The equation of algorithms is obtained in a closed form according to the classical models of Lagrange and Euler, which reflect the fundamental laws of dynamics. The presented results of mathematical modelling (transient processes of electromechanical coordinates of the system) illustrate that the nonlinear system has the properties of robust stability. The field weakening mode is used to limit the voltage of the inverter in the second zone, due to the known (reference) trajectory of the angular speed of the motor rotor and its first (limited) time derivative. The object of study is the effect of fatigue on the lifetime of the structure with the specified parameters. A parametric design model of the structure was constructed, in which the finite element method in a three-dimensional formulation was used to calculate the stress-strain state. The kinetic equation of damage accumulation in the probabilistic formulation was solved to determine the lifetime of the structure. The result of this work is a program that calculates the dependence of the resource of the structure on the weather conditions of the area, which determine the probabilistic parameters of the multicycle load. Generation processes in the integrated power system (IPS) of Ukraine by various energy sources, both traditional and renewable, are analysed. It is shown that forecasting future values of a time series based on its historical values is the basis for financial planning, management and optimization of energy production and monitoring. Application of adaptive Holt - Winters models for forecasting generation indicators is substantiated. Scientifically based management decisions to reduce epidemic morbidity not only increase their efficiency, but also save costs aimed at eliminating the virus. For this, mathematical modeling of epidemic processes is used. The most accurate approach to predicting incidence is machine learning. To study and predict the dynamics of the infectious morbidity of COVID-19, a regression model was built based on the support vector machine. The following countries were selected to verify and check the adequacy of the model: Belarus, Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia and Ukraine. The spatio-temporal characteristics of the magnetic field generated by the power transmission line, compensating windings of systems of active screening and the resulting magnetic field generated by the power transmission line and compensating winding have been calculated. It has been experimentally measured the spatio-temporal characteristic of the magnetic field with strongly and weak polarized. It is proved that almost immediately after the discovery of X-rays by Conrad Roentgen the research on its practical application began in Ukrainian research centers. The role of Professor George De-Metz in the study of the effects of these rays on various living and lifeless objects was outlined; studying the natural radioactivity of living organisms and the effect of ionizing radiation on living creatures were shown. Experimental studies with X-rays were conducted by Professor of Physics of the Kharkiv Institute of Technology Oleksandr Pogorelko. He proved the practical significance of a new phenomenon for medicine, i.e. the use of X-rays to diagnose of different diseases. Research in the field of radiography was conducted by Mykola Pylchykov, which contributed to the creation, on his initiative, of the first Ukrainian institution of X-ray studies in Odessa. The use of ultrahigh frequencies for the treatment of patients with oncology, conducted by Academician Abram Slutskin in the Department of Biophysics, Ukrainian Institute of Experimental Medicine was highlighted. This department was established in 1933 by a scientist at the suggestion of his colleague, the head of the Department of Physiology of Kharkiv University Vasyl Danylevsky. Under the guidance of Corresponding Member Semen Tetelbaum, groundbreaking researches on the use of ultrasound for diagnosis were conducted. The created device for diagnosing of kidney stones, liver, the location of the tumor in the early stages, heart disease, was differed from similar of foreign samples by greater ease of use and reliability in operation. It was found that research in the field of biomedical engineering of the second half of the XX century developed in the cooperation with representatives of the medical industry of technical institutions of higher education. The preconditions of the problem of maneuvered generation are analyzed and possible ways of their solution are investigated. The optimal composition of electricity generation is proposed. A comprehensive approach to compensating for the instability of RES generation has been developed, which is to minimize the cost of power redundancy in various available ways.
