The level of pain arises causing pascaoperative patients to feel increased anxiety. This study aims to analyze the relationship of pain intensity with anxiety in pascaoperative patients in the treatment room of AL HUDA Tile Hospital by 2021. Method: correlational with cross sectional approach. Accidental sampling technique consists of 66 pascaoperative patient respondents. Rank Spearman's statistical test. The data collection used questionnaires on NRS to measure pain intensity and HARS questionnaires to measure anxiety levels in pascaoperative patients. Results: of statistical test calculation Rank Spearman SPSS version 16 obtained correlation Coefficient 0.640 and sig (2 tailed) = 0.000 0.05 level (2-tailed) there is a relationship of pain intensity with anxiety in pascaoperative patients in the treatment room al HUDA Tile Hospital in 2021, resulting in a correlation coefficient of 0.640 strong objection level between pain intensity and anxiety levels in patients pasca surgery. Analysis: Results from the intensity of pascaoperative patient pain most pascaoperative patients experienced severe pain, which was 38 respondents (57.6%). While in the results of anxiety in pascaoperative patients almost as close as pascaoperative patients experience severe anxiety, which is a number of 32 respondents (48.5%). Fine motor delays can cause impaired coordination of hand and eye movements, so they can interfere with children's creativity and skills. There are many ways that can be done to prevent fine motor delays, including by providing therapy to play finger painting and puzzles, but some people do not know this. Based on the results of the preliminary studies, it is known that of 10 children, 6 of them had deviations and 4 children were in the dubious category. Objective: Knowing The Comparison Of Finger Painting And Puzzle Play Therapy To Fine Motor Development Of Preschool Age Children Research Methods: research method quasi experiment design. Design two group posttest only nonequivalent control group. Population 42 and Sample of 32 preschool children using accidental sampling techniques, KPSP instruments and standard operational procedures (SOP). Results: The average fine motor score in the puzzle group was 9.50 while the average fine motor score in the finger painting group was 7.50. with a P-value of 0.000. One of the factors that cause anxiety in the elderly is spiritual activity. The higher the spiritual level of the elderly, the lower the level of anxiety will be. This study aimed to determine the correlation between spiritual level and anxiety in the hypertensive elderly. The design of this study was correlational with a cross sectional approach. The sample was 31 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the statistical test used was Rank Spearman. The measuring instruments used were the Daily Spiritual Experience Scale (DSES) and Geriatric Anxiety Scale (GAS) questionnaires. The research results showed that most of the respondents were at a moderate spiritual level (58.1%) and most of the respondents were at a moderate level of anxiety (71.0%). The Spearman Rank test result showed a Significance (2-tailed) result of 0.000 (ρ 0.05). So, it can be concluded that there was a significant correlation between Spiritual and Anxiety Level with a very strong relationship. The higher the spiritual level, the lower the level of anxiety felt. Therefore, spiritual activities such as getting closer to God, participating in studies, reading holy books or holy Qur’an that are believed to be, and having a good relationship with the surrounding environment are very beneficial for the elderly to control their anxiety, especially for the elderly who have chronic diseases. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the completeness of supporting information factors that affect the accuracy of disease coding in inpatient medical record files at the 'Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Hospital, Tulangan Sidoarjo. This research method uses quantitative research with correlational research which has the aim of determining whether or not there is a relationship between two or more measurable variables. Data collection was carried out in August-October using a check list sheet by observing the inpatient medical record data. The population in this study were all inpatient medical record files in August-October 2021 and the sample in this study was 231 inpatient medical record files at the Hospital 'Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan Sidoarjo with random sampling which was presented in the frequency table and cross tabulation, then tested using the Chi Square Test.The results of the Chi Square test of this study indicate that the supporting information completeness factor variable has a relationship with the accuracy of disease coding because the p value <0.05, which means Ho is rejected. The treatment of bee sting emergencies is not yet known by many people and they only do modest treatment by applying cold compresses and leaving the wasp sting marks. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of insect bite rescue training on the treatment of injured victims of wasp stings in the village Kenongosari Soko Tuban. This study uses a design Pre-Experimental, by one-group design pre-post test design. Simple random sampling used take a sample from 32 respondes. The instrument used are SOP and observation sheets. Data analysis using statistical testsWilcoxon. The results showed then was in scores of 29 respondents who experienced an increase. Analysis of research data using the Wilcoxon test. Wilcoxon test results obtained Asymp results. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 with a significant value <0.05, then H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that the Insect Bite Rescue Training has an influence on the Behavior of Injuring Victims. The importance of a community diagnosis because it can identify problems that are broad and cover various aspects of the community. The emergence of health problems is not only caused by individual negligence, but can also be caused by public ignorance as a result of lack of correct information about a disease. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the health problems that exist in RT 11/RW 04 Rejowinangun Village, Kota Gede, Yogyakarta, determine problem priorities and obtain appropriate alternative solutions to overcome the priority problems that have been determined. The method in this activity uses quantitative descriptive analysis with door to door interviews using a community diagnosis questionnaire which is then intervened by counseling and providing health promotion media in the form of posters, pamphlets, hand sanitizers. The result of these activities is that knowledge from the community increases and participants actively ask questions and are enthusiastic in getting the material that has been given. Conclusion: community diagnosis obtained by using a priority scale of problems, namely hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of human resource factors and technological suitability on the utilization of hospital management information systems with a case study at the Hospital 'Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan Sidoarjo. The type of research is quantitative research and the research design is causal associative research with the HOT Fit method approach. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to SIMRS users. The sample size is 108 SIMRS users at the Hospital 'Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan Sidoarjo. Understanding the disease is very important in efforts to control disease behavior so that patients can live longer with a good quality of life. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge about DM and behavior to control blood sugarThe type of research is correlational analytic with a cross sectional approach. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire. The population is DM patients at the Kauman Public Health Center, Tulungagung Regency. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique of 30 respondents. Data were analyzed by Spearman Rho test. The results showed that (50%) of respondents had knowledge in the good category, and (60%) of respondents had good behavior about controlling blood sugar. Spearman Rho statistical test results obtained P Value = 0.000 0.05 so H1 is accepted, which means that there is a relationship between Knowledge about DM and Blood Sugar Control Behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving foot reflexology therapy on blood pressure in the elderly in Campurdarat District. The research design used a quasi-experimental approach with a pre-post test design approach. The number of research samples was 116 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling. The results showed that the difference in mean blood pressure before and after foot reflexology therapy was 14 mmHg for systolic and 11 mmHg for diastolic. Based on the statistical paired T Test where the level of significance or p (0.05) obtained a P value of 0.001 so that the P value value, therefore there is the Effect of Foot Reflexology Therapy on Blood Pressure in Hypertensive Elderly in Campurdarat District, Tulungagung Regency in 2022. The results of This study proves that reflection therapy can reduce blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension. The provision of foot reflexology therapy must be balanced with regular exercise, control of diet, and consumption of drugs according to indications to get optimal results.
