The model of the fussy hypergraph, which considers about 50 parameters influencing assessment of qualification of the graduate, is used. The model can be considered with various degree of a detail. The algorithm of absorption of the hypergraph for the purpose of reduction of number of parameters (tops) which works in real time is applied to change of scale of model. At the same time the reversibility of operation of absorption is noted. Transition from scalable model to fuzzy cognitive model which is realized in the form of an orgraph of assessment of factors of professional development of the graduate is executed. Such areas are, for example, the design of anthropomorphic robots, the design of exoskeletons and prosthetic limbs. The purpose of the work is demonstration of the possibility of using one of the technologies of the industry 4.0 when training highly qualified specialists in Moscow Power Engineering Institute. One of the skills of such specialists is the possession of methods for recording and using biological signals. Using the three-tier and two-tier models of a person, the method of using the stabilographic platform as a research tool for solving the problem of maintaining the vertical posture is shown. Qualitative estimates of the position of human equilibrium using the main indicators of statokinesiograms were obtained. The prospects of using the stabilographic complex are discussed. The stages of formation of long-term knowledge as example of studying the course of “Theoretical Foundations of Electrical Engineering” in the “NRU “MPEI”” at the department of TFEE using application programs Matlab, Simulink, Delta profe, ELCUT considered in the article. These programs allow save students' time significantly in the performance of laboratory works, typal calculations and make possible of math modeling for more in-depth study of subject. Formation of research skills, developing the ability to analyze the situation and take optimal decision play a particular role in teaching students. Students studying according to offered methodology, during three terms had been modeling and calculating the set tasks using the applied packages of programs of Matlab, Simulink, Delta profe, ELCUT.
