Transfer rates for the introduction of multimedia broadcast multicast services

The article presents the results of the estimation of the dependence of the possible number of subscribers on the network and the digital flow for the organization of multimedia broadcasting of the Long Term Evolution standard on the two compatible network operators. Conducted in the work showed that implementation is possible twenty broadcasting channels with a transmission rate of 300 Kbit/s for a single application, with a carrying capacity base station 150 Mbit/s. The introduction of such content reduces the number of subscribers served by one base station in an average of 20 subscribers. The number of subscribers who can use mobile broadcasting is not limited.
