The detailed analysis of patterns of structural elements and functional signal transducer source are carried out. The method of improving the efficiency of model research is proposed and the corresponding SPICE model is synthesized. Designed model analyze the output parameters considering the parameters of real signals — shape, amplitude and non harmonicity. As the result of parametric analysis is not the same influence of higher harmonics in the pulse signal at different frequencies and appears differently at the results of measuring conversion. Conducted in the work showed that implementation is possible twenty broadcasting channels with a transmission rate of 300 Kbit/s for a single application, with a carrying capacity base station 150 Mbit/s. The introduction of such content reduces the number of subscribers served by one base station in an average of 20 subscribers.
