Design of Detection System for Complex Artillery Weapon Communication System 复杂火炮武器通信系统探测系统设计

In order to solve this problem, the paper designed a detection system for communication system, and provided a detection method which combining the overall excitation overall detection mode and subsection excitation sub-step detection mode. The detection system adopted the separation structure with the host computer and the test computer, includes the interface control module, signal conditioning module, signal acquisition module, signal processing module and power module. The system software adopted interactive communication mode between the host computer and the test computer, and it could ensure the test information sending accurately and test data processing in time. Simulation model is built on the basis of FDTD algorithm. The loads of CUSO4 solution, excitation source and absorbing boundary condition are illustrated and analyzed respectively. A new absorbing boundary condition method named convolutional perfectly matched layer (CPML) is introduced. Both the CPML and modified perfectly matched layer (MPML) are introduced as absorbing boundary condition in simulation. According to the numerical computing results, the designing plan of EMP simulator is workable. It's one of the most effective methods to generate codebooks. Better initial codebook of LBG algorithm leads to better quality of final codebook. In order to find one effective method to design LBG initial codebook, four design methods of initial codebook for LBG algorithm are compared, including Random method, Splitting method, Most-Dispersed Code words Initialization (MDCI) and Greedy Tree Growing Algorithm (GTGA). The codebooks after LBG algorithm are used to quantize Line Spectral Frequency (LSF) coefficients in speech coding. Simulation by C programming language demonstrates that GTGA is optimal. Because it executes within a sShort span of HtimeH, and both the number of iteration times and run time are close to by splitting method in LBG algorithm. Combing with engineering examples, the CAD modeling of tractor panel is reconstructed by CATIA, the specific reverse design flow of CATIA in the reverse design of tractor panel is described in this paper. And combined with the spectral kurtosis theory determines the parameters of band pass filter. Researching on the weak fault diagnosis and detecting the fault characteristic frequency of rolling bearings based on band pass filtering and envelope demodulation method. The control of engine and power train is the core of automotive electronics, and also the domain which demand the real-time quite seriously. This paper proposes a method which can decode the engine position signal. This method is under AUTOSAR frame, based on the MPC5554 micro controller of Freesacler, and carried out by the enhanced time processor (eTPU).
