To support intelligence, concentration is needed in every learning process. The aim is to analyze the relationship between the habit of consuming nutrients in the breakfast menu with learning concentration. The method in this study is Cross-Sectional, with the population being students of the class of 2020 at a private university located in the city of Banyuwangi. Using the purposive sampling technique, the number of respondents was 115 students. Data retrieval of students' food consumption to see the level of nutritional adequacy of breakfast was obtained through data records of breakfast on the day of the test. Learning concentration was measured using the Digit Symbol Substitution Test (DSST) instrument. In addition, data on breakfast habits was obtained by filling out a questionnaire. The statistical test used in this study was the Pearson Chi-Square which was analyzed by the formula, using ρ 0,05. The study showed that most of the subjects had a regular breakfast habit (70%) and before 09.00 am (74.7%). The learning concentration of most of the subjects (64.5%) was classified as good. From the results of the Pearson Chi-Square statistical analysis, it was obtained. There is a significant relationship between the level of energy adequacy (r count = 6,594, r table = 5,991), and protein (r count = 7,874, r table = 5,991), with learning concentration. Performance is the successful completion of a task or meeting a set target. This study aims to determine the relationship between Self Efficacy with the performance of nurses in carrying out nursing care in the hospital dr. R. Koesma Tuban. This type of research is correlational using a cross-sectional time approach with a population of 39 nurses selected by cluster random sampling technique of as many as 36 nurses. The independent variable is self-efficacy and the dependent is the performance of nurses in carrying out nursing care measured using the Spearmen correlation test. The results of the study were conducted after the analysis using the Spearmen correlation test with significance level ρ = ≤ 0.05. The results of the study on the relationship between self-efficacy with the performance of nurses in implementing nursing care proved that p = 0.000 indicates the value of ρ < ɑ (0.04 < 0.05) which means H1 is accepted that there is a relationship between Self Efficacy with the performance of nurses in implementing nursing care in inpatient hospital dr. R. Koesma Tuban, with a correlation value of 0.468, which is a strong correlation with a positive direction. from the description above it can be concluded that the relationship between Self Efficacy with the performance of nurses in carrying out nursing care in the inpatient hospital dr. R. The ability to do a protein diet needs to be improved in gout sufferers. The purpose of this thesis is to determine the relationship between dietary compliance and uric acid levels in the elderly at the Elderly Posyandu at, Tulungagung in 2023. \u0000The design used in this study is a corelational analytic design with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study were all elderly people suffering from gout at the Elderly Posyandu, Srikaton Village, Ngantru District, Tulungagung Regency, totaling 34 elderly people. The research sample was all elderly people suffering from gout at the Elderly Posyandu, Srikaton Village, Ngantru District, Tulungagung Regency, totaling 34 elderly people. In this study the sampling technique is total sampling. The research instruments were observation sheets and questionnaires equipped with general research data. Data processing in the form of editing, coding, scoring, tabulating was analyzed using the Spearman rho test. \u0000Based on the results of the study, the value of ρ was obtained (0.000) with α (0.05), because ρ <α, then H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between dietary compliance and uric acid levels in the elderly at the Elderly Posyandu Tulungagung in 2023. \u0000It can be concluded that it is important for the elderly to comply with the diet to avoid excess uric acid levels. Motivation related to HIV testing in pregnant women is still very low, seen from when health workers offer HIV tests to all pregnant women who are visiting Antenatal Care. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the role of health workers and the motivation for HIV/AIDS examination for pregnant women at the Campurejo Health Center, Mojoroto District, Kediri City in 2023. This type of research is quantitative using a crossectional design. By using the Simple Random Sampling sampling technique, the samples in this study were some pregnant women at the Campurejo Health Center, Mojoroto District, Kediri City amounting to 30 people. The data collection instrument in this study used a questionnaire sheet instrument. The research was conducted at the Campurejo Health Center, Mojoroto District, Kediri City. Bivariate analysis in this study used the spearman rho test. The results showed that almost half of the respondents who rated the role of health workers in the sufficient category were 14 respondents (46%), and some respondents had high motivation towards HIV/AIDS testing, namely 20 respondents (67%). The results of the statistical test of the correlation of Sperman Rho with a level of meaning p < 0.05 showed a relationship between the role of health workers and the motivation of pregnant women to be tested for HIV / AIDS at the Campurejo Health Center, Mojoroto District, Kediri City with p = 0.034 and r = 0.387. One of the main causes is boredom. It's not boring teaching material, it's just that the lecturers are still not able to apply the models, strategies, methods, and learning media or approaches used. Efforts made by researchers to increase learning motivation are by applying Group Investigation (GI) learning techniques. With the application of this method, it is hoped that lecturers, students, and researchers will be able to determine the effectiveness of the Group Investigation (GI) method in increasing learning motivation for second-semester students in Learning Basic Nursing Sciences at IIK NU Tuban. This study used a pre-experimental design, with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The sampling method used total sampling with a total of 139 respondents. The instruments used are SOPs and questionnaire sheets. The observation sheet is used to determine whether the GI method can be carried out according to the SOP. