After this it shows briefly one of the directions, the measurements and hardware modifications that made possible the biggest results. It also shows the ongoing process of making digital television streams optimal to wireless IPTV. It describes the current results, and the differences between this optimal and the not optimal solutions that multinational firms currently use for this purpose. The paper then explains the commercial usage possibilities of the complex wireless IPTV system, and also introduces the reader to the science underlying part of wireless IPTV, that is based on the firstly explained measurements and the stream optimization.","PeriodicalId":368762,"journal":{"name":"2011 12th International Carpathian Control Conference (ICCC)","volume":"20 6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116651569","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed operational algorithm is based on continuous evaluation of associated vibrations on the grounds of current disintegrated rock as classified to relevant class from classes which are defined in advance. For each of the classes are specified the parameters for effective drilling. Individual rocks are interpreted by associated vibrating signals from the drilling process as a vector in infinitely complex Hilbert space. The solution is based on the knowledge of the functional analyses and on the methods of artificial intelligence.","PeriodicalId":368762,"journal":{"name":"2011 12th International Carpathian Control Conference (ICCC)","volume":"154 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127341812","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The technique described is based on Java3D package (rendering package) and a VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) Java loader which creates a bridge between the CAD system and the rendering engine. The new approach is step-by-step demonstrated on a real Furuta pendulum HMI. Moreover, it is shown that after adding a simulation core containing the pendulum model one gets an interactive virtual reality laboratory which can be simply embedded into a web page as the Java applet. Such applet can be even stored at some embedded control device with built in web server. The authors believe that the presented technique will be applicable in both academic and industrial sphere.","PeriodicalId":368762,"journal":{"name":"2011 12th International Carpathian Control Conference (ICCC)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127527959","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The observation is usually in the form of a picture, radar or sonar image. A key element of the tracking problem is to estimate a (non-measurable) state of a stochastic system based on corrupted measurements. This problem is well treated in literature. If the objective is tracking multiple objects simultaneously or if a false detection appears due to a clutter, in addition it is necessary to solve the problem of measurement-to-track assignment. A usual procedure is to assign measurements to objects based on a prediction of their location. There are computationally cheap measurement-to-track assignment methods based on minimizing a statistical distance, which include the well-known strongest or nearest neighbor methods. On the other hand, there is the multiple hypothesis tracking method providing high quality of multiple target assignment. Unfortunately its computational costs are unbearable. The probabilistic data association method represents a compromise between quality and computational costs. The paper aims at introducing some measurement-to-track assignment methods. A special attention is paid to the measurement-to-track assignment methods of the nearest neighbor type. Its basic form based on minimizing the statistical distance with a single time step will be presented and also its variants considering multiple time steps simultaneously for the assignment will be introduced. The methods will be illustrated in a numerical example.","PeriodicalId":368762,"journal":{"name":"2011 12th International Carpathian Control Conference (ICCC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122415634","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
