However, determine the quality of medical-grade communication is still a huge task due to the cross-area knowledge integration and the cost of related research and development. In this paper, we propose a QoS benchmark system that can be used to verify the communication quality of the telemedicine system over 5G uRLLC and mMTC scenario in a good cost-efficiency. The results show the low cost and the good performance to benchmark the communication quality of a telemedicine system. The proposed QoS benchmark system can benchmark for two telemedicine scenarios, including the massive telemedicine medical device for health care and the multiple real-time online interactions for telesurgery.","PeriodicalId":365765,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 2nd Eurasia Conference on Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare and Sustainability (ECBIOS)","volume":"68 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126655724","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, a multi-subnet complex complex network model is used to build a cascading failure model on the coupled network. The influence of network size, adjustable parameters, and coupling factors on the robustness of the coupled network is mainly studied. Research shows that when both subnets are BA networks, the greater the contribution of the coupling relationship to the initial load of the nodes, and adopt heterogeneous coupling, networks will more robust.","PeriodicalId":365765,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 2nd Eurasia Conference on Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare and Sustainability (ECBIOS)","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114825664","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we proposed a computational model refinement for Visibility Graph Analysis (VGA) in space syntax with a visual distance parameter that can be adjusted. An automatic computation prototype of VGA with dynamic visual distance was created. Several floor plans of real buildings were used to test our prototype. The results indicated that the dynamic visual distance can be more realistic for the model compared to the original model with infinite visual distance.","PeriodicalId":365765,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 2nd Eurasia Conference on Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare and Sustainability (ECBIOS)","volume":"11 suppl_1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115849741","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Taiwan entered an elderly society in 2018, with the proportion of the elderly population exceeding 14%. It is estimated that the elderly population will exceed 20% in 2026, and Taiwan will enter an ultra-elderly society. To improve the quality of life of the elderly and attach importance to the health care of the elderly, more and more scientific and technological products are used to improve the life and consumption patterns of the elderly, thereby promoting the popularization of smart wearable devices and sensing technologies. In view of the purpose, this research develops related functional applications with smart glasses. First, the memory recall mechanism is carried out based on face recognition. When the user uses the function, an embedded camera in glasses is turned on to capture the target personnel. Afterwards, a KNN (K Nearest Neighbor) machine learning approach is applied to identify the target, and the personal data is performed in the glasses through searching on the developed cloud database. Besides, the user can add, delete and modify the personal data through the computer, which the entrance is carried out by scanning the two-dimension code shown in the computer program with glasses for security purpose. Secondly, the image enhancement function shows that the captured texts can be expanded and enlarged in the projection monitor of glasses. Finally, the construction of voice commands is performed through the microphone within the suite of smart glasses. The results show that the accuracy rate of KNN face recognition is 93.3%, which can be applied to general life situations.","PeriodicalId":365765,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 2nd Eurasia Conference on Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare and Sustainability (ECBIOS)","volume":"130 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132978804","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Finally, the sample feature trainings and template comparison are carried out by fuzzy theory to judge the species identification of leaves.