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon statistical test with SPSS 26. The results of the statistical test obtained Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) p = 0.000 where the value of p < (0.000 < 0.05) then H1 is accepted, which means that there is an effect of the application of the Group Investigation (GI) Method on the Learning Motivation of Semester II Students in IDK Learning at IIK NU Tuban. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure who get hemodialysis at Pekanbaru Medical Center Hospital. The design of this study was cross-sectional design. This study was conducted in a hemodialysis room with 30 respondents. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity. The analysis used is the Chi-square test. The results showed that the underlying disease factors affected the quality of life of patients receiving hemodialysis (p-value = 0,003), comorbid conditions (p-value = 0,002), medical management factors (p-value = 0,014), and distance to health facilities (p-value = 0,003). High blood pressure causes an increase in peripheral blood pressure, causing a poor hemodynamic system and thickening of blood vessels and hypertrophy of the heart muscle. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between blood pressure and stroke events at the Karangrejo Health Center.The research was conducted on 10-13 November 2022. The type of research was correlation, analytic design with a cross-sectional approach and the research instrument was a questionnaire. The study population is a portion of stroke patients at the Karangrejo Health Center. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique of 30 respondents. Blood pressure independent variable, stroke incident dependent variable. Data were analyzed with the Spearman rho test.The results showed that more than half of the respondents had blood pressure in the Severe Hypertension category, namely 13 respondents (43.3%). Most of the respondents had a history of Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke, namely 20 respondents (66.7%). Spearman Rho statistical test obtained P Value = 0.000 0.05 so that H1 is accepted, which means there is a relationship between blood pressure and stroke events at the Karangrejo Health Center, Karangrejo District, Tulungagung Regency. Blood pressure is very closely related to the incidence of stroke. Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is one of four non-communicable diseases that can be caused by lifestyle factors. There are 4 family lifestyles that are a risk of causing diabetes mellitus, namely physical activity (exercise habits), diet (habits to consume sugary drinks), smoking habits, and the frequency of monitoring blood sugar levels. This study aims to describe the lifestyle of families at risk of diabetes mellitus in Blimbing Village, Rejotangan District in 2022. The research design used is descriptive quantitative. The population and sample of this study were families who lived in the same house with people has diabetes mellitus as many as 20 samples, provided that they met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The variable used in this study is a single variable, namely the lifestyle of the family at risk of diabetes mellitus. Furthermore, data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, after which the data was processed by editing, coding, data entry, tabulation, and analyzed by percentage. The results of the research from 20 total respondents can be seen that most of the respondents have a bad lifestyle as many as 13 people (65%), respondents have very bad lifestyle as many as 4 people (20%), and respondents with a good lifestyle as many as 2 people (10%). Flavonoid compounds act as diabetes drugs. This study aimed to determine the effect of soursop leaf ethanol extract on alloxan-induced hypoglycemia in white male rats. In this study, four treatment groups were used, namely. negative control received no treatment, positive control received treatment with metformin 9 mg, the first treatment 7.2 mg and the last group was treated with a second dose of 14.4 mg. Rats were satisfied first before being treated, then measured blood sugar levels were. Rats were induced with alloxan intraperitoneally (IP), then observed the development of their blood sugar levels for three days, and their blood sugar levels were checked once a day. For seven days, then given ethanol extract of Soursop leaves daily for five days. The results showed that soursop leaf ethanol extract could reduce blood glucose on days H4-H8, which decreased by 6.67 mg / mL in the treatment group 1 sample and 5.66 mg / mL in the treatment sample.2. At the age of toddlers a child's growth is very rapid so that it requires nutritional intake according to its needs, in addition to nutritional intake during toddler growth it also requires good parenting from both parents and family, so that toddler growth and development will be more optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between maternal parenting and the nutritional status of toddlers at the Kertosari Health Center in 2021.This study used a correlation design, with a total sampling technique. The number of samples is 48 respondents used in the study. Data was collected using a mother's parenting questionnaire sheet KMS Observation Sheet.This study showed that most of the respondents had good parenting styles for 27 out of 48 respondents (56.2%) and normal nutritional status for 19 out of 48 respondents (60.4%). Statistical analysis using the Spearman rank test obtained an alpha value of 0.01% meaning 0.01 0.084. So there is no significant relationship between Mother's Parenting Style and the Nutritional Status of Toddlers in 2021.Most of the respondents in this study had good parenting styles with normal nutritional status supported by productive age of the mother so that mothers can seek information through social media and have sufficient income to support family needs and nutritional intake for toddlers.
