As the result of parametric analysis is not the same influence of higher harmonics in the pulse signal at different frequencies and appears differently at the results of measuring conversion. Abstract

In this paper the features of SPICE simulation of impedance spectroscopy measuring transducer considering the non-harmonic signals are presented. The detailed analysis of patterns of structural elements and functional signal transducer source are carried out. The method of improving the efficiency of model research is proposed and the corresponding SPICE model is synthesized. Designed model analyze the output parameters considering the parameters of real signals — shape, amplitude and non harmonicity. As the result of parametric analysis is not the same influence of higher harmonics in the pulse signal at different frequencies and appears differently at the results of measuring conversion. It is must be taken into account to design the signal impedance transducers.
