Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem caused by a lack of nutrition in a long time, which is now Indonesia's main health problem. The research focuses on the effect of exclusive breastfeeding and utilization of Public Health Care services to the incidence of stunting in infants aged 6-24 months in Air Dingin Primary Health Care. This research is a quantitative study with a case-control design. Determination of the sample is done by the formula of case-control studies in pairs by classifying case groups and control groups are taken based on a ratio of 1: 1 with controls with the results of the calculation is 130 cases and 130 controls. Data were analyzed by statistical tests with categorical data (Chi-Square test). This study shows that 33.5% of respondents were not given exclusive breastfeeding, and 15.0% of respondents did not use Public Health services. Chi-square test results show that exclusive breastfeeding affects the incidence of stunting in infants aged 6-24 months (OR = 1.9). It indicates that Public Health Care services do not affect the stunting problems in infants aged 6-24 months. It is expected that mothers prioritize exclusive breastfeeding for their children, especially at the age of 0-6 months.","PeriodicalId":36690,"journal":{"name":"Platonic Investigations","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87023660","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Failed to thrive happened when the result of anthropometric measurement indicates a problem. If the problem showed in two or more indexes, it is called CIAF. In Indonesia, one of ten children had suffered from CIAF (9,3%). Cities or districts in Indonesia use only a single index, so the data of CIAF is not available. He objective of the study was to compare the incidence of CIAF in one city and district in Indonesia. A cross-sectional design applied in this study with the number of the sample was 196 children aged 2 – 5 years, every 98 children in Bukittinggi City and Dharmasraya District. There were 22,45% of children suffered from CIAF in Bukittinggi, slightly different in Dharmasraya, which is 21,40%. The cases mostly happen to the girls in both places in the form of wasted stunted. The number of normal children was higher in the city better than in the district region. There is no significant difference in the number of CIAF incidence in the city or the district region. The nutritional status of children is better in the city. The mother was to be expected to pay more attention to the girl's nutrition because they tended to suffer nutritional problems. Provide enough food and protection from the disease are essential to keep their nutritional status in the optimal condition.","PeriodicalId":36690,"journal":{"name":"Platonic Investigations","volume":"42 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"73310543","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This case study took place in the Yogyakarta Kingdom using structuration theory of Anthony Giddens and conflict theory of Dahrendorf. The sultan had the privilege to change the norms. Structure of significance was found in the king’s dominant power, in which the Sultan owned the resources of culture, economy (lands, buildings, sugar plants, corporations), and 4,487 people as devoted servants of the kingdom. Another king’s power in his practical politics was that he was capable of creating new structure to reconstruct the government of Yogyakarta Special Region in line with the power he had as a Governor.
