The main aim of IoV is to provide V2X (here X: the vehicles to communicate with other vehicles, Rode Side Units (RSU), pedestrians, humans and Infrastructure). As many radio access networks are involving and leading to heterogeneous networks the 5G can ensures the better seamless connectivity in V2X communication. In the scenario of heterogeneous networks vehicles mobility demands for frequent handover. The most important technologies required for V2X communication are cellular networks and Dedicated Short-Range Communication (DSRC). These two has their own merits and demerits. DSRC covers limited area with low latency whereas 5G offers higher data rates and with low latency by covering wider cell area. Hence, it is not possible to fulfil the requirements of V2X communication with only one of above technologies. To ensure effective V2X communication inter working of cellular network technologies and DSRC is required. Earlier research was focused on selection of network directly for handover. Due to this, the frequent handover was took place, handover failure occurred and Quality of Service (QoS) not ensured. Hence, in this paper a review is carried out to compare existing works and presented.","PeriodicalId":367848,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Computer, Power and Communications (ICCPC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128854183","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The human papillomavirus, also known as HPV, has been linked to the development of cervical cancer. The discovery that cervical cancer can be prevented through earlier monitoring has contributed to a reduction in the disease's overall burden around the world. Women in underdeveloped countries do not participate in adequate monitoring programs due to the high expense of the methods required to undertake examinations regularly, low levels of awareness, and restricted access to medical facilities. By proceeding with this method, a very high level of danger is to be anticipated for the specific patient. In this article, we suggested a Decision Tree Classifier to predict cases of cervical cancer. However, in this analysis of cancer data, a total of 32 risk factors are deemed to be related to four different target variables: Hinselmann, Schiller, Cytology, and Biopsy. The fuel cell car is an option that might be considered instead of battery operated EVs. From my perspective, the FCEV is advantageous since it is built with a high voltage gain and a low voltage stress on the device. This disease affects women all over the world, particularly in low-income and middle-income nations. Cancer of the cervix is one of the types of cancer that most freq uently strikes women and affects their reproductive organs. It takes place when cells that are normally found in the cervix transform into malignant cells. The human papillomavirus (HPV), which is spread through sexual activity, is the most important risk factor for developing cervical cancer. There is a significant amount of interest in machine learning, and scientists generally examine its application in every possible setting. Using a Random Forest classifier, the primary purpose of this work is to categorize the clinical dataset of cervical cancer to determine the type of cervical cancer test.
