The proposed method uses all the image information and without feature extraction, it can be very accurate, efficient and robust. In our algorithm, the phase correlation is used for scale, rotation and translation estimation. In the part of scale and rotation estimation, we implement log-polar transform of magnitude spectrum; the scale and rotation are extracted by using phase correlation in log-polar space. In the part of translation estimation, we firstly generate the ideal model of surface mounted devices and adopt scale and rotation transforms to the model, and then the translation estimation can be obtained by phase correlation. Finally, representative experimental results on ideal and real gray-level surface mounted devices images show that the proposed approach is applicable to Scale-roto-translation estimation within a specified degree of accuracy. The proposed method can become an effective technique to inspect all kinds of surface mounted devices with arbitrary shapes which is suitable for a pick-and-place system used by semiconductor assembly.","PeriodicalId":368038,"journal":{"name":"International Conference on Networking, Sensing and Control","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130118686","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thus, it is clear that these competitive criteria differ during the different phases of the product life cycle. To be effective, a firm's supply chain design strategy should be governed by objectives that are different from traditional objectives, have a strategic orientation , select the efficient supply chain partners, and dynamically match the supply chain strategies. On the other hand, industry practitioners and policy makers are under increasing pressure to continuously reduce the negative environmental impact of their supply chains. This paper presents a two-phase mathematical programming approach for effective supply chain design with a total cost minimization, while considering environmental aspects throughout the product life cycle.","PeriodicalId":368038,"journal":{"name":"International Conference on Networking, Sensing and Control","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130216000","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based upon a two-degree of freedom magneto-rheological (MR) quarter-vehicle model, in view of variations in the vehicle load, a modified skyhook-based reference model is used to force the tracking error dynamics between the reference model and the plant in an asymptotically stable sliding model and a rate exponent approach is employed to reach the sliding surface quickly. The responses of the vehicle in time and frequency domain are studied and enhanced robustness for the variations in operating load, and improved performance of the vehicle suspension are thoroughly investigated.","PeriodicalId":368038,"journal":{"name":"International Conference on Networking, Sensing and Control","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116783631","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One way for DoD architecture validation and assess is to transform the DoD architecture products into executable models, then the performance of DoD architecture can be tested through analyzing model execution process and result. Based on the different advantage of UML(unified modelling language) and Petri nets, the paper applies some kinds of views in UML to describe the relative DoD architecture products. Considering the relationship among the products, the UML views for products are transformed into ECPN (extended colored Petri nets) simulation models according to the transformation rules. So the dynamic behavior of system can be displayed by those simulation model, and whether the time-order relation, information flow and system interface is reasonable, or the system function satisfies the military requirement , and the change of system state is correct, can be checked evidently. Stochastic fluid model is adopted to describe the system and to take into account machine failure, stochastic demand, stochastic returned products and remanufacturing products. The goal of this paper is to evaluate the optimal serviceable inventory level which allows minimizing the sum of inventory and lost sales costs. Perturbation analysis is applied to the stochastic fluid model to optimize the considered system. The trajectories of the serviceable inventory level are studied and the perturbation analysis estimates are evaluated. The unbiasedness of these estimates is proved and then they are implemented in an optimization algorithm which determines the optimal serviceable inventory in the presence of stochastic returned products and stochastic demand.","PeriodicalId":368038,"journal":{"name":"International Conference on Networking, Sensing and Control","volume":"53 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116958127","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its performance is analyzed for m-ary n-cube networks in presence of an arbitrary number of components being damaged. We derive an exact expression for the probability of routing messages via optimal paths from the source node to obstructed node. The probability of routing messages via an optimal path between any two nodes is a special case of our results, and can be obtained by replacing the obstructed node with the destination node. It is also showed that in the presence of component failures the new algorithm can route messages via an optimal path to its destination with a very high probability.","PeriodicalId":368038,"journal":{"name":"International Conference on Networking, Sensing and Control","volume":"122 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128018482","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
