeping its principle. In most of cases, comparison method is possible to use on different number of values, for example for searching in one column in accurate range or in all columns in a same range. So in application was created nineteen different algorithms of chosen heuristic methods. Algorithms are used three types of databases: Continuous, Random and Similar Continuous. Effectiveness of algorithms for searching minimum sum of values from all columns of database is tested on these data. Because this type of mechanisms are mostly used in the posturoghaphy examinations, which rely on compensation movements registering performed in the straight posture so in the article authors concentrate on system consisting movable plate which moves in two directions x and y. Proposed system has also possibility of movement division in axis x for separate movement of each limb. In order to simulation tests performance mathematical model described by below equations was developed. At basis of motion equations simulation model was developed, which serves for leading of system tests. Experiments were divided for two parts: static and dynamic tests. They allow for determining of maximum forces needed to actuate mechanism as well as for its braking. Thanks to it in further examinations possible will be objective estimation of examined patient balance state. In further part of tests model will be widen by rehabilitated patient model with taking into account mass change. Also will be proposed control algorithm, which allows for controller adaptation to various mass of patients.","PeriodicalId":368762,"journal":{"name":"2011 12th International Carpathian Control Conference (ICCC)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132818744","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its realization is possible by using of multi-core processors or we can use new trend with graphic accelerators on the new type of graphic cards. However this process is not straightforward and it requires an adequate model structure and application program parallelization. Adequate model structure includes not only parallelization of computing operations but also creates convenient application surroundings. Application of exploited approaches of developed mathematical model for granular materials thermal treatment includes model generation for the setting of all parameters and parallelization mode according to the selected thermal apparatus. According to the model complexity, adequate parallelization platform has to be selected. Presented application is on the rotary furnace. Original mathematical model was modified by using the graphical accelerators. Calculation parts of the model were divided into the particular computing kernels of the accelerator. At executed experiments computing time was reduced from almost three hours to less than five minutes. This approach enables us to use the simulation models in the real time.","PeriodicalId":368762,"journal":{"name":"2011 12th International Carpathian Control Conference (ICCC)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115948214","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
