The algorithm of absorption of the hypergraph for the purpose of reduction of number of parameters (tops) which works in real time is applied to change of scale of model. At the same time the reversibility of operation of absorption is noted. Transition from scalable model to fuzzy cognitive model which is realized in the form of an orgraph of assessment of factors of professional development of the graduate is executed. Abstract

In article is considered complex assessment of qualification of graduates of higher educational institutions on the example of the Samara state technical university (Samara Polytech). The model of the fussy hypergraph, which considers about 50 parameters influencing assessment of qualification of the graduate, is used. The model can be considered with various degree of a detail.
