However, there are few researches concerning the phenomenon in the ECPT system. Based on the 2-port network impedance matching theory, the paper analyzes the impedance matching of the ECPT system with coupling capacitor double resonance topology. Frequency splitting of load power only occurs in over coupling state, and load power can reaches the maximum as the coupling capacitor change though the operating frequency tuning when the topology is symmetric structures.","PeriodicalId":367267,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Conference on Circuits, System and Simulation (ICCSS)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134333946","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On the contrary, human can easily master the method to compose and describe the style between different images. In the past, many researchers studying on the deep neural networks had found an appropriate representation of the artistic style using perceptual loss and style reconstruction loss. In the previous works, Gatys et al. proposed an artificial system based on convolutional neural networks that creates artistic images of high perceptual quality. Whereas in terms of running speed, it was relatively time-consuming, thus it cannot apply to video style transfer. Recently, a feed-forward CNN approach has shown the potential of fast style transformation, which is an end-to-end system without hundreds of iteration while transferring. We combined the benefits of both approaches, optimized the feed-forward network and defined time loss function to make it possible to implement the style transfer on video in real time. In contrast to the past method, our method runs in real time with higher resolution while creating competitive visually pleasing and temporally consistent experimental results.","PeriodicalId":367267,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Conference on Circuits, System and Simulation (ICCSS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133070031","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Total ionization dose (TID) test and displacement damage (DD) test are carried out. It shows that dark current increases 56.6times and 15.3 times, respectively. The quality of imaging decreases with the irradiation-induced bad points increasing. Based on test, simulated defect spots have been used for calculating the image centroid value by grey-level centroid algorithm. It shows that Centroid deviation value is about 1 pixel for the point defects case, while it is about 6 pixels for all random defects case. Both the amount and position of defect pixels contribute to deviation of image centroid and the accuracy decreasing. The quality of registration directly affects the quality of subsequent image processing. The multi-camera image fusion can greatly improve the imaging effect of the picture. In this paper, based on two images taken at the same time in parallel coordinate system, an image registration method based on mutual information (gray distribution matrix of left and right images) has been proposed, which realized the left-right image alignment in pixel level. It effectively solved the problem of fusion shadow and faults caused by parallax between left and right images after registration. The experimental results showed that this method has a good registration effect for both the far and near scenes.","PeriodicalId":367267,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Conference on Circuits, System and Simulation (ICCSS)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133948534","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The accuracy of time delay estimation directly influences the precision and reliability of the positioning. Aiming at improving the accuracy of time delay estimation in positioning, a new method of high precision time delay estimation is proposed in this paper. Assuming the background noise as Gaussian distribution and Laplace distribution, the new method firstly performs auto-correlation and cross-correlation operation on the received signal to suppress noise initially, and then performs fourth order cumulant operation to further suppress noise and finally extract time delay information by cross correlation method. Comparing with generalized cross-correlation method, second-correlation method and high-order cumulant method, the new method can effectively suppress Gaussian noise and Laplace noise interference. The new method can achieve higher precision and obtain high precise detection and positioning. At last the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the new method.","PeriodicalId":367267,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Conference on Circuits, System and Simulation (ICCSS)","volume":"96 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127253316","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed antenna array is composed of 8 bow-tie shape radiation elements and a modified T power divider. The single bowtie shape antenna yields an S11<-10dB bandwidth of 41.7% (28.5GHz-43.SGHz) and a maximum gain of 5dBi. For the antenna array design, two apertures in the ground at the feeding port are inserted to achieve a better performance. Due to the presence of the apertures, the antenna array resulted in a much better impedance matching and higher gain. Although some traditional algorithms have excellent processing effects on computers, it is difficult to implement on platforms with high real-time requirements such as self-driving and aerial photography. In this paper, one simple but efficient algorithm has been proposed to meet the requirement of real-time image defogging. Instead of dividing by squares, continuous plane detection strategy has been adopted so that one foggy image can be divided into many continuous parts marked by one independent label, avoiding the blocking effect of image processing. Based on Dark Channel Prior (DCP), estimate of atmospheric light and transmission function seems no longer troublesome. Meanwhile, downsampling has been used suitably to decrease the computational complexity of intermediate processes while avoiding loss of precision.
